We went through the drive thru and we're asked to wait in a parking lot for about seven or eight minutes before we got our food. I still love Wendy's, and go to them when I'm looking for fast food
This location is great for sitting down either by yourself or with another. Should you require bus service the bus will drop you right in front and drop there. You can also pop out afterwards and pick up a bus close by. Service is quick and gracious.
Me and two of my friends came in to order two wraps and chicken stripes. It took 5 minutes to take our first order and when me and my other friend walked up immediately after it took more then 10 minutes for someone to take our order. There was what it looked like a manager in drive through playing with recites with the other girl in drive. They both looked at us all and didn't come once but came up to the counter to play with recites coming out of the machine infront of us, look at us and walk away. The person on skip was doing her job and then came up to take our order as we asked and we still waited for over 8 minutes for food. I use to work at the Wendy's on merival so I know how its supposed to be run and not ignore customers. It was not run properly tonight.
Ok so I worked 2 shifts at this location to find out why they are so slow cuz I worked here 17 yrs ago.where the manger would get mad if drive thru was longer then 2 mins per car.no days its like 7 mins per car and nothing takes long then 5 mins to cook there kids are working there playing on the cell phones the funny thing is everything they make is old I seen chicken nuggest set for 3 hr and be sold spicy chickens sitting all night chile meat being survered as burgers to make things worse they only paid me 1 day and didn't pay my other day telling me they are sorry but I will have to wait till next pay then after quitting they told me I need to send them a resignation letter I laughed and said its a fast food restaurant.needless to say I have no choice but to contact there head office file a complaint and then go to the labour board and tell them what they told me
Food was decent but staff needs some training regarding if a coupon is valid or not. I was initially told it wasn't, then when I tried it online, it worked fine.in the end still used the coupon. One thing I did like though is that it is well maintained and clean

Went after a long day and was treated really rudely by the night manger and they messed up are food 3 different times then proceeded to give attitude after the messed up the order and the manger was really rude to his worker that was doing his job properly you shouldn’t be working at fast food if your gonna be a dixk head.
I usually order from here and everything is fine, except today I don't know what happened. One of our food wrappers had a dead ant on it and we had our fries missing from our combos. Manager should look into the food packaging and employees should better look into the orders they prepare. One fries missing would be understandable but 3? Come on guys.
EDIT: Sorry, but they literally forgot to put straws too. Extremely disappointed. Will be going to a different location from now on or avoiding wendys all-together seeing as they clearly don't train their staff anymore.
My family and I went to this restaurant after a long flight. We were greeted by a young man who took our orders nicely and efficiently. No complaints till a man came in and was acting very rude towards the worker. The worker was at least 17 years old and apologize for mixing up the man's order. When he gave the proper order to the man, he recieved sass and more rude comments. The employee handled it very calmly and went to the back to leave when the man began walking away. The place was very short staffed and after the one employee left and his supervisor went to talk to the man, there was one person left at the drive through. This poor person got yelled at from a customer who was seated and demanded he go to the cash and put her food order in before the people who ordered before her.
After having gone on occasion to this Wendy's for almost 8 years, and previously being quite pleased with the speed, service and food quality, I am disappointed to say that recently weekend service has slowed to a crawl. This past Sunday (June 19,2022) I decided to go for some frosties. The lineup in the drive-thru was quite backed up so decided to go inside. The manager and cash attendant showed no urgency in fulfilling orders at the drive-thru nor at the counter. I think I waited 15 minutes for two chocolate frosties and a lemonade.
Got a few spicy chicken wraps, poutine and lemonade for $20. The spicy chicken wrap was all bread and salty ranch with 1 chicken nugget inside. The lemonade tasted like water and was warm. The gravy was chunky and salty with no actual flavour. Overall the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
Fries are consistent as always. Slightly tasting of salty sawdust. Burger was great, also consistent. Tried the coffee. Surprisingly good, and made quickly as they didn't have any at the time.
The ad for the bacon burger enticed me to visit. It was very, very good and all the ingredients seemed to be super fresh. A bit drippy for eating while driving and I should have known better there.
Fairly quick and the food was great. Only one drink machine was available and it's the one closest to everyone waiting to get their food which was irritating since we're supposed to be spread out and doing the social distancing as best we can
Im one of the dissapointed with the customer service in this store. Earlier I clearly ordered 2 baconator combo, when I was asked for the drink I replied 2 Iced tea. Im wondering how the guy who took my order missed that. Upon paying, I fail to pay attention to the amount and the receipt. I just realized that the staff only charged for 1 combo when I got my order (only 1 combo) in the 2nd window. I told the staff if he add the missed order but he told me that “I have to go around and go back in the line “as he doesnt have the machine to input my order.
