I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese in drive thru on Kipling ave store in rexdale. She entered sausage biscuit with egg. I had to go over what I wanted several times for her to get it right. I get home and I got biscuit with cheese and egg. How hard is it to take an order. These are entry level jobs. Not a lot required. So tired that they can't get an order correct.
They are soo rude there. The manager throw my change and recipe at me after I ask for it. Then when I try and complain they ganged up on me saying how they are sorry and that she is not always like this.
Ordered skip the dishes for a late night snack for myself and my other half, when we got our food they already replaced a chilli with a poutine. But when my other half took a bite out of his burger it was completely raw and pink. I called the store not being happy and the female who answered said it was impossible to have raw meat. As someone who worked in fast food for 5 years I know when you don’t have a the grill cleaned or set on the right setting food will be raw. Very disgusted and disappointed.
Had the chili cheese nachos and chili and baked potato with sour cream. All tasted good. Price was reasonable. Took the chili home to eat for dinner. Asked for a sour cream to have with it.

I made a mistake and created confusion with the drive through, i got upset and the staff was quick to descelate the situation and calm me down even tho it was my mistake.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is number one. First off this Wendy's after ordering a spicy chicken and a double double. I only got the chicken and the breaded chicken was missing the meat. So I drive back and walk in. Slightly upset and ask for my burgers. The manager being a little patronizing asks what i ordered and proceeds to check drive thru orders. He see's im not lying and starts making my sandwiches. I leave. Half way thru my drive I realize the bag only has one sandwich. I go back for the 3rd this time upset. Demanding they make my sandwich. Well guess im not allowed to be angry. Instead of making my sandwich they argue with me tell me to calm down. This whole ordeal taking maybe 20 mins. As im telling them yes im a disgruntled customer but just make my sandwich. Just do your job! Ill be on my way. (They dont like my attiutude) And guess what there not making my sandwich. Just letting me get increasingly upset. (They want to invoke to police) Eventually they let me know there not gonna make my sandwich cause I was mean to there staff. I guess wendeys robs there customers now.
Dont ever come to this location, the staff is slow and the manger is rude. I waited with my mom for over 30mins for our food i cancelled the order. The lady ahead of us was there for about 40mins. People walked out after i made some noise, so please never come to this location
I was told to wait to order for 5 minute while the lady punched in uber eats orders. Then she took another customer who just walked in first before me because they seemed to be friends. I just left and wont be coming back.
No extra charge for the foot long hair pulled out of my Jr bacon double cheeseburger. Thanks for not putting all your hair inside the hair net. What's next.side order of covid?
Look at the the tomatoes colour for to all the employees over there when you go to the store you going to buy this, tomato we paying money for our food and you pushing this inside the sandwiches
Straight trash…. Messed up my order on two different orders. Both times they gave me a small strawberry lemonade instead of a medium and one of those two times, they gave me the wrong salad! Do yourself a favor and find another Wendy’s. Smh
Your average Wendy’s. Sometimes their baked potatoes are either burned or not fresh. Also, whenever I order a salad online and ask for it without meat, they still put meat in it.
I came here twice within a span of 2 weeks and they didn't complete my order both times. The first time, we spent $70 so it was a huge order and they forgot to give us 2 orders worth $13 each. The second time, it was a $25 order and they forgot to give me my $10 salad. Not coming back as it seems as if they keep taking my money. Would not recommend! Unprofessional, slow, and forgetful.

