Pretty decent location in terms of quality. Fries could have been a bit more fresher, as it was a bit cool when I got them. Spicy chicken burger was perfect for late evening junkfood fix.

The food was good. The toys could be better.

I had a Junior Double Cheeseburger as it's my favorite with pickles.

The toys were so bad I don't even remember what they are. Would like to see more fun toys that I can play with.

I am half a century old and have frequented this location every Xmas Eve to visit with my family in Niagara the past 25. The tradition is solid and the service here is the vibe. Thank you.

Worst food ever. You look at the picture of the food on their menu and when you get the food it doesn't even look close to what they show you. Will never eat here again.

Great late night spot combined with amazing customer service. I want to recognize Maggie for consistently providing such a great experience.

Extremely Rude Drive through worker. Couldn’t hear our order through the speakers so we drove up and the lady wouldn’t take our order because there were people behind us. Yet when we were trying to order on speaker section there was no other cars. The girl refused to take our order and wanted us to drive back around now that there were cars there.

Wow the food has really gone down hill the Dave double burger was just a slimey mess, the first baked potato I received was rotten, the lemonade was quite good though.

No toilet paper In women's bathroom. All the tables and benches and chairs had foot particles on them it was 415 pm so not a busy time things could have looked a lot better. I was not happy with how unclean the premises were

Just got a couple of drinks at this location I used to give 5 stars and say nice things about.
Well, staff is changed now and the drinks were filled mostly with ice.
Went back to ask for more drink and they said no. Next time ask for less ice. THIS IS OUR STANDARD!
Your standard? Yes! You tell me less ice when you order. Not after you get your order? Seriously?
I was in the drive thru. Respecting the drivers behind me I paid and came inside instead of holding the line.
So, of course they don't want to give me the number for corporate office, customer service. Ok I will look it up then!

How hard is it to put less ice in the drink, or make a new one with less ice. Are you really hurting that much for money?

I've been going to this Wendy's since I was a kid. Some of the staff has watched me grown up since I was a kid and I know a few personally. I even know the owner of this location.
Every BAD experience I've had was with the SAME African lady whose been there for a short period of time. To keep it short she is not a nice lady, handed my food disrespectfully, and slammed my drink on the counter. Other encounters she just did not have any professionalism and seem like she could not care any less. The only reason why this post gets 4 is for the reputation that's been upheld bu the people that's worked there for many years.

Really good location. They take pride in making there food there. Not like other locations in the GTA

Older woman who works at the driver tru is the rudest person in customer service I’ve ever met.
I asked her for a sauce & she says WHAT! I didn’t even care about my change at this point and was going to drive away and she yells out the window like crazy YOUR CHANGE.so i back up slightly a car honks and she drops my change out the window all over the ground and says to me… YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL HOW YOU DRIVE!

this experience was literally worse than one star. Sad because I love Wendys too but the staff is terrible

The food was great and the service was fast. I regularly pick up food here and I can say that the speed and order accuracy has been perfect.

I also like most of the menu and I think you can't go wrong. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich is my favorite across all fast food chains.

Keep up the good work.

Ordered a few things off the menu, food was cold, poutine wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese, burgers were cold and disassembled. Worst of all, they overcharged us and didn’t give us our receipt when we asked for it 3 different times. We had to calculate how much we spent based off our banking receipt! Terrible experience and Wendy’s doesn’t reach out for complaints anyways

Food is fine but drive thru performance is terrible. I dropped the rating to a two as they don't seem to be able to provide any decent service via the drive thru. Last visit I headed up having to go in to get food as they couldn't find my car

Ok. The first salad I got a few weeks ago was awful. The lettuce was old and brown. Today I tried again and I still got brown salad. I pay full price and expect full freshness. Never going here again. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Drive through open. Line wasn't too long. Order was taken and delivered accurately. Touchless payment. Perfect during there Covid-19 days.

Standard Wendy's experience, food tastes like it should and is always hot and fresh. Service at the drive thru is great never run into any issues.

Went through the drive thru on November 6 @6: 15pm and was served by arti in the drive thru. She was so pleasant and kind it made my day! Just a wonderful worker and I will for sure be coming back for the great customer service and food!

Visit this store a few times a week. Always friendly and efficient service. Sometimes a little long to wait, only due to their making fresh food. Never had an incorrect order. Well done.

I did not get what I asked for. As we went through the drive thru I didnt have time to go back and get it fixed. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received not only a breaded one, but a spicy one. It upset my stomach so bad!
Other than that the meal was ready quickly. It tasted good. So all I have to say is check your order before leaving to make sure that it is correct.

4: And the dining room was clean
