I frequent this restaurant quite often. Very disappointed tonight as half of the chicken strips were undercooked and had to throw them out

This location are a ripoffs and liars when it comes to whats on the menu. They cheat you out of your money and offer half portions at regular prices. The owners and Wendy's Coporate Head Office should be ashamed of themselves.
ALL of my life until today that is, poutine always came in the black trays (like the baked potato). I had a poutine yesterday and it was served in a black tray from this same location. Today it was in the tiny red chili cup. When asked the male manager, who lied to us, said "it was always served in the red cup". Funny how no other wendy's or the wendy's app/website shows the little red cup. Interesting? Or S C A M M E R S?

- service was ok, food was ok
- kitchen was filthy, was grossed out
- combined with tims, plenty of seating but no wifi and no outlets

Very rude staff. Staff don’t know how deal with the customers. I tried Wendy’s for the first time and the girl who took my order was so rude she behaved like she is doing me a favour by taking and preparing my order …. I don’t recommend it at all ……

Bad customer services, 2 times wrong order was given to me by lady worker Gurjeet, she was very rude. I waited almost 30 minutes.

I asked for 2 simple combos and the only thing they got right was the fries horrible don’t recommend going

Ordered through Drive-thru today and lady was struggling to understand which is fine, took wrong order three times. I asked to repeat the order which was correct and when I went to the window order was messed up. Attitude of the girl at the window was unacceptable, she didn’t even listen to me and behaved like I did order what I was getting. TERRIBLE

Went to get family meal. Fries were cold. Worker was rude. Waiting time UNBELIEVABLE. A person in front of me waited over 10 minutes for A COFFEE! I waited 15 minutes for fresh fries. Will never go to this location again or any other!

Workers are incompetent! They don't even know what they sell at their own restaurant, and half of the food was missing. Worst Wendy's I've been to and I've been to one in Asia.

It’s frustrating that if one does a drive through they have to wait in queue to even know that an item is not available, would appreciate if there is a board of some kind at the start of the drive through to help customers.

I 6eat here often the last few months (mar-may '22), almost every day, and it's mostly a really good location.

But NOT the days when the old lady in the light Greg shirt is there yelling at her staff like they are stupid (they are not) and micromanaging and rushing them, causing mistakes and stress.

Today was not her worse day, but not long ago she had backed up the in-store line up to the door (12+ people) when she told a girl to make a bunch of drinks (the girl said he was for a delayed future skip order and the old lady yelled at her to do it)

So no one was taking orders for a LONG time, and by the time she was done taking everyone's order, the drinks were just sitting there still.

If I knew her schedule I would go to McDonalds instead to avoid her bad management (and its horrible to watch her abuse the employees.)

Have eaten here twice, both times the fries were greasy, under cooked and tasteless, burger was flavourless and bun was stale, will not be returning to this location

I do usually get a baconator and try something different now and then. I’ve been here a few times and service is consistently good so keep it up!

The portabella mushroom baked potato was delicious. Served hot and fresh by well-trained polite helpful staff. It's a perfect quick gluten-free lunch for a Celiac like me.

This particular location is very disappointing. (I like Wendy's in general)
Ordered spicy chicken burger meal. The chicken patty was cold, not cooked properly and it was tight to eat. The buns were dry, not soft. The fries were ok.
Service was average.
Note: someone from regional wendys management should look into this franchise store and correct the issues.

Very fast service. They're managing mobile app orders really well.

They really prioritize customer service, they're trying their best to serve you asap and they go above and beyond to keep you satisfied if they make a mistake.

The mobile app is great for discounts.

I would avoid the frosties - 71g of sugar in 1 large frosty.

I came to this location on 08/25/2022 and was greeted by Naylah. I ordered regular combo but did not know which drink to get. Naylah suggested that I tried the summer strawberry lemonade and I am very pleased at her suggestion. I want to say thank you to Naylah for providing such a positive drive thru experience. She was polite and efficient. It is not usual that you speak with such kind people through drive thru. I also want to add that the food was very fresh and tasteful so thank you to the kitchen staff as well.

Went to drive through to collect it a mobile order, the staff struggled to understand me and waited for a minute in silence for turn to confirm what I need.
The burger was acceptable and the prep speed was short.

The drive through window workers do not listen and the cooks get the orders wrong. If you ask for no pickles and a plain hamburger they will fully load it. If you ask for a poutine they will give you a hamburger. It doesn't seem to matter if you check to ensure your order is correct when you pay, because what comes in the bag is completely different.

I went to the wendys location in Mississauga at 1520 Aimco Blvd around 12: 30PM on Sunday July 11 2021. I drove to the drive thru window and ordered a spicy chicken wrap and small poutine paid $5.20. When I got to the window I paid and waited a few minutes (3-4) before someone came back to the window and handed me my order. I arrived back home around 12: 45Pm I live fairly close by. When I check my bag I noticed the poutine looked different. I opened the lid there was no cheese on the poutine. So I immediately called the store and the person who answered took my name and advised me that I will be compensated on my next visit. I appreciate that they have problem solving solutions in place but had there been communication and order accuracy in store this review could have been different. Overall the stores does provide quick service and I had no issues until this occurred.

