Just went in for some food the manager there did a great job making sure my order was made fresh as per request i didnt see her name but she was really nice and making sure not only the drive thru was quick but making sure i got fresh food
Drive thru Window 1: utterly miserable soul taking money and incapable of any polite communication. When asked what type of cheese was in the salads, she replied "shredded"! Window 2: Friendly staff serving the food.
I really like Wendy's but there were just too many missing items in my last order at this location. Kids were pretty disappointed that their kids meal were both missing the Frosty and the toy. The plum sauce was missing as well. Not exactly a combo when you only receive the chicken fingers and fries. Ordered through Skip the Dishes so wasn't about to drive to the Wendy's to pick up the missing items. Also, Skip the Dishes doesn't take any responsibility even though they seem to have an online process for it. Won't be ordering from this location again.
Slow service and grumpy management! As a manager at a fast food chain myself, I get the frustration of having little to no staff. However, you should not treat your employees who show up to work the way this manager did! She was completely rude, yelling at them instead of coaching them.
Terrible customer service from whoever the woman was working.took over half an hour to order and get food.and she was yelling and swearing for most of that time.absolutely disgusting that this person acts like this and still works with the public
At 4pm in the afternoon waited over half an hour to get to the window. Then handed the Debit machine, with cold rain and wind she walked away from the window. I set the Debit machine down only to be told I was being rude. I was gentle so as not to break the device. Told them they shouldn't make people wait 30 minutes for a couple burgers. When the woman returned I was told they didn't appreciate my attitude. I've worked in the industry and told them they should staff better after I was informed they were all new staff. Apparently my complaints and issues with waiting that long and being treated that way is also not their problem.
After going to that location at least once a week for the past 3 years I will not be returning. Supposedly my business will not be missed there. Do better.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible! Wow I can't believe a huge chain like this could be so bad. I'm not sure how long I waited to be served but it was a long time. I would probably never go here or suggest anyone go here ever!
Out of all the large fast food chains Wendy's is my favorite. Their be burgers are obviously their staple and deserving me so! I love the fact that the ratio of meat to bun is extremely high lol Plus they have great salad options with the choice of choosing between different salad sizes
Placed a mobile order then waited curbside for 10 minutes. The lot was empty. I decided to go inside to see what the holdup was and saw the staff just chatting and no one checked the screen to see that I even ordered anything.
Excruciatingly slow service! Lack of effective management on the floor was felt. We waited 25 min for salade only to find that they have missed some of the ingredients! On the positive side the places where located and there is ample parking.
Here’s the quality of basic service from the staff working the evening shift on this day (July 29th 2021) I walked in and with no lineup but took them 8 minutes to take my order. The stff were tending to drive thru as normal but was also too busy putting paper bags over their employee as a joke. What makes it worse is that after I made the order I said i will use the washroom but I doubt the cashier heard me cause she immediately turned around and said “shit! ” As if she forgot something When I came out of the washroom i stood waiting for my order, the staff in the back noticed I came back but didn’t mention that I was still waiting for another 15 minutes until the cashier came back from the drive thru window and asked where the baconator was. The disrespectful thing was that the support staff said “ ooh i told them to clear it” and laughed like it was okay. Shoutout to the staff members
Came in to get some burgers and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. No customer service whatsoever, behaved as if we were bothering her. No smile, annoyed that I changed my mind on my order and asked for a coke when the self service machine was just behind me. My sincere apologies to her for my clumsiness…. No offence but the staff were very old ladies and perhaps too grumpy to be working there - at least that’s what it came across. Most importantly the burgers were really bad. Not fresh ingredients - they say real meat … It didn’t taste like it. No more Wendy’s for me!
Their drive through is the slowest drive through in the history of drive throughs. If you have 40+ minutes to spare and you’re not hungry, go for it, wait in the ridiculous long line. It’s like they forgot what the definition of fast food is. For the most part they get the order right but the food is usually cold or overcooked. Their chicken is often rubber like.
They're really fast when you, yourself pickup takeout, or drive thru, but they aren't always ready for delivery. So I'd suggest you go in and get your mouth watering juicy burgers, salads, or chili! Whatever you're up for!
Wonderful atmosphere and super amiable service. The meals were crisp and delightful. Will easily recommend this place to my friends. Affordable prices and big portions. Keep it up.
