Update your website. Says drive thru open until 10. Drove up at 9 and closed. When did the world shut down at 9?

earlier today in a vacant drive-thru, the worker on the speaker taking our order came across short, irritated and bothered that we were ordering. In addition to 4 combos, I clearly request 2 additional hamburgers have only ketchup no cheese (repeated twice as this was an error on a previous order). I tried to confirm my order back and she rudely cut me off and said “is that everything, your total is $51.78”. So I guess I’ll pass on the frosty…
When I reached the window another car approached the order speaker, the worker repeated to the car behind me “I’ll be right with you “, (in the same irritated voice used when I ordered) while rolling her eyes. Probably rolled her eyes when I ordered as well.
When she passed the food I wanted to double check the ketchup only hamburgers, the first one I checked had cheese. I pointed it out to the worker at the window her response was “that’s what you ordered” explaining it wasn’t she rudely responded with “well I can’t take it back” and walked away. Another worker came to the window and abruptly said “ I’ll take it, I’m just going to throw it out”. And proceed to take the burger and hand me a “replacement burger”, which had no cheese and no ketchup. But at this point I have no patience to even check the remaining items. As the worker passed the 4 drinks (separately) I asked for a tray and was told they don’t have any, in that rude tone I’ve now realized is how she must address all customers.
I can appreciate errors happen on orders, even fries that are a little chilly. My complaint isn’t the cheese on the hamburger my issue is the attitudes of the workers and how the are addressing customers.
If workers presents rude and irritated in addition to messing up an order, customers won’t come back.
If a worker presents rude and irritated and doesn’t mess up the order, customers might give them another chance, but likely go somewhere else.
If a worker provided positive customer interactions and there is an error in the order, customers would gladly return.

An honest error is easily forgotten, but encountering a rude person will tarnish a company.

Picture is not of the restaurant. I can assure you, you can not watch the latest blockbuster hit movie at Wendy's. But if you want a good burger (better than McD's) it's a winner, winner.

Went to this location on a whim for a burger craving.
It was clean inside and the food was made quickly and wasn't a mess.
The pop machines have a ton of options and I could stand there all day mixing flavors lol.
The staff were also kind and professional.

I would definitely come here again.

Show up at 8: 54pm in the drive thru and ordered an apple pecan salad. Drove home and realized they gave me something with guacamole all over it! Drove back immediately and they were closed (9: 15pm) when the sign stated open until 10pm Monday to Saturday! Not happy that I just wasted $11 on a salad I won’t eat!

Drove all the way out to this location for them to tell me they are closed when there was a person ordering food right in front of me, it was 8: 57 and they posted that they close at 10p.m it is Monday the 27th, Feb 2023. I've consistently had issues with this location closing before their posted hours, consistently had issues with my order and then telling me certain items are "not in stock" I find this to be unacceptable, I've wasted so much money at this location, it's not worth it to come here, I'll just visit another location from now on and I suggest others considering this location do the same.

I ordered 2 burgers and the clerk kept on making mistakes.
I like Wendy's burger but not this location. Poor service.

I used the Wendy's restaurants quite a bit but this is the first time I did a drive-thru at this location and let me tell you it was probably the best never did feel this way at any other of the Wendy's location or any other fast food chains as my experience today everything was there perfectly exactly the way it should be napkins will not forgotten Fork spoon will not forgotten salt pepper there's really nothing to say but 100% satisfied customer and next time I'm on the mountain I'll make sure that I'll come back to this location keep up the good work whoever was working November the 14th 2022 at approximately 5: 25 p.m. Cashier number 31 97 thanks again

This place is filthy. The cashier doesn't punch in the amount of money you tender & I'm pretty sure there's some pocketing of cash. I got distracted when I paid & I couldn't argue the change I got as when I looked at the register cost & cash were equal. Food was terrible. Healthy tasty meal at Sobeys was cheaper & I got an extra meal out of it.

