Food fast and edible. Service is average. Busy location. Conveniently located across street from Scarborough hospital and down the road from UofT Scarborough campus.

No issues here. You know what your getting. Drive through often long lineups. Otherwise clean and spacious dining room.

This is a big store because you can find two different foods varieties under one dome. One is Wendyandthe other one is Tim Hortons. The staff of both stores were nice and fast. But I have little advice, please stay safe here because this location is situated near the Centenary Hospital. Because of COVID-19 lots of patients came here for eating. I recommend you to please sanitize your your hands every time you touch anywhere. Stay safe and healthy.

I asked for double jbcs and got single jbcs, i come here regularly and are always slow and mess up my orders, im giving this wendys a 1 star for this reason.

Love Wendys for many reasons but the strawberry lemonade is everything and their chicken strips is to die for. Don't what I'd do without wendys. Not so busy of a location but the tims makes it busy looking

I ordered 2 nugget combo meals for my kids and they screwed it up and didn't give me the fries, my fault to for not double checking the order. Also they shorted me on a drink for one of the other combos and when I asked for the drink the guy at the window gave me attitude about it. Opened the window and said "What do you want".
I said I need another Coke, He said "Fine" and walked away.
It was a big order. 5 meals but still.customer service.

If I cod give 0 stars I would. Missing a whole part of my order for my kid now I have to go and replace it. Double check your delivery orders it's not hard to double check. Will never use this location again!

The place offers a vast range of delicious food. I like dining here. The employees are always very nice, rates are affordable and the spot is always neat.

The food was amazing but the customer service was horrible. A lady served me food as if she was giving it to for free. She literally threw the bag with the food towards me. I have no clue what was the point of attitude she gave me. Highly dissatisfied with her behaviour.

I visit this excellent restaurant often as I like the special atmosphere that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is extremely loving and skilfull. The service is extremely fast. Not to mention, the food they cook is highly distinguished. I have been there often and I was always delighted. The price is reasobable. I highly suggest this restaurant to to all.

At the moment you come to this place they give you an enjoyable feeling. Very warm crew, it is a good place to go out with buddies or with your date.enjoyable meals, qualified chef, decent cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Lines are usually short, it you ask for hot fries, you get them. Staff are friendly in the drive through.

Had my favorite sandwich- Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, and it was one of the best I have had recently. Very fresh and tasty.

Service is whack the lady at the front is extremely rude. Need to be retrained for proper customer service

We need to shut down because our garbage that used to be called hot and juicy now they're called cold and sloppy now repeat it to my dog

The drive through line was so slow in was waiting over 10 mins and there was only 2 cars in front of me

Everything was good except the restrooms needed cleaning but as soon as I notified the staff it was taken care of

Girlfriend ordered a combo, was charged for just the chicken strip's, and then was told we would have to pay for a drink and fries separately.they then proceeded to bring us fries without the chicken and burger we initially ordered and told us to have a nice day.the food was still delicious, so they deserve better than 1 star.service was terrible but food was good

This place saves my life in the evening when my toddler wants his nuggets. Aside from that, Wendy's is awesome. Fresh salads, great sandwiches and an AFFORDABLE menu for the working single parent

Quick service during busy lunch hours, staff are friendly, food never dissapoints. Only problem is the drink machine on the Wendy's side; difficult to navigate the touch screen and unresponsive sometimes. Especially with elder people coming from the residences and hospital near by, there is sometimes a long line up to get your beverage.

The staff argued on a 99¢ frosty thing after we couldn't provide our receipt on our meal WITH the keyring!
Why would you even argue to a customer who clearly bought 2 meals for a 99¢ frosty. As my past job experience have tought me, I wouldn't argue with a customer over a possible small loss for the company. Which in this case wasn't even the case.

The food is very good and the chicken is spicy. The staff are friendly. However, the Coke machine didn't make very good Coke for some reason.

Baked potato was under cooked, not the first time. Will not order baked potato anymore. Otherwise everything else was fine.
