Charged me for food I didn’t get and never gives receipts so you can’t get it fixed and have to order again

The delivery service is not good at all every Time we have to wait half hour to get the order

Great, clean and straight off the highway. Only one problem childrens milk was spoiled & not pass the date. So always test it before you give it to them.

Wendy’s in Grimsby is a hit or a miss. My visit on the day of this writing was somewhat of a hit. The staff were polite and the service was good. This is at the end of the day fast food.

I ordered a baconator with some extra toppings. If you ask for extra of any one topping it’s never done at all. This burger pictured had extra onions. Looks like regular to me. Compare that to other fast food chains it’s way off. The burgers are pre-made and then put together quickly. It’s the same at all places. Your burger patty wont be hot. It’ll be the same temp as other places. No wow moment. You come here due to convenience.

The chilli is the star of the show here. It’s nice and hot plus it’s gluten free without fillers. The fries (not pictured) have been disappointing at Wendy’s as they continue to change them since the passing of their founder Dave Thomas. Same with the buns where the old school buns were better. The spicy chicken sandwich was ok as well. It seems they’ve taken a step backwards with all the changes they made as opposed to their competition. This isn’t the franchisee fault but a corporate fault.

The pop machines are interesting with an incredible amount of different flavours. When ordering a combo choose small as it’s quite large.

The location is fine for a Wendy’s and you should be confident ordering here. A lot of the negative reviews are done by individuals with 1 review or less than 10.

THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RESTOCK AND THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE CARAMEL APPLE FROSTYS FOR THE PAST WEEK AND A HALF

I have no idea what the problem was but waiting 15 minutes for one burger and fries is a bit ridiculous on top of that the fries were cold and I had to send them back. I ordered in restaurant and not the drive-thru.

Order took forever and then I had to ask for my order because they lost it and then the order was incorrect.

I keep missing Items in my order And I ordered salad Caesar salad from This location and received it with mold and rotten salad at the bottom As I opened it up There was a rotten odor I Deeply suggest you checking your vegetables before eating it I love Wendy's Now I'm not so sure if I want to ever go to Wendy's again I told my wife no more Wendy's

Such ignorant poor service. I got home with the wrong order and tney didn't put the receipt as proof with the order. I called and told them about the mistake and they hung up on me. I hope that this company goes bankrupt

Everything was freshly made; the only quips I have with Wendy’s is the amount of ice they use in their drinks, way too much ice.

This spot obviously knows how to treat their clients. Consistently with a super nice attitude. The food is affordably priced, always fresh and clean.

Gave me a cheeseburger instead of hamburger, fries had a cardboardish funk, and drink was some bland tasting fruitopia instead of root beer.

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are tasty and the team is welcoming and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we have a pleasant evening.highly recommended.

I'm really not sure why the reviews are so bad, every time we've come here, it's one of the best Wendy's I've ever had. Burgers are fresh and juicy, better than five guus, fries are fresh, service is great. Soda burns so good, top tier soda fountain. It's by far the most popular restaurant in this tourist center. Every time I drive to Toronto, I purposely make sure to stop here because is that good. I feel bad for the other vendors cuz they're always empty and look so sad while Wendy's usually has the most people (except for this photo lol). I love this Wendy's.

Never open as late as they're supposed to be. Always seem to close half an hour before hours posted online.

They got our order wrong put a jalepeno pepper in each of our burgers, that's not coincidence, that's on purpose. The people there should all be fired. I want my money back with compensation. What an awful place to order from. Never going to order there again. Owner should lose his business.

Spicy Crispy Chicken is my ultimate FAV choice! I also really enjoy the baked potato with cheese and broccoli but they no longer offer that but they still have just cheese so it fine for me! The junior bacon cheese burger is a CLASSIC so it is definitely a side order each and every time.

I found the lettuce limp one small piece 1 little piece of onion alot of mustard ketchup and mayo I've tasted better in my home town wendys maybe because burger were on for $3

Food was decent. My only issue I see happening alot is they will stop serving customers to service a skip the dishes person. They cut in line. I believe they should have to wait in line like everyone else.

The usual Wendy's is on offer. Drive Through access is good but can confuse some. Interior is a food court with shared facilities do the washrooms are not exclusively for Wendy's not quite their usual standard.

Awful service. Rude. Fries tasted like they were fried in last months grease, and weren’t fresh. They were hard and old.

Love the Taco salad (personally a half is lots for me but now you can get them in half size too)

Usually good. Just ordered a spicy chicken burger and it had literally nothing on it but chicken. No lettuce no tomatoes no sauce.hope it a one off, but that's a pretty big mistake when you're a burger joint.

I dont know why the staff don't turn off the lights for the drive-thru when they are closed. I went Thursday night and pulled up at 12: 06am not knowing they closed at 12am. After I went up to the drive-thru window and the staff just ignored me, I finally understood that you were closed. Please have some courtesy and just open your window and tell the customer that you are closed. If my staff ever ignored a customer like that I would not have them work for me. Shame on the franchisee for not training their staff properly for any customers approaching the business after closing time. Very poor customer service.

The staff here are very nice but the manager is very very rude, I will not be returning here because of him. Very unprofessional and rude, does not know how to run a fast food joint.

The food took long to get and myself along with my friends all got a stomach ache followed by the good old #2, for quite a while might I add. This Wendy's location needs to verify that they are following the guidelines and policies regarding storing and making their foods, because the food we were served was less than savoury, and the aftermath was even worse. Won't be eating at this location again.

Had amazing service from Shelley today. Working in food service is hard. I know; I used to work at a Wendys over 15 years ago. She was everything you could hope for in an employee. Polite, cheerful, and timely. If she's not a manager, she should be! We'll be back!

Best burgers near the neighborhood. Better than the other chains, easy access to the restaurant, lots of parking. The app provides great deals. If you don't have a phone, there are plenty of great tasting treats and value is through the roof with 4 for $4. Beef chili is my favorite too. Breakfast gets better and better. Do visit. Highly recommended

This is the second time this month I order a portabello bacon mushroom melt and receive a burger of lesser value. The staff is always great, but why can I not receive the burger I paid for.

I sure hope the customer who ordered a single with no mayo certainly enjoyed my bacon mushroom melt as much as I enjoyed their sandwich.

. I won't be back to this location.
