Same Wendy's food you would expect from a Wendy's. Drive thru is usually pretty quick

Tried 3 different breakfast meals in 3 days. Biscuit was so dry, croissant was really bread like, English muffin not warm and too dry. All sandwiches were room temp. Bacon was absolute highlight in every sammy.

The food wasn't fresh. I ordered tenders, got three pieces, and two of them were the size of my pinky the French toast weren't good. Felt like cardboard.

Each time I go they mess up my order or I'm missing something. Hard to find email contact, tried to submit online but store number wasn't being accepted

Edit: another experience another failure, rude staff who clearly don't wanna be there. Another mess up with my order.

Food and atmosphere is great just like any other Wendy's. Service on the other hand can't follow a simple order - one cheese burger kids meal: burger only cheese and bacon - they forgot the Bacon then a Bacon deluxe combo: only lettuce, bacon and tomato. Took the staff to remake the deluxe burger 5 times! To make it right. Then the manager tried to short change us by $5 when we asked for our money back for the ridiculousness and lack of intelligence. Unbelievable

I told the cashier I needed vegetarian and she offered me a cheeseburger with no bacon I asked her if the patty was vegetarian she said no. I had to tell her 5 or 6 times I wanted no meat because she kept offering me meat. Then my avocado salad had no avocado on it and they didn’t actually mix it.

Asked for extra ketchup after my meal was rung up. Manager said ok and put 1 ketchup packet in the bag. Didn't know you were hurting so bad Wendy's.

I've been here a few times and it's always great but the one lady in the chair at the drive through is a little rude and slow

The pub burger was the best thing ive had in a long time bacon onions and cheese and that sauce wow will have it again:) i like it better than the baconator

All of the tables are dirty, and aren't being properely washed and sanitized. They must have forgot we are in a pandemic.

Called to complain about the order they got completely wrong, manager asked if I had a receipt, I did not, manager hung up on me. When I called back to get her name to file a complaint against her with head office, she apologized and found my receipt. I returned to the location and had my money refunded, they did not attempt to correct my order or offer to correct my order as they gave me what was on the receipt but, a plain baked potato somehow became a double baconator with cheese or how plain burger means smother with extra condiments is beyond me but, I don't read Wendy's drive through window code so be careful before driving away from this location without checking your order first.

I have had very pleasant experiences, but I've also had a few bad experiences at this Wendy's.

Overall they do a good job and are friendly, just the odd time I'll leave with a bad experience.

Open till 11pm. Food always amazing here. The staff are amazing too. There salads are restaurant quality. You can truly tell that it's made with fresh ingredients. Love this place.

8 pm drive thru is extremely slow. What are they doing? They take your order immediately, but then spend what seems like an eternity serving the people ahead of them. Ownership should maybe hire more personnel to service busy times including 8-10 pm

They touch Bacon and make a vegetarian salad with the same pair of gloves (seen it last week, couldn't eat my apple pecan salad because
she contaminated it with Bacon)
There should be some respect to people who chose to eat vegetarian, halal or kosher

This is the best Wendy's location in the city by far. The food is always top and hot, the service is excellent and always friendly. Usually the food is ready to go within a couple of minutes. Considering how busy the drivethru is, it shows that the restaurant is well-run.

Decent food, hot and fresh. Fries were extra salty. Frosty was extra delicious! Always a long line for drive thru but it moves quickly enough.

Very nice staff who take the time to get to know you.every time I have been there my order was always right, fresh, and tasty.staff is supper friendly and make sure to repeat order if any unsure essential happens also noticed the screan you can check your order befor you pull away from the speaker witch is great I felt so bad for the staff today to a very rude customer was yelling and screaming at the staff in drive thu around 530 540. I felt so bad for the pour ladies I saw in drive thew who from what I heard did nothing wrong

We hadn't gone there since the start of covid and honestly we won't go back. It's not as good as it was. The portions have shrunken, my husband asked for a bacon deluxe, and there was no bacon. I ordered a taco salad. They changed to frisée lettuce instead of iceberg, so it makes the salad soggy. The watered down chili didn't help. And there were no crunchy chips included. My son's fries were also undercooked. Yes, it's no longer worth the drive. The quality is just not there anymore. Very sad. I'm going to miss the times we went there when it was good.

