I have been eating Wendy's since 1975. This location and it's team remind me of the Wendy's I used to love!

Richard took my order and I had no issues. He's very friendly and has great customer service. The other servers look like they have to force themselves to take customers

I always take my kids here to eat they love it. Clean place they just renovated. Staff are ok they are fast. Would always come back here.

Love their frosty.back home and here the taste never leaves my mouth. I love getting it.bonus promo this year is their frosty tag, I get a quick sweets for my buds whenever, oh and I think for me their cheeseburger is one of freshest tastiest burger out there.

I had breakfast with my friends. The food was tasty and good. I bought some juice, but they gave me one that was past the expiration date, so I exchanged it.

Resturant usually closes an hour before the closing time, Amazing service, even when you place your order online they will not just gives you the food, they want to roam around and see other resturant nearby and check out, this is great service for the other resturant neaby. I should be visiting this great location very soon in 10-20 years.
Restaurant was closed at 10: 30 on Friday when timing states 11: 00pm.

On Monday June 12, I ordered a Dave’s single with cheese. The burger ended up giving me food poisoning. Not sure if it was the burger patty itself or the toppings. I started to feel the effects within an hour of eating the burger. I’m on day 5 and still not 100%.

The worst fast food restaurant ever seen. A simple order takes more than 20 minutes everytime. If you dont want to waste of time for a simple cheseeburger go somewhere else

Missing baked potatoe. Went in told them what was missing. They made a new one that was still wrong. Made it a 3rd time and put very little cheese sauce on the potatoe. Wasn't enjoyable. And all that time waiting lead to soggy burger buns and cold fries when we got home. Waste of money and waste of time.

Great soda options. It did take a while to get our food and seemed a little disorganized but our order was correct

I have purchased foods from this Wendy's location in the past. I recently tried their breakfast sandwiches, the potato wedges were good and the sausage & egg sandwich was good. No complaints and would come back again.

They closed 15 minutes before the time. WASIMA THEIR MANAGER SAIED WE DON'T HAVE FOOD TO SERVE AND I CAN COMPLAIN TO THE HEAD OFFICE

My daughter was not satisfied with her order. She was expecting the wrap to be bigger because she changed her sandwich to wrap.it was her first Wendy's order

Decent franchise location with a drive through as well. Food is usually fresh and fairly quick.

Terrible customer service here. Person taking the order was very nice. Manager forgot half our order which included 3 combos then they didn't close the poutine and chili properly so it spilled meaning we had to go back again she wasn't pleased she had to replace the poutine. Wasted my time food was cold by time we got everything together. Lines were long but I prefer to wait for my food than to deal with what I dealth with and still ended up with cold food after spending $70

Nice staff, food was well prepared and cooked, but the wait was unreasonable, about at least 10 - 15 minutes. To their credit, the cashier, the manager and the 3rd employee I dealt with, all apologized for the delay. They were genuine and kind.

Terrible location. Staff are rude, and consistently make the order wrong. I no longer go here because of this.

I ordered caesar salad for take out they didn't give me caesar dressing. So it's like I ordered leaves.

Poor food quality. One of the burgers' top bun had torn parts. My child refused to eat it because it looked like someone bit off of it. Quality control should be revisited by the management and retrain staff. Ordered through Skip the Dishes.

Shoutout to the drive thru cashier who told me to have a blessed day. He’s a real one

For some strange reason the Wendy's app won't work for me so I have to walk in to place my order.staff are fast and friendly and no line ups inside.

Fresh food, accurate order, has drive thru, good staff teamwork. The drive thru speaker system is a little too quiet. Only minor thing is all the fountain drinks taste like they are from the same nozzle. None are distinctly recognizable compared to the flavour of the store bought drinks. But the combos are like 30 cents cheaper than the next nearest location so that makes up for it, I guess.

Crispy spicy chicken wrap.hold the Letuce, add bacon. Tomato and pickles, keep ranch dressing and cheese. You'll thank me later!
Bailey in drive thru is always great help. Many workers there are fun and close family work oriented. Overall it's a great place for food and first time workers.some managers could back off a bit and let's staff be people too. Enjoyable workplace is an efficient work place!

This Wendy's location always offer consistent quality. Burger has been the same every time I order. Chicken options can be better but It's not their speciality so understandable. However Wendy's do need to up their fries game. Compare to other fast food restaurants, it's below average.

