Wendy's

Wendy's is fine, I get my usual salad with blue cheese from there and my chili cheese fries. I'm not a big fan of their burgers but I love their salads. I also like their chicken nuggets I think they have the best nuggets from any of the fast food chains and I get those every once in a while as well. The people are friendly depending on the day obviously so I'm not so much but most of them are. I definitely recommend this location.

Worst wendy’s I have been to. They’re super rude and make your order wrong! All their milkshakes and other drinks are only half filled! Save yourself the money and don’t go here

Service was quick and friendly. Ordered a Baconator combo with large fries and a large drink, and my order was ready almost as soon as I finished filling my cup at the soda fountain. I ordered to go, but there is a large spacious, fairly well lit dining area you can sit at if you order dine in. Location is easy enough to access from Princess Street and has plenty of parking available. I'd recommend here if you are looking for a quick bite to eat while running errands nearby

Wendy's was really yummy. Both my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves.the food was great especially the fries.

Love this location because it has lots of drink selections in both Diet and Regular. I wish more locations would have this option.

Horrible customer service, and the manager (I believe her name is Trish) is rude to employees in front of customers.

My wife's burger must have been made the previous day, it was stone cold. Mine was at least lukewarm. Received my order quickly, but it would have been nice to have hot food as well as quick food.

There weren't letting ppl in the store so I couldn't get any food I was upset about it I walked all the way there for nuttin!

Made my quiet autistic Nephew wait 40+ minutes at the counter while they filled every drive thru and delivery order placed after his. Didn't start his order until I came in and asked why.

I like this place because the service is fast and I can make my own menu by choosing a variety of dishes at an affordable price. For example, Bake potato, Chilli nachos and cheese, and a Jn. Burger with bacon and tomato. Yummy, Yummy, I'm hungry now. However, I a beautiful smile from the cashier will be an asset

Service is fast, friendly and the meals are always warm. Never had an issue with them and I typically purchase sandwiches (bogo from their website receipt surveys), wrap or poutines. Can't recall a time where any of my selections were wrongfully prepared or tasted inconsistent. So it's W > M for sure! Keep up the effort and customer satisfaction!

Ordered two poutine from Wendy's not worth $10.15 for the size of them high way robbery. I'll continue to buy my poutine from else where and get my moneys worth

I ordered a side of gravy with my meal and the gravy container was basically empty, and there was cheese sauce dripped in the tiny bit of gravy that was in the container. When I brought it back I was told that the sauce trays sit right next to each other and that they can get mixed. They know as well as I do that this is cross contamination. There is no reason that customers should have to worry about food that does not belong in their food, being in their food. I am now questioning their kitchen performance altogether, and I am not confident in their use of proper health and safety standards and techniques.

Le resto, le service, c'est très bien. Le problème avec Wendy's est l'utilisation de l'application pour faire les commandes mobiles. C'est très lents, compliqué et ça ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur cinq. Vraiment désolant.

Very clean restaurant with visible markings for entrance and exit. Clear menu options in front of cashier and behind on menu board. Option to download app for selecting drinks and pouring soda into cup. Pleasant staff. Parking was well cleared of snkw as well as drive through areas.

My burger was raw and I got home before I noticed. I phone them up and they were accommodating and because I complained of me having to spend my gas to go back there because of their screw up I ended up getting a free combo of my choice on top of my order which was replaced and was messed up again with toppings put on it that were requested to be left off.

I usually love going to fast food joints and have a lovely experience. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t see every menu as the same, and thus me ordering food is almost a conversation. The manager on duty, SIMRAN was exceptionally rude and had a condescending attitude and tone of voice. I extremely disliked the experience and would say that that is the worst customer care experience EVER.

Fast service, gives a large cup for tap water which is awesome. Good high protein, low-calorie options.

Good place to eat. Love the fact they do lettuce wrapped burgers. I miss eating in but I understand trying to limit liability and expense of operating.

Terrible ordered a son of a baconator and got like 1 and a half strips of bacon on it defiantly a rip off
I would have expected more bacon seeing as I paid extra just for that reason won't be ordering from them again

Not impressed. My boyfriend ordered a Bacon Deluxe and got everything but the bacon. He called to tell them and they hang up. Customer service isn't the best that's for sure.

The drive thru voice was 10 star for radio or commercial! Service was good. Order was made without error quickly. Love this place! They need to put that drive thru voice in their commercial! I bet he could pass as a young Dave!

Great experience. Compared to McDonald's or Burger King, they had notably fresh ingredients with crisp lettuce and juicy tomatoes, and the burger itself was succulent. I also enjoyed the 100+ drink options with unlimited refills. Just tasting each was a memorable experience. Free and ample parking, and a central location in the city. The cashier was extremely helpful and considerate. Ordered two combos and said they can keep the second drink and they suggested "why not take some milk home then? ". Definitely satisfied.

Hard to go wrong at Wendy's. Good food and gotta love messing around with the many flavors coke machine.

Fantastic service and food. Not once have they messed up an order or left me hanging in the drive-through for 20 minutes (unlike McDonald's).

Went to try something different and it was really quite nice we will be going again and not bad pricing

Quick service every time I visit, food always tastes fresh, and the location is clean both inside and the lot. The crew and management seem to go out of their way to ensure the service has been good, which is uncommon in quick food service anymore.

Always good burgers and they do it the way you want it. I always stop there when I go to Kingston. Excellent service and food.

Large clean and tidy cafe where I was able to get a nice Latte, Eggs and use my laptop. Staff were welcoming and the food came out very quickly. Exactly what I was looking for!

I was accompanied with a friend, in the drive-thru. We wanted to pay by debit, separately. The first window was having an issue with their machine, which was no issue to us, we were asked to pay at the next window. The staff at the second window was kind, patient and organized with exactly what was being done with our transaction as soon as we got to her window. No issue (just the machine down -) or delay!

Lunch hours can be pretty crazy but the staff are pretty fast all in all. Never had anything bad, burgers are always hot and fresh, even their salads are nice. Good selection

Wendy's was great. Last time we visited they thought they were you too tardy so they gave us a card that said "woops" and have free choice of any combo on your next visit. We did.

I know firsthand this Wendy's uses fresh ingredients, and keeps the store and grounds top notch clean. Food is good!

Would not microwave my chily fries claimed it's policy other wendy do it I like the cheese melted the only way that happens is 30 seconds in microwave
