The food was good. These rice a little slow. The place needed cleaning of the tables and floors.

Keeping people updated. Not sure what happened to staff but it’s gonna take you 15 to 20 minutes to get food

For a fast food restaurant experience it was okay
The spicy chicken sandwich was good
Fries were average

5 stars because whoever dressed this burger just made me laugh so hard with this singular pickle/onion situation going on here

Manager was friendly and seemed to care about his job.he came out personally to clean the to tables when asked.

The staff is the best part of this Wendy's. All fast food places are the same but this staff makes it extra special

I hate to say I am a regular at this location. Very accurate and fast service. They make sure my bacon is crispy every time.

Order had missing items but after a phone call with the manager we were able to obtain the missing goods the following day. It's not about the burger it's about the principal and this shop did a good job of undoing wrong doings

Slowest service I have ever had for a FAST food business. Wait in line for 15 mins and it never moved so I just left and went elsewhere.

So I normally love this Wendy’s but this time it’s been 20mins for two taco salad’s…. Isn’t like pre-made? Just a bit disappointed, but the staff were nice but still 20 mins.

I visited London ON, and had my lunch at this Wendy's restaurant on September 8th. I left my purse and drove to Hamilton, and it was returned by the restuarant staffs. They are trustful and they are polite. The personnel are very honest. Very thanksful.
The place is very comfortable and the waitress was very kind and tried to make you feel at home.

I ordered the Double Stack and had a free small coffee. The double stack was smaller than expected, and was very greasy, however it was quite tasty and enjoyed it nonetheless. The free small coffee was good, but the lid is strange and I found it awkward to drink from. The inside of this location is rather dated and could use a modern refresh.

The last time I was at this location was on my birthday in June. My 2 daughters and I decided to dine in. No other customers were in the dining area. I ordered a salad and there was a fly that wanted my food as well. That was disgusting! The staff was semi friendly. After our meals, I needed to order a baconater for my husband to take home. I had to use my loud voice to get their attention to make the order. They were busy having a chat amongst themselves and didn't know I was even there. This for me was not a great experience. You are lucky to get 3 stars

Best service I have ever received in a Wendy's and Wendy's has a lot of good employees. The young woman who served my kids and I was helpful and friendly. The staff communicated well with each other in a way that made my boys and I laugh. The food was well prepared and served quickly. Great team here.

The whole place needs a serious cleaning! You guys should be embarrassed. Who is managing the restaurant?

Ordered a Combo Dave's single. The Hamburger was good and hot. Sprite pop tasted like water. Fries were Luke warm. Not sure why it was so busy at 8 PM in the evening. Pretty much just another Wendy's in a good location.

Big respect for the evening staff when we stopped in. Especially on member who had actually just finished her shift and called off her cab to remain on during a rush.

Friday nights are always busy for getting dinner. This location was busy, but the staff did an amazing job of keeping up with the customers. This location always makes my food well and the staff are always smiling and positive. Keep up the good work

Slow service at tge drive through. Order wasn't right! Ordered chili got fries, and they were cold!

I went inside to order, but after using the very unclean and outdated bathroom, there was three people in line I decided the empty drive thru might be a quicker option. I did not feel like they took the time to listen to me, I was cut off more than once and asked for two large fries multiple times at the drive thru window and still only got one large fry. I was not asked if that was at all, I was simply told to drive on up, no total either. This is a fast food service and basic listening and order taking skills were certainly lacking here.

Very efficient at this location. I came in on my lunch break and it was super busy but I got my food so quickly despite the long line. All staff seem to be a well functioning team and super friendly manager and cashier!

Always pleased with my experience here. If you're picky about your bacon this place is a godsend. Always perfect.

This busy restaurant is a good place to stop off the highway. Call me nostalgic, but that sun room at the front is classic. Remember the yellow box days of Wendy's? Yeah.

I like sitting in there. Please don't get rid of it.

Food is fresh, served well and accurate. Staff is friendly. Dining area is clean.

Got my breakfast order wrong in almost every way possible, and because it was drive through on my commute there's nothing I can do about it when I found out when I got to my destination. Guess I wont skip the long Tim Hortons line next time.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with mayo tomatoes and lettuce. When I got to where I was going I had to double check my bag to make sure that I didn't go to McDonald's thinking I was at Wendy's as my chicken burger had everything on it but whet I had asked for! Grrr

I came in with a big group and the staff were all kind. They worked hard. Thanks for that. I called ahead but didn't order ahead. We appreciate your service tremendously.

Only downside is beyond their control - Unable to turn into plaza from Wellington heading southbound, but always good enough to be willing to turn down Exeter to turn around to get to it.

Omg time to up date.this place has not changed in 30 years. But the food is the same. Meh.fast food is fast food I guess.

Burgers are always good however they are hit or miss on the fries. Don't let that stop you from going; get that bacon deluxe every time!
