Order a burger and fries.burger was great, fries were old and sitting under heat lamp, therefore chewy and not fresh. Threw them out.

I edited my original review because this wendy's has gone back to the awful paper spoons. It changes the taste of the food! Yuck!
I had the chili, which was only 3/4 full. I paid for a full chili!

Horrible service, we waited 5 minutes with no one around and they didn't take our order. Worst service ever! Won't be going there again or any other Wendys

Only thing I ate yesterday was Two Double Stacks, French fries and 6 Piece Nuggets from this location around 6pm. Later that night did not feel well. Woke up this morning with extreme food poisoning. Taking all the energy I have to leave this review. Never going back.

Went through the drive thru to pick up dinner on my way home around 5: 30 on Sunday evening and the fries were very cold and I couldn't get my usual baked potato because they were out. The cashier tried to collect the total however I had paid on the mobile app. Very disappointed with this location.

If you want to wait a year to get your food.go here. Worst "fast" food restaurant I have ever been too. Don't waste your time.going through the drive through.it's a joke.

This is the worst Wendy's location. For YEARS we have gone to this location and 99% of the time they get the order wrong. Either through the drive through or dine in. I kid you not! Even knowing this, we make the conscious decision to go back with the hope that it has changed owners, processes or something else has changed in order to correct this. The amount of food that must be wasted is UNTHINKABLE. I challenge the owner of this franchise to monitor just how much waste is produced by these incorrect orders. When we go through the drive through, we make sure the order is correct and have them open our sandwiches and prove to us that they are correct before we drive away. I pity the people who order through skip the dishes 'cuz they got our order today and we got their crispy chicken sandwiches. At least we could go back to the counter to have them correct it. Not sure what skip the dishes can do for those other people.

Now to the people behind the counter. The woman who seemed to be filling the orders for skip the dishes could not retain the items on the order and was CONSTANTLY having to review the orders she was preparing. She was very confused. That does not bode well for those who are putting their trust in the order they are having delivered to them. The poor young man who was preparing the sandwiches was being berated by the person who was managing the drive through window. The volume of the conversations was not comfortable to listen to and was very distracting. I feel very bad for the young man and would not blame him if he walked out then and there.

We have provided more than enough opportunities for this franchise to make changes in order to improve, over more than 10 years! We made the decision today that we will be going out of our way to avoid this franchise. I pity the person who owns this one. The cost of food waste and employee turnover must be staggering.

This place is literally never open. Don’t waste your time going there at a normal dinner hour, they’ll be closed like always.
Without a doubt, worst in Burlington. Go to Appleby and Dundas, or Fairview. Not this one.

The service was poor. Service lady (waitress) was rude, would not talk to us, and didn't even let us know when our order was ready. She just dumped it on the counter and expected us to figure out that was our order. Never going back to thie Wendy's

I got my normal Double with cheese but the patties were missing. I can see missing 1 patty but both? !? !? ! Comon Dave, do better and don't cut the corners.

The food is standard Wendy's fare served hot and fresh. The indoor ordering is closed pretty much at all times, I can think of one time in the past few months when it was open. The drive thru is extremely slow, it is almost in the neighborhood of a proper dine in restaurant time wise, definitely not fast food. The staff are stretched thin and it shows in their attitudes most of them make you feel like they're mad that you've ordered from this restaurant. On the bright side the decline of this Wendy's has made me really appreciate Babaz. I rarely go to this Wendy's anymore, if at this location I'll get Babaz or Burrito Boyz.

They always take my order wrong either something is missing or a completely different order. Drive through is terribly slow and dine in closed most of the time. Service is rude and angry

This is the worst Wendy’s location in Burlington. First off their front counter is closed more often than it’s open. They claim it’s because of staff shortage, but yet no other Wendys (or any other fast food restaurant) in the city seems to have this issue. What has always bugged me though is that this location and only this location will not give a half chocolate half vanilla frosty. And now They have also stopped giving refills on soft drinks. Not sure that a Wendys location that is already turning away business can afford to lose more customers but here you go. Not to mention that they have some of the rudest staff you can find. Just to be clear not everyone there is this way, but they have a manager there who is the worst to deal with. Must have been a hiring out of desperation. Go to another Wendys.
