Order was for 4 people 4 meals and got half the order right but couldn't bring it back because didn't notice intill I got home. Order wasn't complicated one no tomato, one no ketchup, one no tomato and onion, let one no ketchup and onion. I was the only one in the drive thru. I normally really like Wendy's but it's the second time it has happened to me at this drive thru.
I specifically asked for no ketchup no tomatoes since I am allergic. The cashier gave me a cup for my pop that was upright collecting dust. Service all staff were huddled by the drive through chatting it up not working. The tables are not being wiped down. I will not be returning to this location.
These guys close their main doors for everyone and ask us to ring the bell the the very back of the restaurant, even after doing that nobody opened the door and finally a customer was coming out and opened it for me after 15 minutes. Karen at the front cash said that they were busy so could hear the phone or the bell. There was one customer inside and only 3-4 in drive thru, if you call it busy, you better just close this location.
Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers are the perfect road trip food.
This location is a quick pit stop off the 401. Clean interior and bathrooms if you need to take a break from a long drive. Manager operating the cash register at the time was really polite and friendly.
This is my favourite Wendy's for miles. Front staff always seem to be genuinely happy, they are relatively efficient and quick to adapt; and I haven't yet had any interactions that have not ended without me genuinely feeling like a valued customer. Side note: Apple caramel frosty.my group of 4 voted plain vanilla is a better idea, but keep the caramel as an option
Good location in my opinion. The Food is always usually hot and fresh. It was maintained and clean inside when we used to eat in. Any issues would be sorted out immediately. My only complaint with Wendy's (this has nothing to do with any particular location) is there mobile app. It worked only one time for both me and my wife. Since then It just fails to process payment after you put your order together. They provide "offers" for discounts on food which you can apply to your order, these are "mobile offers" and can only be used and paid for through their mobile app. So it's quite disappointing putting an order together and applying an "offer" only to find out once you try to pay it fails. And Calling the location your trying to order from and telling them about this does no good as they can't help you or accept payment when you get there instead cause they are "mobile offers". So they can't honor the offer or help really at all. They just say they will put a complaint in about the app not working, they don't even take your name. To sum this up, I like Wendy's and this location, but Wendy's just really needs to fix their app or need to start accepting payment at the store and honoring their offers in the meantime.
Worst wendys in kingston, i was only one inside and no drive through, front counter women was rude and seemed to not wanna be there, also checked my order to make sure it was all there and still missed my frys in the order i dont know how you miss a simple order, even mcdonalds can do better then this
Went up to the drive thru and I couldnt have my order taken because the ONLY employee in the store was the the cook (doesn't know how to work cash). Very illegal to have only one employee in the store, needs a minimum of two people. Dumbest experience of my life. I feel very bad for the only employee working there this morning, he should get credit for showing up to work.
Tried Wendy’s again on the drive through, got a drink with 3/4 full of ice and a Thai classic chicken sandwich, they must think no one will return or complain about the skimping, don’t recommend this Wendy’s anymore for drive through here’s a pick of my sandwich, 3 tiny pickles and a blade of lettuce, nowhere near the photo they advertise.pathetic!
I'm not happy to see the three Wendy's employees in uniform leaving on Saturday at 11pm drop their Wendy's food trash in the parking lot before getting into a white SUV. Have some pride in what you do guys.
Nice big and new looking location. Staff are very friendly and never mess up my order. The inside is closed early and everything is closed around 10pm which is far too early in my opinion
Solid location. Haven’t had an issue yet, food is as expected, place is very clean and modern. You can order inside but the mobile app doesn’t seem to have the pick up order option which is a bit annoying. Most toppings are free as well which is always a plus.
Asked to get a family meal a couple days in advance for father's day and the general manager said hed take care of it, ordered a limo and everything and they denied that the order was taken when we got there wouldnt even pick up the phone, effectively crushing the whole day, absolutely unacceptable and hurtful
By far the best Wendy’s in Kingston. The management and customer service is above and beyond. For the manager that helped me at the drive-tru today, thank you so much! You seriously brought a huge light to a day where everything just kept going wrong. Thank you again and I will def keep coming for my Wendy’s kick at your resto!
C'est bien et rapide. Par contre, malheureusement le burger n'était pas fraîchement fait. C'était du" préparé d'avance" et réchauffé au micro-onde. Pas terrible, et surtout qu'il n'était pas asser réchauffé. Alors j'ai été déçu de cet endroit, pour la première fois. Toute les fois précédente j'étais bien satisfait
Sitting in drive thru lineup with 5 cars in front and 2 Behind and when it’s my turn they say sorry we are closed. It’s 9: 01 and the sign says drive thru open till 10pm. Woman literally said, I don’t care. Say no more, won’t see me again.
Always a reliable stop right off the 401 passing Kingston. They renovated a few years ago and everything still feels brand new and very clean. Service is always fast, very little wait, and have never had them make a mistake.
We go to this Wendy's often and are always given absolutely amazing service and high quality food. Everyone there is so awesome and they treat my younger brother like he's a human which not many restaurants do. I also want to give a special shout out to Tristen and Jesse for being totally epic people!
As always the food was good, but the service from one cashier surprised us and made it a great experience. Her name was Joanne and was very friendly and chatty while ordering. Not so much as to hold up the line but enough to make solid small talk. While she was out sweeping and clearing tables she made an effort to say hi to customers that were still there and asked how the meals were.
Great fast food, decent prices for its convenience! Doubble baconator is awesome, and if you can even add more bacon for a coupple bucks, great burger. Did I mention wendys has a good baconator?
I'm not a big fast food person but if I do decide to go and eat out I would have to say this place is by far my favorite. Customer service is amazing and when you ask for something specific to be done to an item you order it is done and done properly.
Usually we love this restaurant but today the lady at the cash kept screwing up oir order, she called a supervisor to help and he screwed up, terrible service and my lettuce in my salad was very gross, mostly black. Just not a good experience.
