Wendy's

Quality is mostly great. You get the odd stale dry piece of chicken once in a while, but this is common in all fast food. Fries are still bad compared to other restaurants.

It's a Wendy's so the food was fast serve and fine. Some of the staff need to be a bit friendlier but others were great. The place was extremely clean and I mean extremely. We saw a person scrubbing the baseboards!

Friendly staff but long wait and cold fries. You'd hope if the wait was long, the food would be fresh.

Uncooked food, Horrible Customer Service. Weak minded employees. I went back to have the store remake my food. The woman who met me at the counter was unforgivably rude. She's lucky it's Canada Day and there's nobody to phone in to offer a complaint to. I'm furious. Whoever worked behind the counter when I was served was careless, Ignorant and is highly unequipped to manage even the most basic customer service concerns. Additionally, based on their body language of the employee, have zero faith my food wasn't tainted with or spit in. What a disgrace. I won't even touch it. What A Horrible Location with such malign employees. Purely disastrous how this location operate. I'm immediatly calling Customer Service and Corporate tommorow. All these terrible employees laugh and giggle all they wish But its my promise to deal with this respecfully and amicably. Bad Employees, bad service, bad attitudes. Bad look for Wendy's as a business. It's just so bad. I'm a business owner myself and I am dumfounded by the quality of service. Wendys is not a five star hotel. I don't expect a seven course meal leaving the stores drive through. I just want my fries cooked as they are supposed to and a Burger thats not missing relevant iingredients. I'm phoning in tomorrow ASAP to discuss with who I have to to make a genuine and legitimate complaint. Bad Service.

Wendy's is at the top of my food place is to go probably the go probably the best was a very good there I'll clean bathrooms clean really good place

This place is SO STINGEY with their chicken. They increased the prices for the chicken wraps and give you a SLIVER of chicken.

Quick food making. Friendly staff, even when I was asking a lot of questions about toppings Yummy food and fair prices. I usually go there for a quick late night snack and munchies~~

Always great when marg is working. However I am guessing it the shift manager she is a nasty one. No personality. Giving 5 stars because of marg and her continuence of excellent service. As always we love marg.

Can't go wrong with Wendy's. The staff are friendly, the food is great and I rarely ever have any kind of screw-ups via the Drive-through

Go get breakfast they had people waiting in the Drive-Thru for 15 to 20 minutes got to make my order after sitting there for 10 minutes at the box and she said she won't serve breakfast

Really enjoyed the Southwest salad. Great taste great value. Jessica was very helpful with the selection of dinner salads

My hubby poured me a coke from there self serve drink machine, but it poured disgusting fruitopia stuff, I drank it as it says no refills so I guess I wouldn't of me pour a new one?

Went around 8pm, the drive thru line up was really long. Took 20min just to get to the speaker, and than another 10-15min from the speaker until I got my food.
Even though it was busy the staff were extremely friendly and polite.
3 stars because staff was friendly and food was hot but wait time was ridiculous.

Went to try the new breakfast menu. Very disappointed! Tasteless small and not appealing at all. Even the coffee and lemonade juice was bad. Potatoe wedges were alright. McDonald's still the best fast food breakfast around.

Always been a go to over the years, dinning room isn't the same as 15 years ago but things change over time. Food is always great and service is fairly quick!

Abraham talked over our drivethru order there was a 15 minute wait because this guy would not listen to your orders and as soon as you try to correct him he won’t answer. We tried to correct order at window and they still screwedit up. Been there before it was good but this time the drivethru guy had a chain reaction going on.

Well today I bought one burger from Wendy's and one burger from Dairy Queen I prefer the Wendy's Burger over the Dairy Queen because there's more meat on the Wendy's Burger than Dairy Queen

I'm getting this a lot lately when I order through Skip for Wendy's. They close at 11, yet I can place an order at 9: 15pm, and when I submit the order.it say's it's closed. I go to the next available Wendy's on Skip, do the same, and when I submit.same thing, now closed. I call the store, they say they had a bunch of orders and shut it down. Then tell me they will turn it back on.and it doesn't happen. I love the food, but really. I don't think the staff want to cook and clean any more after a certain time. It's your income.don't you want orders?