Everytime we ask for mayonnaise.sorry we ran out. What kind of bs is that or i get a combo with fries and no ketchup like seriously this is the worst Wendy's ever and their customer service is garbage and all the workers are rude.
We love to go out. Last night we went to this superb restaurant which friends told us about. We enjoyed a beautiful time there with superb food and an efficient team and an impressive cuisine. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we will no doubt visit again very soon. We highly recommend.
One of the WORST Wendy’s locations by far. I have ordered online from you multiple times, and Every. Single. Time they: Forget food items, forget the Sides/Sauces you PAY for, never read the instructions left by the customer, and they never quality check your order to make sure everything is included in the bag. Basically when you order something, expect half of your order to always be missing. How exciting! Good job team, thank you for this incredibly unpleasant experience. I will not be back, during this pandemic I can find and support better businesses.
I had a great time at this spot. We enjoyed the superb atmosphere and the food. The staff were super attentive. I’m content we ultimately managed to visit here.
Worst experience. A very unprofessional staff. The evening shift manger and a women working on sandwich station is to unprofessional. Not even know how to talk to the guest. Avoid going this wendy’s.
I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are delicious and the stuff is efficient and cooperative.always when we visit this place we pass a pleasing evening.highly recommended.
Inspite of COVID-19 this location's manager does not wear rubber gloves. I saw the manager through the drive-thru window packining fries and burgers without wearing gloves and told the cashier. Head office should look into matter.
Usual Wendy's quality and flavour. However, since covid their service and their ability to get orders right has been dropping. I have visited this Wendy's several times in the last few months and at least twice they have gotten my order wrong. On one occasion my burger had guac in the wrapping which I guess was from a salad. Just check your order before you leave the place.
We went in to get baked potatoes, put our order in the kiosk machine, but when we where about to pay, they tell us there was no potatoes left. Due to a gentleman had purchased a large amount of potatoes. Had to talk to a manager, they had to try to give me other sandwiches which I didn't real want, to be honest they should have said something earlier then I could have made a decision if I want to travel to another Wendy's or change my order. Wasn't to happy with the counter help and I was craving for the baked potato.
It was pretty nice to see the staff smile at you and have kind words, pretty great location they make food better then the Wendy’s at my school! Lines never to much too
Pretty decent Wendy's, service is usually fast and the staff is friendly. Been here often for lunch as I work nearby and they've never messed up my order. Only thing I'd say to watch for is they get inundated by students from the nearby high school for lunch so if you're going for lunch on a weekday stick to the drive through as it gets crazy inside.
Great staff, good burgers and they got my order right every time so far no problems. Parking is tricky when heavy with cars and trucks but good place and semi clean. It was dirty the last time I was there but still better than some other places.
This Wendy’s always have fresh food and is usually quick. Staff is usually friendly, however tonight in the drive thru the young lady wasn’t even looking at customers, she would just open the window and reach out with her arm and hand you your bag, all while staring at her register. Not exactly a welcoming environment. My family enjoys this Wendy’s.just not tonight
It was dirty. Buns and fries were set on the floor in their package. It smelled like rotten garbage though they were removing ing the garbage that smelled like death and customers were gagging. Buns seemed dry as usual. The staff is very friendly but the food is not great. I wouldn't go back again and it is the closest Wendy's to.me
They cheap out in salads Should have red onion and spinach but you won't find it And that piece of cheese on the bottom will be missing Ask for no salt they will put extra
Just average for me as a Newfie but my friends thought it was a 4. Good sample of Newfoundland foods, prices were reasonable, but something was missing.it was "like" Newfoundland good but batch cooked no doubt. Maybe it was our timing, mid week and mid day. I'll try again on the next visit to compare.
Ordered a spicy chicken burger and a Dave's triple combo. Meats were fresh and juicy. Will definitely come back. Oh and my partner ordered another Dave's sandwich since it was really worth the price and tasted soo good
A typical fast food restaurant, today it wasn't particularly fast. With the exception of the renovation, this particular location has been around for years, service seems to have fallen short today.

My mom is in a wheelchair and the doors from the street are non-accessible they have accessibility doors that come from the back parking lot for wheelchair individuals who drive!
Like that makes sense! Clearly the idiots and individuals who came up with this concepts a) a) know nothing about individuals with disability and two are too stupid to try it out to see if it actually is functionable
I don’t know about you but most individuals in wheelchairs do not drive their own cars so the way that they have the set up is not accessible for individuals with disabilities and I’m disgusted that Wendy’s as a restaurant chain would allow this kind situation to happen

The restaurant is small and narrow and difficult to maneuver especially when you’re in a power wheelchair
They also had no air conditioning in the restaurant yesterday which was the hottest day of the year so far they did not provide any explanation or understanding to any individuals the service and servers were chaotic and non-communicative towards one another it was an absolute chaos show waiting half an hour for a salad and a baked potato
Just disgusted in this restaurant and the staff.
Couldn’t pay me enough to return to this restaurant such a shame!