I go here every so often and every single time I’m so impressed by their customer service:) they’re so friendly and I feel like they always go the extra mile even though they do it have to. Regardless of the time if day, I’m always impressed. They once gave me free chicken nuggets for my dog which I thought was the sweetest, and they also upgraded my burger once late at night after a long wait. Usually fast food employees are rude and careless but I’ve never seen that here at this Wendy’s! Great location and clearly very well managed.

While they were clearly understaffed, and had a big lineup, it was clear the workers were working hard to serve us in a timely manner. Food was good, and employees were helpful, polite and cheerful

Quick easy fast food. Whoever is making the burgers lately is doing a phenomenal job! They make the sandwiches look like the pictures on the menu. Thank you

Food was great, service was fast. The real star of the show though, was Nathan! We had a really annoying, long order, and a lot of stuff had customizations. That kind of order can be a pain to take, especially in a drive thru, but damn, Nathan was like a pro! He was real nice about it, made sure to repeat it back in case he missed something, (though he didn't miss anything at all, he was on the ball), was super friendly! He's really good at his job, he deserves a raise or a promotion or something!

Service was a bit slow tonight but the young female manager w the coloured hair did a great job of informing us of the wait time and was pleasant at the window.

There was a problem with the electronic payment system. I used both my debit and credit card and it just wouldn't process. The manager let me have the meal for free. I thought that was amazingly generous of them, acknowledging that the problem was on their end. The meal was really well wrapped and well prepared to boot, showing that the staff there really care. A very good experience.

Nighttime workers the 2 black ladies are very rude and never listen to the order i want. I ordered 3 burgers i got 1 burger with chicken im not sure how you can mistaken an order that bad. I ordered large fries they give me a medium. No napkins nothing in bag. Avoid

Great quick service.polite people working. You can actually understand the person on the speaker box. And the veggies on your burger are crisp and fresh! 9/10 for this Wendy's

please clean the trash up and make sure trash bins are accessible through the snow and are empty

Have gone here a bunch and have usually had decent service. Today they messed up our orders and also forgot the receipt. I understand sometimes it's busy but this is unacceptable. I will update my review if future experiences warrent it

This place deserves five stars for the staff. Yes, the food is always fresh and quick, the quality is there. For me, the staff at this location absolutely shine, even during the busy periods. Great customer service and always a pleasurable experience however brief.

Plant based burger prepared on same grill as meat burger, was sick all night after eating there. However, service was courteous and quick.

Terrible service.
I stood there for 5 minutes with someone standing at the cash and it was like I wasn't even there. He just carried on with what he was doing. When all he had to do was say "just a sec please". This location has lost my business and I'm telling my friends.

Went here ordered the Grand Slam burger! Absolutely stuffed my face with the beast! Tasted unreal and even ordered a second one to go! The guy behind the counter was a legend and really nice! Will be driving here to eat more juicy burgers! If ur contemplating eating here or at McDonald’s, I recommend going here and mauling the biggest burger on the menu!

This is a fairly consistent Wendy's. The bathroom can sometimes be a little grimy but the service is usually fast and friendly.

Just for fun I always give them a weird name for my order.

The only issue I have is the line up to order. It's always chaos as people never know where to line up for the cash register.

I havd always, and always will love the food that Wendy's has to offer. Not only is it good, but it's not too greasy. Staff are nice and willing to help in anyway they can help and the drink machines have so many selections it's crazy!

I like Wendy's, JRCD is my choice for a cheap burger. Decently tasty, decently priced. Always get X Lettuce and X Pickle. Frostys are great when they're 99¢!

Avoid. Cashier actively wiping her runny nose with the back of her hand in between taking orders and pouring drinks. Manager ambivalent about this when mentioned. I ordered a combo and asked for a small frosty instead of my drink. Turns out this costs more as a “combo”than ordering a separate sandwich, fries, and frosty. Manager’s reply to this when asked was “yes, well we can get you the $0.25 difference if you care so much. ”

If you close at 11, change your website. Don't turn away the customers standing in line. Not happy because we were the only ones in line, they could have served us. Won't be returning.

Ottawa Trainyards, horrible today. You can taste the chlorine in the watered down drinks, fries are cold, buns stale and manager unpleasant.
Hopefully higher management sees this.

The staff at the drive-thru are always very friendly and polite and the service is quick!
I've never had any problems with my orders.