Slow service. Teenagers hang out there without eating. Nuggets were up way early which made then cold when the rest of the food was done

This place routinely closes early. It is posted on the website that they are open until 10 pm (Tuesday night) and at 950 pm after racing over there I am met with lights out. Myself and a few other unhappy campers drove through expecting to catch them before they closed but had no such luck.why post that you are open until 10pm when you are going to lock up shop at a quarter to or 10 to 10 pm.
Thank God for McDonalds.thankfully they were open!

Slow, I understand many are training but the management there does not relize how important their customers are. Don't try using a coupon there because many times the order takers cannot get the csh register to accept the scanned coupons so management is called and they make up a lie as to why that coupon is not what it says its for. A coupon for a sandwich combo is not for a hamburger combo, it's really for our breakfast special thats why the coupon is not scanning. This is what management is telling me. Pathetic.

For the money these places charge for a meal they could be a little more friendlier. After each item being ordered I kept getting asked is that it? Than no total is given just got drive up. They take your money, give the food with no thanks or have a good evening just shut the window. Makes me want to return! Great customer service!

So I pull up to the drive thru and am asked to wait. Ok so I shut my truck off and wait. Having a conversation in my truck and then the lady at the drive thru decides to give me attitude and I wasnt even talking to her, since she asked me to wait. Then she proceeds to put hair in my 12 year Olds frosty. I go back to get a new one and he gets another frosty with even more hair this time. But before she hands it to us, she whispers something to the lady that hands it to us and what do you know more hair. I call and ask for the owners number and am told they don't even have his number. The manager told me this. Was told to fill out a survey and it goes back to the store. So yup nothing will get fixed. My son or I will never go back here again, with the ignorance from the lady at the drive thru. Who does that to a kids frosty to begin with! Disgusting not once but twice. If you decide to eat there get ready for hair in your food.

The absolute best Wendy's in Hamilton, it's strange, every other Wendy's I've tried is just fine, but this one, the food tastes so much better and fresher. The service is alright, a bit slow, but I'm happy to wait given the quality you get after. Also yes I know this is literally just a fast food joint but trust me.

Wendy's at 1780 Stone Church went there for my first time today stood at the counter waiting to order everyone looked at me and ignored me stood there for about 5 minutes and walked out Time to go to McDonald's not impressive for a first visit

I was with my friend who was doing skip. The old aged lady at the counter who looks experienced gave such a bad comment when we arrived. There was an order for a burger and a drink. My friend asked for a tray as the drink can fell off in the car. The lady after giving the tray speaking to her colleague: skip guys take so much of trays as if they are free. These are pretty expensive trays etc. I dont know or understand whats wrong with people? Customers get food properly will ultimately generate more business for you.

Been here 3 times now, once in house and 2 in drive thru. I was given the wrong food each time and had a hard time getting no ketchup on my burgers for some reason? I never get reimbursed or even the slightest of an apology. In house service was faster than drive thru, that’s all that was positive about each experience.

Promptly courteous service. I ordered Chilli, junior burgers and poutine along with beverage. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice quiet atmosphere, as it was near closing time.

The team is always more concerned about chatting than taking orders, and they are always sold out of most of the drink options. I'd rather not pay $2.50 for a small plain sprite.

Always love eating but burger wasnt done and they readily replaced it but I think you've changed you beef, I won't be buying burgers any more from

The staff need more training. If you modify your order even a little bit, like no lettuce, etc. It's like your speaking another language to them. I've tried this place three times now and I'm over it.

Last time I went through the drivethru and they almost forgot my drinks and didn’t give me my dipping sauce. This time I walked in for a to-go order and the nice young Hispanic gentleman that waited on me was a welcome change. Offered me plastic bags to carry all of my order out. Keep up that great service all of the time and I will definitely stop by this location.

Fast service, kind staff, fresh great tasting food. They also have the pop machines with almost every flavour which is great. Good atmosphere in the building. Very good lighting and lots of windows.
