I ordered two chicken sandwiches and nuggets but received with no sauce and onions in them. Also dippings for nuggets were missing even though I paid extra for them. Really disappointed.

Literally every time i order no tomatoes and I get tomatoes, the foods fine but almost every time I order it says no tomatoe on the receipt yet there's always tomatoe, besides that foods fine. It's just getting kinda ridiculous

Service was very slow and not very friendly. They asked us to wait a minute while at the drive-through and we waited nearly 5 mins. Kept asking to be served but they kept telling us to wait. When at the window, I asked for my receipt and was told it was in the bag - it wasn't.

Amazing food great quality.all around good service and clean store.love the nuggets always fresh and warm.cold drinks all year round.

Got home, and my combo had no fries in the bag. I had to call 4 times until someone answered the phone, and they put an order of fries in the book

Ordered 2 cheeseburger combos to go. When eating at home there was no tomatoe, onion or lettuce. Not very nice without these very disappointing.

Drive through people really need to speak to the customer. They pass the machine half way out window not at a good angle so you can tap and don't move it if your having trouble reaching.you drive up to next window and they shove your food out window no thank you have a nice day.just close window.find all the guys except for Spencer very rude!

Drove all the way there through the drive thru at 9pm on Monday for my break from work and the lady said they're closed. But the time said 10 on the window. What a joke. Waste my gas and time. Thanks guys. Appreciate that. No lunch for me today for work I guess. Obviously don't care about your customers satisfaction.

Staff were pleasant and efficient however ordered 2 breakfast croissants and second bite in I received hair in my mouth. This is a huge turn off. Maybe make sure hairnets are being used. Ended up throwing food in garbage.

Visited for the first time, it's so neat place and a very suitable for quick business or meeting atmosphere. Personally, I LIKED THE PLACE

Nowhere on the menu does it say that the chicken Asiago ranch club is spicy chicken! I get home to find it very spicy. Other two burgers were stone cold.the poutine was cold! I live by Freshco. Not far, food doesn't get cold that fast unless it was precooked ahead and put on a bun when you get there. I get sorry thats all just sorry. They really aren't going out of their way to make sure your experience was a good one. I'm not going back there again and will be telling all family and friends.

Consistently screws up my orders, it's actually kind of hilarious at this point! Apparently "light mayo" means "3 metric tons of mayo".

Always fast and efficient. The staff here is impeccable polite quick to resolve any issues and all around great at customer service. I'm not sure how many people know this but this is the first Wendy's in Canada

Went through the drive thru only 4 vehicles in the cue but took 15 minutes to get to just my order in. Obviously Owner/ Management does not care or know about customer service. Pathetic is the nicest thing I can say. Won’t be back for sure

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve ordered them through skip TWICE now getting frosty-ccinos and I’ve received plain frostys instead. Last time I tried getting my money back and ordering again THREE times till I called head office and then they go and do it AGAIN to me today! TERRIBLE

I would give a zero if I could. Kids in the Kitchen are more interested in talking, then making the orders. Shouldn't have to wait as long as I am.

12 minutes for my food at the counter? !?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 frosty-cchinos from this location through SkipTheDishes last week and received 2 frostys. Placed the same order not even an hour later and got the same thing. I tried placing an order for 2 frosty-cchinos today hoping that maybe they learned to read properly after calling them last time very unimpressed, they didn’t. Received 2 frostys once again. This location is awful if you’re not physically going there.

Either hire more people or train them properly. Take 10 mins for one order. There were only 3 cars in the drive through. Don’t come here

Lineup to rymal, drive thru hasn't moved in 20 min, while the young staff screw around in the back. No one taking orders. This service is absolutely awful. Will not be back

Paid 5.49 for these “cheese fries” tonight through skip. Memod to only add shredded cheese and this was all of the “cheese” I got. What a joke did the person who made this do it with their eyes closed? Probably should’ve just ordered a large fry for this price. Smh.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve gone there several times because of close proximity to my house. No matter how large or small my order is, there is always a problem with the order.

