The restaurant wasn't the cleanest and the menu didn't show all of the options available, but when I asked if they still ordered chicken nuggets, the staff was able to ring it up even though it wasn't on the menu I could see.
Best so far out of the other fast chain restaurants, but they are shrinking their burger sizes and keeping the same price. Quality and quantity is going down hill since the pandemic. I looked at some old Wendy's photos from the past and I'm SHOCKED how they keep making everything smaller and I didn't notice. Still it's an (ok) place.
This place is the one I like best. I go to many restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very chummy and the cooking they serve is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a good dinner here. Highly recommended.
Went in at 7: 38PM on a Thursday night, all I wanted was a chocolate frosty, when I placed my order the cashier tells me with a bit of an attitude “we close in like 20 minutes we’re not making frosty’s anymore”. But it wasn’t 8 yet so I’m confused as to why I couldn’t get what I wanted. It’s cool though, won’t be coming back.
I just stopped by with my family to grab some dinner I placed an order to go. I see it being plated for there so I check my ticket, it was marked "dine in". I said the the young lady with the glasses " hey I know this says dine in but its supposed to be To go" shes rolls her eyes and says " next time tell her" to which I replied "I did". She had an attitude an went to whisper in the cashier ladies ear. She then packed my order to go places my bags on the counter and turned away. I found it very hard not to vocalize my opinion. Poor attitude and no respect. I will not return there again, an I come here several times a year. Pathetic customer service.
I like Wendy’s. However this was the last time I will ever eat here. My wife and I decided to go visit Niagara Falls and we stopped at Wendy’s to grab something to eat. As my wife is a vegetarian and the sight of meat disturbs her, I asked the person taking our order if the chili salad had meat in it. She reassured me that it did not. Once we received our order, my wife immediately became sick and lost her appetite when she saw the pieces of meat in the chili. I proceeded to see the manager who was a young teenage girl and explained the situation to her. Her response was that there is no meat in the chili salad, because the chili is on the side and not in the salad. I told her that we were reassured there would be no meat in our order. She then adopted a rude and aggressive attitude and dismissed the situation by saying: “ if you’re a vegetarian, then don’t eat the meat. But here in Canada we like meat in our chili. Anywhere you go in Canada, the chili will have meat in it. ”
The attitude of your employees, especially those in managerial positions, should be of utmost importance. I have been living in Canada for 21 years, and found her attitude unprofessional, rude, arrogant and hostile. Her dismissive attitude was also very rude towards my wife. Just because a person doesn’t share the same values as someone else, it does not give them the right to overlook and dismiss those values. I will never eat at a Wendy’s such as this so long as inconsiderate people with no basic sense of customer service are hired to work there.
It was ok like any other fast food restaurant.there was one car infront of me.and the service was very slow and they ended up messing up the order i was already put the parking lot pass the lights when the kids went into the bags.wasnt worth it to turn arnd.
Bad experience. I bought a Pink lemonade and all I received was a cup with ice and a small amount of juice. I approached the cashier and told her. She became very rude and told me that was the size. I finished buying another and requesting not to add so much ice. I will never go back to this place.
Top, nous y sommes allé par un jour pluvieux, résultat il n y avait vraiment personnes, le service a été rapide et le beconnator vraiment délicieux. Très bonne expérience pour ma part
Simple Wendy's on Clifton Hill. They're elevated above the hill so it's a good place to sit after climbing hills and people watch. Food prices are on par for Wendy's.
I asked for a burger with no bacon on it because I Hate bacon and they put bacon on it. I brought it back and waited about 15 minutes in line. I get my burger and I still see bacon grease and tiny pieces on it. Not impressed