Overall a good place for eating. It has drawbacks for drivers though as the manager will rather argue with you worh examples of past experiences.

Recently had a request from my daughter to get Wendy's for dinner. We decided it was best that we order through Skip the Dishes. Mistake! Our order was ready after about 8-11 minutes after being placed but the driver didn't leave the location until well after 45 min. Then didn't proceed to bring our order, but rather head in the complete opposite direction. Clearly having waited for at least one other Wendy's delivery order while delaying ours. So over 1 hour 12 min after placing our order and 30 mins on customer service chat with skip the dishes I canceled my order. Received a refund. Now because my daughter had her heart set on Wendy's I decided to drive to the same location and order the same food in the drive thru. I have to say that I explained my situation to a very pleasant and helpful drive thru Wendy's staff member about the whole Skip the dishes crazyness. She was very sorry to hear we had been given bad service from the delivery service. That she told me she thought our order was very familiar, (pretty unique and additional 4 med frosty's) Navjot was so nice that when the order was ready she had upgraded our frosty's to the next size up and given us an extra order of large fried as an apology. Even though Wendy's had NOTHING to do with our poor experience from Skip the Dishes. 5 stars for this Wendy's and 5 Stars for Navjot for being so kind and understanding, as well as knowing what a simple jester like up sizing a few items can do for a customers sense of rightness. Will always try to visit this location personally rather than through a 3rd party delivery service. On top of all this, the cost for the exact same order was about $19 less direct at Wendy's.

No avocado and chicken in my half size Southwest Avocado Salad. Gave me sour cream instead of actual salad dressing.

Just ordered a burger at noon and the bun was as stale as a piece of wood! Stop being so cheap! Serve quality that's your Modo right! I mean it's right on the sign out front! Disgusting

Been going to this location for some time now. Just recently puked my brains out after having a baconator, added lettuce on it. For sure got food poisoning from it. Doubt I'll be returning.

I asked for the bbq chicken and they gave the portabella instead. It tasted pretty good, ended up having it. Not sure if they changed their fries from before, but it tasted pretty good as well.
Not a fast food person but it did the trick for a quick bite to eat.

I found a fly crawling in my salad just now. My first meal after being in the hospital for 12hours with no food. Thanks. What a waste of my money too.

My partner came down with extremely bad food poisoning from here today. Baconator. You've been warned! Stay away from their beef for a while.

Liked the place. Server are very friendly and place was neat and clean. Will surely stop by sometime for lunch again.

This is one of my favorite fast food locations in Toronto.
Reason #1 is the staff, Reason #2 is the freshness of the food.

The staff here are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They get your order right, and are flexible in your customization.

Recently, I encountered a servicing issue - not because the staff did anything wrong, but moreso due to inconsistencies with how Wendy's head office has asked stores to treat the Survey feedback form.
The store did an excellent job calling me right away and making it right from their end. I had no expectations that they will connect with me considering they did nothing wrong, but they apologized profusely for whatever dissatisfaction I had and committed to living up to my expectations of the place.

Regarding the food, it has been consistently fresh and delicious every time I come here. I typically frequent Wendy's around the $3 Dave's Single promotion, and can count on this restaurant to give me my sandwich, my way: no pickles, extra lettuce, extra tomatoes. They do it with a smile on their face and as fresh as they can be.

Dave's Singles are on special for $3. I ordered two and waited about 6-7 minutes for them in the drive thru. Strange amount waiting time for a big promo and before peak lunch hour.

I'm standing here in the restaurant complaining about the location. Not only are they too slow for their in-restaurant customers, but the order taker somehow decided that my husband saying "no tomato, extra lettuce and ketchup" also meant "add pickle".

There was no language barrier between my husband or the order taker. Just a simple case of poor listening skills and bad customer service. We are in the restaurant during off-peak hours (just coming up on 2pm on a Thursday afternoon). I have never seen such horrible service in a fast-food chain from adults! Absurd and downright pathetic.

Like any other fast food join, quick and consistent. Dave's, chili, and wraps are always tasty and fresh. Staff are polite and efficient

Wendys is always right but prefer to order hamburgers not the chicken. Love their fresh vegetables

I liked this Wendy's location, it's one of those Wendy's/Timmy's hybrids lol. The service at Wendy's was great, nice and attentive cashiers, my order was made an delivered fast, no hassles whatsoever, virtually didn't even wait in line. Food was good, decent portion and price. The ambiance was very nice too, clean and easy to move around. The only reason I'm rating 4 instead of 5 stars is because an elder, disabled couple with a service dog didn't receive any help, causing the lady to accidentally spill one of the drinks; and then, the staff took their long sweet time to go clean up the spill from this area even though they were notified right away