The employees are friendly. However IT IS SOOOOOO SLOW! Each time I come, even there are just 2 customers, the place is in a chaos and the atmosphere makes people feel headache. I can see around 10 employees, each person is like in a big big rush but no one cares about the counter or pick up orders. The drive through always gets priority, while the average waiting time for other customers are 20 minutes, no matter you come earlier. The management at this location should train your staff how to manage time and be organized, otherwise you had better just open for the drive-thru!

Food temperature depends on the day but worker working at the drive thru window is very nice.always says "thank you, drive safe! " with a huge smile.makes my day.

Garbage.place has gone downhill last few years.bad service, cold uncooked food.changed the chicken.will avoid in the future

Salad was absolute mush, I almost threw up! Dont get salad from this location, and to top it off they missed a side of fries with my order

Amazing service! Especially the lady who is the manager, it’s out of my way but still, I only go to this location. Clean, efficient and always greet with a smile.

I ordered 3 combos with 3 large drinks. They gave me a flimsy tray to hold 3 large drinks and one fell over as I was trying to get into the car. The manager said because I left the premise, I have to pay if I want a replacement. This is a reason I'm giving a 2 stars.

The place was pretty cozy to be in and the overall experience with the employees are great.

The food was also fresh, albeit being too salty with literal salt oozing out of the fry box. But other than that, everything was alright.

Would go there again.

It is a good family restaurant. The food is better than McDonald's. Also, you know that the meat is not mixed with aborted feteses.

Typical Wendy's restaurant with a drive thru, better than most other fast foods, but still just a typical fast food place as far as quality goes. Drive thru does get pretty busy lately and isn't the fastest moving, but not bad either. The restaurant is set up for pickups and takeout now for covid.

They dont wanna serve according to first come fist serve base they serve the regular customers first and ask the skip driver to wait for 5
mins but i wait fro 20-25 mins then they gave me my order its really bad

Excellent staff service, nice and clean place for eating, and great food! The waiting time for the food is shorter than expected in other Wendy's restaurants. Would definitely go again

Its wendy's the food is processed so it's not the best for ya but it's one of the best burgers out on the market

We spent 50 dollars because it was a special occasion as we dont eat at Wendy's often. Now I remember why we don't. Everything was awful. 2 kinds of salad, both terrible. Dave's singles had no flavor. Extremely bland. Would have rather had any burger from McD's or BK. The chili was decent, but I got no hot sauce, no spoon and no chips, so not decent. Chicken strips were tasty but I paid like 10 bucks for a Large order which was 3 little pieces. Will not return for a few years at least.

I adore this restaurant a lot.there is a romantic feeling. The kitcen is exeptionaly good.the service is dynamic and the personel is professional. The cost is fair. I highly recommend.

I ordered food at the drive-thru. The person taking my order was very friendly, and super polite and smiley so I liked her customer service. When I got my order I asked for some extra condiments for my tea I had ordered somewhere else and they were very nice and accommodating. Wendy's burger prices are also very affordable and the meat actually tastes less artificial than other fast food restaurants. I was happy with the service and the food I got here.

They did my order wrong two times and i still ate the wrong order. My friends Dave’s single burger patty was raw and cold. Very disappointed since we are regulars to this location. Very strange because we’ve been coming here for years and we never had any issue.

Ate here last night, cashier accidentally charged me a 2nd drink when I only ordered 1 medium drink with my order. Disappointed with the quality of the food. Double burgers tasted dry and the fries were too salty. Spent $20 and most likely I will not return to this location.

Only fast food my kid will eat, always fresh, mind you they do always mess up orders bit dang it's good.

This is a good location. It was very busy yesterday because of the storm. The food was hot and the service was fast even though it was crazy busy. We enjoyed our meals and overall it was a good experience.

Friendly and thoughtful staffs (my daughter cried over something - not Wendy's related- and 1 of the staffs came over to our table and gave her a toy), clean store, and good food. Kudos to the staffs and the store.

I like this location so much because it closes by my home. And each customer can refill whatever drink one fancies.

Not impressed! Lots of attitude and small portions of fries. I wouldn’t recommend this location, no direction and everyone in there look miserable.

I understand it may have been New Year’s Day and they were working, but no excuse to mistreat customers. Hopefully they’ll get their stuff together!

Pleasant staff, cold unimpressive food! Make sure if you order a large fries ask for FRESH fries b/c the common practice with WENDY'S is to fill the box 3/4 of the way with cold OLD fries then add 5 hot fries on the top! Very much a put off to eat 5 hot fries then end up with a box of old fries! And the burgers are made in a rush so when you open them, the lettuce/bread sliding off the meat!

This place is my favored. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The team is very chummy and the cuisine they offer is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.
