Best Wendy's I've ever been to! The food was amazing and actually close to promotional photos. Everyone working were extremely polite and got our food to us super fast! They even offered to throw our garbage for us!

Slowest drive thru service as they only have 2 people working for breakfast. Nothing fast about the service here and after waiting 10 minutes they told me they didn’t have what I ordered so it had to be changed. Won’t be coming back here!

Soda machine was from the future but the burger tasted like it was from the past. Stale bun.no hot oil or crackers for the chili.

Laura is an actual angel and needs to be promoted. She is such a caring and helpful person that is amazing at her job. She provided some of the best customer service I think I’ve ever received.

Not a good choice for vegetarians, even the veggie burger was not available. My family got a hamburger/cheeseburger which was okay but not wow. The fries were good and fresh though.
The staff were so nice and welcoming, general speaking atmosphere was good.

Brand new facility, very inviting and warm workers. The cashier is really nice, he lets you take time to decide! The menu is fresh as always. Hope they remain clean and friendly.

I'm staying at nearby airbnb nice Dave Thomas single combo and I found a staff somewhat okay but somewhere rube assembly very nice and nice lady rate upsell me on getting a large drink with I did

The most rude manager I have ever encountered. She yelled at us for not realizing that it was walk in only. Then yelled at us again while we walked past the drive through window to leave down Wonderland. Will never attempt to buy food from this place again. I suggest you find literally anywhere else to eat late night.

Used to LOVE this place and its proximity to me, but after seeing how the older female manager Sunday night was talking to employees AND customers.stay away!

Very slow service.best not to go there for Dinner time. They were busy preparing Uber and skip take outs.and there was 6 diff drivers waiting for the orders.so we were last on the list! It took 20mins for us to get our order.at a fast food place!: - (

I was starving so went in and ordered chicken strips and a zero coke. Fast friendly service, piping hot sizzling strips, so delicious! This is my go to place when I'm near Chelsey Park!

Food amazing fries amazing

One of the best Wendy's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and so were the washrooms. Food was nicely cooked and bake potatoes were also fresh and not dry like some other locations. Service is usually fast. They also have Drive-thru. I have noticed that last two visits the chicken was not freshly cooked and tasted like its been sitting on the shelf for a while. You can dine in now after the pandemic.

Only get chicken sandwiches/wraps from wendys. 3 times in a row, the chicken was extremely dry to the point where i tossed them out. Taste/texture as if they were from the day before. Will include photos next time this happens.

Didn't put the lid on properly on my 2 drinks. Now I need to pay to have my car cleaned because there is lemonade f.u. C.k. I.n. G everywhere. What a terrible restaurant, they're also disrespectful to delivery drivers treating them like second class citizens.

Got the chili cheese nachos for a snack. I asked specifically for a spoon because there is always chili left in the bottom of the dish. I was told no problem.
Obviously it was a problem, because they gave me a knife and fork.
Not the first time this has happened!

Best Wendy's in London. Live near, so go decently often. Never had a mistake, even on large/complex orders, even just before close. A+

Super slow service. Customer a head of new took almost 10 mins to order. Supervisor came to void an item on the order. At the time an associate was working and just came out. Supervisor had her go in front of myself and another 3 people in line. Took her order then willingly went back to the drive through prep line instead of helping her associate at the front. I walked out. There wasn’t even anyone in drive through line to buy.

Poor supervisor skills to support her team.

Typically I don't have a problem with Wendy's especially this location except for when the management gets attitude or when Im told I'm wrong about what I ordered. On October 15th just before 8: 00 p.m. I went to this Wendy's and got a baconator with no bun now when this procedure is done they put it in a side salad container with no sauce and the sauce on the side so it doesn't make everything soggy. What I got was absolutely appalling I'm very disappointed and as a district manager I expect better, maybe this location needs better training and unfortunately that's due to the manager's not showing them or letting them stomp over the managers and supervisors just because they're friends. This is a business you are representing the company please do better

Honestly super impressed with the service, it was quick and the quality was really good. The servers super polite and professional. It's pretty good for fast food

Ordered spicy chicken Asiago sandwhich and the chicken was not thoroughly cooked, luckily did not eat entire thing after eating a quarter of it and realizing it was off I was not refunded and have been ill. Double check your food

Purchased the chicken summer salad full size 2 days in a row. Sat at 445pm and Sunday around 4pm.

I had nothing to eat other than slimfast milkshakes so I know it was the salad that I had on either one of these days that gave me food poisoning.

Either the chicken wasn't cooked properly or the salad has not been handled correctly and as of today I'm still suffering

We have a closer Wendy’s but always go to this location as they have a friendly staff, clean store and great food.

Very patient and helpful worker at the cash when I went yesterday. He helped clear up some confusion when my mother misunderstood the menu, and our order was very quickly processed and ready to go. They told us how much was left on our gift card, and the food tasted great too.

My JBC burger was hot, fresh and delicious. My Chili-cheese nachos hit the spot too. (One of my favourite Wendy's side dishes)
My friend really enjoyed her small Summer Strawberry Salad (this is the 3rd time that she has gotten one when we are out and about). We really appreciate that staff will provide a large ice water at no charge upon request - very refreshing! I, of course had a 99¢ chocolate Frosty.
We will definitely return to this location.

A drive-through order ended up not having the fries that we ordered, but have not received any response from trying to contact and file a complaint with their corporate. Bad customer service.

The obese man that works the drive thru at night is extremely unpleasant. But the food is good.