Went in early this afternoon, employees didn't even acknowledge that I was there for about 10 mins standing inside. While taking my odder the women was very rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her to oder my food.when the food was ready she tossed the bag to me rather than handing or even leaving it on the counter, I asked her for a straw for my drink and she rolled her eyes. As someone with experience working fast food I understand in a rush sometimes its hard to be friendly to every guest, but in this case I was the only one in the store and there were no cars in the drive through: (
We went through the drive thru to order. The order taker couldn't seem to get our order properly on the screen she was clearly not paying attention to what we were trying to order. Once we finally ordered and got our stuff after we pulled away I looked in the bag and our order was completely wrong. We got food that we didn't order and some of our order was missing and what was right about our order was discussing. I will not be going back to that Wendy's again.
Very rude staff. I was picking up a delivery for skip and the staff there are the worst I have ever encountered. She gave me a bag then mumbled something, so I took the bag and began to leave. She then SCREAMED at me and asked "where are you going? " Then began to berate me for not waiting. I told her she should have said something. She said she did. Regardless if she did or not, you do not talk to anyone like that. I know we are all under a lot of pressure with the current pandemic but we should still treat each other with respect.
Served expired milk with kids meal. They did replace it, but still. Woman on patio smoking, Wendy's worker on patio having lunch, and didn't do anything about it. We asked the smoker who didn't have anything from Wendeys to leave.
Woman who swerved me was miserable and not friendly. Will MOT be going back.
Ordered a salad with cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese. Just drove half an hour home and went to eat my salad and it has blue cheese. Can’t eat it cause I’m allergic. Such a joke
Went through the drive thru just a few minutes ago. Ordered 30 dollars worth of food, only to find a hair wrapped around a nugget in the bag Needless to say we all lost our appetite after that and no receipt so I can't even complain about the exact order. So dissapointed after months of good service.
My POV is that it is well, excellent, considering that, since I entered, the cashier was very considerate in me taking my time to figure out what I want. I love their fries, love its saltiness, like my life sometimes.
Stopped for a quick late lunch with our kids. The fries were undercooked and almost cold, and neither of the two soda machines were working properly. One had ice but no regular coke, the other had no ice but regular coke that was flat (yuck!) and neither of them had any of the Minute Maid options available! Very disappointing. I brought it to the attention of one of the employees but nothing was fixed while we were there.
The service at the counter was excellent. He told jokes and was quite entertaining. My only problem was one of the other staff, who looked like management to me, took one of the cheese sauces from the guy serving me without even asking or saying "thank you" or "sorry". It seemed very rude to me.
Typical Wendy's. It's a new building so it's clean. The parking lot is difficult to access if there's a lot of traffic passing through the Walmart parking lot, or if there's a line the drive thru.
After spending 7-9mins in the drive-through just to order then waiting another 7mins to pay and collect my food. I was extremely disappointed and confused as to why I’m waiting so long for rushed food. That was cold and stale. I had to rejoin the drive-through line to tell them my food was cold and the fries were horrible. Waited another 7mins just to receive “new” cold stale fries. I’m really disgusted and would NEVER SUPPORT this Wendy’s location ever again. I wasted $22 on two combs that I couldn’t even eat. I shouldn’t have to come home and put the fries in the oven just to try and bring them back to life. The lady at the drive-through was very nice but come on thirst who are preparing the food need to do better. I was a. Tso angry with the quality of food I received. If I could leave zero stars I would horrible
Food waz finally hot, last 3 times goin there it waz cold burgers & cold fries, i waz hestitate on goin but someone else insisted, it waz also lunchtime but it shouldnt make a difference wat time u go, it should always b hot.

we got off the highway for a quick bite we began by heading through the drive through to find that the debit machine was broken and to head inside.
Once we got inside there was a line of around 5 people Waiting however they still proceeded to have all but one staff member still dedicated to the drive through in the end after waiting for 10 minutes and the line still not moving we decided just leave.
In conclusion this location has terrible service due to poor staff management and the food I can not comment on because we were never able to order
Had to ask counter staff WHY wasn't I served after watching them walk by cash several times, then got burger instead of chicken and finally told manager 1st and last time to their always empty and now I now why Wendy's
Not my favourite location because the quality of service is not usually good. There's almost always a long wait to order and get my food, they seem to serve at a slower pace than other locations.
Drive through didnt move for over 12 minutes. Decided to go inside to see the staff goofing off. They noticed me come in and ignored me. I needed to be asked to be served.