Went for frostys with the kids. Clean, organized and spacious interior. Great staff and great frostys. Awesome location.

One day I was there and the woman at cash served an old guy whos hand was bleeding! Period! Then she had the audacity to give me my food! Soooo gross, unsanitary, and downright dangerous! They should have a rule about that! I am pretty sure they do!

Maskless. Wow. No regard for safety and no respect for people with health problems.

In case the owner sees this, the maskless staff member was a young girl with long, light blonde hair in a pony tail, and this was at 9: 05 PM on Sunday, March 27,2022.

Always good unlike other Hamilton locations. However I wish napkins where added to drive thru orders. I guess I can't get it all though. Fantastic quality over poop on a bun but napkins added lol

It's black or white. No grey apparently between locations. However if choice had to be made. I'll take good food over no napkins lol

They always get our orders wrong. Run out of certain salads, and baked potatoes a lot. NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN THE "PAIR TWO" OFF THE MENU! NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS!

We placed our order in the drive thru, it was a big order so we checked it before we left the window. Good thing we did because it was wrong. So we told the employee what we were missing. She actually argued with us and we had to asked her not to raise her voice (even though we had the receipt in our hands). So after about 10 min of back and forth we finally got the rest of our order. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Definitely would not recommend. Although the food was good, by the time we got the order straightened out the other food was ice cold.

Great customer service, called in to complain and situation was immediately made right. Then realized it was the wrong location. When I called the Wendy’s on centannial where the problem actually was, the girls working there were beyond rude. So maybe queenston wendys can train the staff at centennial, where the problems are. Or maybe the person doing hiring could use some tips from these guys.

Delicious new bacon portobello mushroom melt. -1 star because the advertisement photos doesn't exactly look like the actual burger. Fast drive thru service. Courteous, polite staff.

Great quality to price ratio, especially the value menu. Ingredients at this location are very fresh, and the back-of-house area is kept clean and tidy - unlike some fast food places. Occasionally there are deals (in store as well as on the mobile app) that are really worth using.

Customer service is also great at this location. Very polite and courteous employee interactions while ordering.

Wendy's has so far the best salad option among fast foods. Their pops are not water and ice like some competitors.

Only went to drive thru, had the grilled chicken wrap. Lots of lettuce and cheese. Wife had a Dave's Double (can never go wrong with a Dave's Double, or Triple).

Every single time I order through the drive-thru you screw up my order. Not even a complicated order and you can't even get it right. Ironically, the order is correct on the receipt so that leads me to believe that it is more like a literacy and comprehension issue. Or perhaps you just don't care. Seriously, you get it wrong every time. How hard can it be to dress a burger correctly? No ketchup means NO KETCHUP - NOT EXTRA KETCHUP DRIPPING FROM THE BURGER! Clearly not the shining stars of academia working here.

Our go to location. Staff are friendly and fast. They prepare orders right. Food is good and drive-thru is hassle free.

This Wendy's location is hit and miss, depending on who is working. Sometimes it's a 5-star experience, and other times it's a bit of a disappointment. About every second or third visit, something is missing out of the take-away bag (we've not eaten inside the restaurant), from the butter or sour cream we've requested for the baked potato to no napkins, and occasionally no cutlery when it was obviously required. They have also gotten our drink order incorrect a few times, but have made it right upon request. The drive-thru service is usually good (again inconsistent), but it really does depend on who is working. Room for improvement certainly, but not a location I would caution anyone to avoid.

Had a Baconator, one of my favorites. Substitute chili instead of fries and you can make your meal much healthier.

The service at this location is about average. Sometimes not great behind the counter but drive-thru is pretty consistent. I was upset with this location previously as they were open to walk in but did not have their washrooms open. They seem to have rectified that situation.

Extremely rude employee at the drive thru window. If you are not satisfied with your job, it is time for a change! It would also help if you received the spoons needed to eat with!

The French fries are some of the better ones I had here, decent amount of salt. They usually have a good chicken burger or bacon infused something. Good store

Innificiant cash register/ order taking. After a repeat several times order still incorrect. Wrong order received. Asked for Green relish. Not put in bag. Omitted one Frosty ordered. Ordered and paid for second Frosty. No spoon or straw supplied.

Went to 2 locations. First one didn't have salads. The second d location did. The first location often runs out. Great salad though.