My last visit was the final straw. I get to the window to pay, and the person working doesn’t say a single word in the whole interaction including not even telling me what my total was. Same as when I get to the second window. They hand me my food without saying a single word. When I get home and open my food, once again - the burger is made with toppings that I asked to be removed from the burger. There was no patrons inside and I was the only car in the drive thru. How do you mess up the only order you currently have? !?

We waited for fresh fries, making our wait in the drive thru significant - which was fine, however the fries still came out cold and soggy. I went back and complained about the burger, and all they did was scrape the mayo off instead of making me a new burger fresh.

I will never go back to this location. Absolutely embarassing customer service.

Pretty sure I got Covid from the people in there coughing on my burger. Everyone looked sick and quite sad, to be honest. Imagine getting paid minimum wage to spread a disease? Yikes. Anyways, my dog enjoyed the chocolate frosty but he doesn’t look the same anymore. Might give him a cough drop… which Wendy doesn’t sell. Go figure that one.

Are chicken nuggets and fries are good I like it but the toys I like the car toys I'm not boy or anything I just like the car because the cars are fun

I never post but the service here was especially bad. I’ve been to other Wendy’s locations but this one is especially rude, the woman there was belittling and should not work there.

Ordered from uber. It took so long to make and when I got it sour cream was missing that I paid extra for. Burger was suppose to have extra bacon again paid for. It only had 2 peices of bacon. Even paying for extra. Was so disappointed in my service. Unbelievable.

Hearing nothing but complaints when I walk into this restaurant. Everyone complaining about working on a snow day. My lord. I come in for great service and exceptional food. I get none of that. I got soggy fries and a half cooked burger. Fed it to my dog cause I ain’t eating that dog food. Wendy herself needs to come to this location to spice it up. You lost a customer today. I’m telling me friend Marvin to not come too.

When you mention Wendy's as a fast food drive thru this specific location definitely is always a disappointment. If this location would realize how long you waited in their line they would also be disappointed. I would recommend this location if you are not in a hurry or you go inside too order.

Diet Coke tastes like RC cola at this location, when i go to other wendy's in area it tastes like Diet Coke, i went back and it tastes like Diet Coke again.

When I go to the drive thru between 830pm and 9 they are fast and get my order correct. The app has cheap offers too. Usually buy 1 spicy chicken get a 2nd for 2$. Can't beat that for a late night snack!

Matthew was super welcoming and the sandwich maker did a great job at getting my order right with the special builds. Food was fresh and ready fast.

The consistency is lackluster. Went to do drive-thru on hours that you should have been open and it was closed nobody was in there, lights on. SMH.

The freaking worst. Just finished eating my food and it was cold & put together sloppy. The guy who took my order in the drive through obviously didn’t like his job and made that clear, he was so rude, SO rude. The worst customer service ever. The girl who handed me my food at the end was very nice - the only good part was that.

This Wendy's is slow and the manager was really unprofessional. They were also putting in all the skip the dishes orders before the waiting customers in the store.

Very good quality. Burger was overly soggy like at other locations. I was cheating on my keto diet (on vacation) but good to know they are willing to make it keto friendly if I want it.

My husband and I just stopped at this location for lunch and the drive-thru worker who took our order was friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the window the debit machine was not working and our order was given to us on them! The staff were wonderful and we appreciated their kindness.

I absolutely love Wendy's Apple/Pecan salad with Chicken. I couldn't make it any better myself. The large is a generous and delicious size for about $10.

I've been to this location several times and as of lately been starting to not want to come anymore. I came today (June 3rd around 2: 15pm) The older man that is suppose to give us the food in the 2nd window always nearly throws it in our faces and doesn't say a single word the entire time. When arriving home and looking in the bag ALL of our food items (3 wraps and a chive potato) were loosely packed and not in their containers/wrappers.
Also keep in mind that there was no cars behind us and the car in front of us had already gotten there order and left when we came up.
I'm not sure why you guys have someone who clearly doesn't want to be working there and wants to displease customers

On a side note the person taking the order and dealing with cashing the person out was very nice and did his job well. Only reason you got stars was for that young man.