Im pretty sure other fast food chain have better approach to this situation than in this store. I am in hurry so I just chose to leave unsatisfied and dissapointed.
Sadly changed their grilled chicken burger, not as good as it used to be. Good poutine and good chicken nuggets/fingers/wraps. Love their strawberry lemonade.
Super friendly staff. Very accommodating. Good food. This specific location let me walk through the drive through in the dead of the pandemic when a comparing fast food restaurant refused service. You guys rock.
Great drive through never busy when I go. Less than standard service at window, cashier always acts like talking to the drive through customers is a chore when sometimes I am literally the only one there.
Ordered a spicy chicken with chili Cheese fries and chicken strips with poutine through drive through. Spicy chicken was dry as hell, chili cheese fries were good. Chicken strips were dry as well like leather, did not get poutine they gave us small fries instead. Subpar listening skills and never confirmed order.
Holy Cow the Large Lemonades are meant for a Giant, legitimately could quench the thirst of Two or more people. I should have ordered a Small for just myself lol
Today's visit was one where it was busy, as Province has lifted some rules into Stage 1. So more people were out. But line went pretty quick and items I requested were fresh and courteous staff at drive thru
If I could give a 0 I would have, unfortunately it's not an option. The managers on duty July 10th should not be allowed to be a managers with how our situation was dealt with. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior of someone who is suppose to be a supervisor, we wanted a refund and were refused and told that matter was resolved when it clearly wasn't and we weren't happy yet we were told we are.trying to get food for our 3 year old son shouldn't havnt taken over 1hr when we only live several minutes from this location. Which we will NEVER EVER be visiting again, we are also contacting head office to inform them of how terrible this visit was and how long it will be before we ever visit another Wendy's if this is the level of management that is allowed. All of this because the manager thought it would be funny to only fill a LG frosty 3/4 full and made a big deal over an order rung in improper and even tho we were willing to pay for whatever was missed that wasn't an option apparently. Thanks for ruining my sons dinner really enjoyed that. Glad I took photos
Got food poisoning from this store 3 years ago.always make sure to mention you want the burger well cooked. Fast food hamburgers should not be eaten anything less than well done.
Very disappointed. Ordered 3 combos at drive thru and was shorted my wife's burger. When I tried to call the number went to a voice mail not set up. Horrible experience.
Last visit here was pretty bad. Dude working the drive-thru was rude and just plain bad. Bun was stale as a rock, asked for no onions, got onions, other toppings were skimpy and old.
The food is standard Wendy's fare but the service is a bit off. If you dine in, get ready for odd questions and accusations around Covid protocol - I was given a tray as per usual and then seconds later asked where I got the tray as they are not being used during Covid. The employee asked me what staff gave it to me! Knock it off. I was then asked WHY I hadn't signed in to which I responded, no one asked me to.
As I arrived at Wendy's Bank St S location. I noticed approximately 12 cars at drive through. I went inside to Order and had other gentleman in front of me. It was extremely busy for drive through. So busy that now 4 people in line waited more than 10 mins to even be acknowledged All 12 cars and maybe more were processed and fed before anyone online in the restaurant. And I continued to wait until I received my order. How does the management manage unmanageable managers.
It's a Wendy's, so don't go expecting fine dining or anything. I will note that this location is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. The drive-through can get a little hectic but I can manage to get my fullsize pickup truck through it without scraping the paint.
All I asked for was a cheese burger with mustard and tomato bun not toasted and medium coke. I got a burger with bacon lettuce mayo and toasted bun and salted fries. Sometimes I think they don't really listen to you when you place your order I was very upset it costs me over 12$ and all I could have is the coke for health reasons.
Absolutely horrible service at night, every single time I am there they get my order wrong and overcharge me. Replace the crew at night because they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. I am incredibly disappointed with their service and I will not return at night ever again. Worst Wendy's in Ottawa.

Was refused service. They didn’t allow me to order for take away from the dining room, then did not allow me to order at the drive through. Very disappointed, used to be a long-time Wendy’s fan. Date of visit: May 14,2020.
Every time I use this location there is always something wrong with my order. Whether it's missing items or incorrect order. They need to get their employees in order. I no longer attend this location.
Good place to grab a quick bite. They serve fast and the prices are decent. I personally find the chicken burgers to be a bit lackluster to other nearby fast food places but their hamburgers are good.