Wendy, s just isn't the same anymore. I had a deluxe burger that looked like it was from the kids menu. Wendy, s used to have a good sized burger with loads of toppings. Every thing is so small and pricey. Out of fairness all the burger joints are the same. If you get a good burger these days you pay like 15 or more bucks. Wendy, s salads also are worse than they were. Will not be going back there again.

Great service, courteous staff and great food. Food is always fresh well packaged and great meal sizes with good condiments for the various nuggets and the poutines are delicious as always.

Impressed by how efficiently-run this location is! No matter how long the line is at the drive thru, you always get served quickly. Staff is friendly too.

Wendy's one of my fav fast food restaurant but my chicken sandwich was my first worst I've had. Very surprising for me to have this kinda experience at Wendy's.
Overcooked patties. Very dry, flat with barely any meat. Patty was just bout half an inch with them batter thicker than the chicken itself. Not to mention the colour. Seems the oil wasn't changed in awhile.
I'm overly shocked at the quality of the meat Wendy's had. Including usage of old oil.
Just hope that this was one bad day or this location itself wasn't managed well lately. Seeing as this was my first visit to this location, I hope that my experience was first and last.

Twice got my order wrong had to go through drive through twice terrible staff and rude! Made my sandwich terrible and fries were cold and soggy.

Protip; "Happy wife happy life" 8 bucks for a frosty and some surprise nuggies will go along way

Super fresh fries. Fast, not the friendliest of service, and burger was thrown together so sloppily it was falling apart and smushy when opened. But the fries were super fresh hehe

I simply loved their dishes. I always get great service there. The place is well organised and the employees are always very kind. Will come back again.

They no longer seem to be missing any items when going through the drive thru, thank the lord! The current staff has been phenomenal! Very friendly and kind, don't get irritated, not rude at all let alone for literally no reason. The food has been awesome, hot and fresh even the chicken nuggets (which are usually an hour old at other places) - the burgers have been awesome, just all around really pleased with this location lately. Thank you guys, keep it up! (I also thank them in person for being so awesome lately, more people should acknowledge good work like that, it makes the person feel good and everyone needs more of that)

I went with my family for our first Wendys experience so i can only speak on my own experience. Unfortunatly they liked it better than me. I had the nugget combo with fries and a chocolate frosty. The nuggets were quite good, and the siracha dip made it even better. The Fries were pretty bland, with no salt given, but they could be savaged slighty with the siracha dip. The frosty was a big disapointment, as it just wasnt that great to me. To be fair, it was a hot car we were eating in, and it was melting, so maybe if it was still colder, id enjoy better. Overall id come back for the nuggets for sure, and maybe the fries if they were seasoned better

So I ordered 2 poutines and all I got was fries and cheese curds, no gravy at all! I love this location I have never had a issue u til tonight.i have no choice tonight to rate it 3 stars

You guys are slacking with your food!
I used to come here to order and the fries and burger were amazing.
I don't live very far but when I did get home today from ordering.
My fries were soggy, the toppings in my burger tasted moldy and my burger was flatten.

Green tomatoes on our sandwiches both my burgers and spricy chicken not very appealing if you dont have ripe one inform customer

I had ordered from the drive through to surprise my girlfriends kids after school. By the time we got back to open it and eat it was to late to deal with the wrong type of burgers. This is not the first time my order had been messed up.

Staff! Is not very friendly! And if you want to eat fresh go early at 11am!

I have eaten twice at this location in the last three months and have been disappointed both times. The service is fine. Both times I ate here, I had the Son of Baconator. Both times, the buns tasted like they had been sitting around for a few days. Not sure if they store their buns differently from other locations. The first time it happened, I put it off as just things happen. No restaurant is perfect. But for this to happen a second time in two months, there is definitely something wrong here. I eat this burger at may other locations and the burgers are just fine.

Totally ignorant manager/owner. I witness such a rude display of missing manners that my partner and I returned our order and left.

One of the ladies is very slow. Always takes her time even if I have to be back at work she won't hurry at all, mean women never smiles, I eat there often they should replace her

They were able to provide me a handheld menu that I was able to read rather than struggling with the menu board behind the counter due to being visually impaired.