If I could give zero stars, I would.older guy at the 2nd drive-thru window is terribly rude. He basically throws the debit machine without asking form of payment, slams the window shut, then hastily shoves your order at you and slams the window shut again. No hello, thank you, you’re welcome.nothing. Not a word. Turns his back and talks to his co-workers, instead. I understand working conditions are not ideal right now, but there is no need to take it out on the customer. Please consider putting someone else on window; seems this is a pattern with this particular employee. OR, if you don’t like your job, LEAVE.

Probably some of the rudest drive thru workers I’ve ever encountered, everytime I go the teens that work there are always very unfriendly and rude for no reason? I understand times are tough right now but please treat others with respect.

This was solely based on my single experience today, although I frequent this location often, the line up was very long compared to most times, I must have waited 15mins for approx 5 cars to order before myself. The service is always friendly but what made this a 3-star experience was after waiting so long and even large sizing my fry i received overcooked fries and a whole bunch of them. I realized this after my 10min drive home.

Not a fan of their new lettuce on the Hamburgers, its more like paper than food. Fries are usually under cooked or just so and its a really a shame too because if they cooked them right they'd probably have the best Drive Thru fries around imo.

This Wendy's has gone downhill had a spicy chicken wrap and a baked potato the wrap was a tiny piece of chicken and the potato was a joke hard as a rock not open all the bacon was super crispy and it had a tiny scoop of cheese I usually don't complain but come on get it together

This fast food place is good and I love the spicy crispy chicken sandwich like damn it's so delicious and this place just gets better every time.

The staff were having issues with the IPad they use for ordering. Completely ignored the walk in customers. Only care about the Skip the Dishes orders. After waiting and not being acknowledged by the staff I left. Ordered pizza instead! FYI it was delicious!

Good frosty deal but dont buy there burgers no more I find they all taste exactly the same! Wether its cheese or chicken not much different In taste kinda weird

This Wendys is very unhygienic with the covid situation. The workers dont have gloves or masks and they are all near my food. I believe it os very irresponsable on their end. I do not recommend

They forget to give you utensils, and you have to sit in the drive thru line twice. Then the staff all laugh like it's funny. Not impressed.

Ordered from here through Skip the Dishes. First time we were missing a drink, fries and a poutine (basically half our order). Then, today was our second time. There was hair in our food. I normally won't complain here but I was trusting that Wendy's would be careful especially during this pandemic. I trusted they had protocols to prepare food even more carefully than before. Bad experiences all around. I normally wouldn't order to be safe but I'm pregnant and was craving a specific meal. I just thought that Wendy's would be trustworthy enough to be careful.

Once again this place got my drive through pick up order wrong. This is the 3rd time in my last 4 visits they either got it wrong or forgot something I ordered. This time my double burger combo came as a single with bacon on it. Will not return to this place again. Very poor service, quality control with a person's orders.

Me and my friend only go for the hot manager that works there. If he quits we’re not going back sorry Wendy. Literal eye candy.

Had a fantastic Son-of-Baconator burger. Easy to find location, plenty of parking, clean restaurant, WiFi and TV with news channel.

The manager saw that tye cashier bagged things seperatley for a family of 4 and asked me if i would like one carry out bag and tray for my drinks. Very helpful

Drive through is consistently fast and orders are always accurate. Inside the restaurant, service is good; however, i often find that tables are not cleaned and left-over guest garbage is often not picked-up promptly. Overall a good Wendy's location. Staff is always friendly!

I came in today and the boss Sheri was so rude and so unprofessional. My order was all wrong and while I stood in line waiting for my food. She didn’t help anyone. She sat in another room and ate the whole time. Couldn’t believe it. Never eating here AGAIN.

I have been here many times. Today they forgot something on my order and the manager corrected the mistake and gave my child their meal free of charge! Great service!
