I ask for more ketchup, she says its in the bag, i repeat myself politely: "more" ketchup, so she slams them into the bag. Great job guys. Really nice customer service.

Dining area should be cleaned more. Staff was nice and courteous. Each staff member had a smile and was very polite and helpful when ordering, but the food was a bit slow for fast food - I came here because I was in a rush. Food itself, its Wendy's, with that considered it was great.

The staff here always make this way harder then it has to be. They alwasy ask me to move my car because they dont want my order registered by their timer as late, ALWAYS. Also when there system goes down and they can only accept cash I only would be informed at the speaker but by that time Ive waited for 10min and then have to wait another 15 cause im stuck by cars infront and behind. They just need to let people know before they line up but they shrugged at me when I mentioned this.

Chicken fingers were stale, Fries smelled awful. Your saving grace was the tasty lemonade.

Order a single Burger and got a jr burger. Manager did not care. Tims and Wendy has no customers service. Will never go to that location again.

Overall things were what you expect, the food was very good, service not bad, food came out quickly. This location wasn't very busy, so if you want a less busy location this is a good one to visit.

The people are friendly and service is great. However the bathroom was disgusting. It's shared with Tim Hortons so no clue who is responsible but I haven't seen a bathroom in such dirty state in years.

This was a great Wendy's. Lots of parking, friendly manager. It was my first time at this location and I think I would come back instead of the other location that I sometimes go to.

Worst service ever took 10-15 minutes to serve 3 of us the food was sloppy and carelessly put together. That that I was expecting it to look like the pictures but for the amount of time it took they could have at least done a good job.

Our order tonight had a few issues. Ordered through Skip so could not resolve. The order took over an hour to be delivered which was due to Skip courier availability which was conveyed as soon as I placed the order. I think Wendys made the order once it was placed. Ordered 10 chicken nuggets with two dips. Received 7 nuggets and one dip. Nuggets were not fresh and warm/hot. My cheese and baked potatoe was all smushed to one side of container but was packed flat as should be. My burger was between cold and Luke warm. They constantly pack cold drinks alongside hot food. Very disappointing. They need to coordinate when the courier will be there as to when they prepare the order. AND give us what we paid for.

Visited on a Friday lunch time, the staff were friendly, quick and efficient. The menu was got quite a good choice and there should be something for everyone. I noticed they serve salads although I don't go often in Wendy's so had to go for a burger and it was good. Whilst I ate a dissatisfied customer made a lot of noise at the counter and the staff there defused the situation very well. The guy must have been satisfied with the food because I could hear him eat ten feet away! Prices were reasonable.

Customer service is ok. Nice clean restaurant along with Tim hortons. It's in a plaza. Very very spacious. 50+ people can seat there easy.

I do not recommend this place for drive through at least.
They took my order and asked me to wait in parking lot while no one was in the line! Anyway, the guy came with a paper bag and gave me the order
I asked this is my order and he said yes and I asked what was that and he did not even know! No problem I took the bag and went to another location wait for my daughter. At that time I wanted to eat so I opened the paper bag and search for my drink which was not there! And checked inside the bag no fries! I called the location and explained the situation the guy remembered me and said I did not charged you for those items!
Long story short
The guy did not get my order correctly and brought up the excuses
He did not put the receipt in the bag, he did not give the receipt and he did not even ask me for a receipt!
And when I explained my order he asked for the receipt and at that moment I understood that he did not give me the receipt
When I asked to talk to his manager he said he is the manager!
A system that is running with a guy who makes a mistake and he is his own boss!
He said I am the general manager!
No you are not!
You do not nothing about the management!
I am so sorry for a system that rely on you as a general manager or even as an employee!
Do not go there!

Breakfast had just end so I couldn't get breakfast and there was a wait before I could get lunch couldn't wait had to leave left hungry time management time management

What kind of place cant give change for your food i would understand asking change for $100, but a fifty you cant change a fifty you dont have $30 in tge till must be a pretty crappie establishment

Not a bad location. Usually fresh. The nuggets are great and their spicey chicken is the best thing on the menu

It is so so. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. Not recomm unless you have nothing around. It is processed chicken.

There's always a lady who is extremely cheerful and full of positive energy at the drive-thru. You just can't help, but smile and give your order.
The Dave's Triple with Cheese is always fresh and served hot. I seriously mean it! You unwrap the foil and there it's still smoking. Enjoy it right away.
I get nothing more than the Dave's Triple with Cheese a la carte.

Normally I love Wendy's, can't usually go wrong with a Baconator. However on this trip to Wendy's I ordered a large drink, when I got to the drive through the employee handed me a regular sized drink. When I corrected him and asked for the large that I payed for he took it back dumped it into a large cup and filled the rest with ice.

I still love Wendy's and will still go back for a Baconator, however I will not return to this location.

My family and I typically visit this location on the occasional Friday night. Even when it's close to closing the manager is extremely helpful and accommodating. No issue at all with this location!

Last night was the first time we went to this place. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the attentive service, with the excellent food and wine and with the decent charge. We will definitely go back there in a short time.

We ordered some soup and we are asking for crackers and they do not give it to us. Very bad customer service and the manager is very rude

Always hit up Wendy's at the start or end of every roadtrip. A bunch of my friend group worked at Wendy's in our home town. Good times goofin around there back in the day.

One of my favorite location to get single cheese combo or spicy chicken.
Hot and fresh always

Not many veggie options. Typical fast food with beef smell all over. Reek of oil everywhere and the staff are not so happy about their job (my judgment). Ordered poutine and it was very soggy. They don't even fill the drinks fully (I don't drink soda my buddy did). Overall experience was meh! We were hungry and we had to eat something really quickly. I hope they improve.

This Wendy's always goes the extra length to make your order the way you want it. Kind and professional staff.

A bit delayed but got my order right.nothing to do with Wendy's but the plaza is located in may be the worst designed plaza in Canada.

Love this wendys! There is a manager that is very nice and polite that helps make your day brighter by having nice conversation and suggests different food and drinks ylu might like. Which i do thank you!

Very slow service, typical Wendy's food, too bad it takes so long to get my food. Why only have one cashier when there is a long lineup?

Pretty good meal. Wendy's chicken sandwiches are usually made exceptionally well and this time was no different. The only downside was having to wait a few minutes for my fries to be ready as there were none left when I arrived. Other than that it was a good visit. Friendly staff and a pretty clean environment.

It's fast-food. It's Wendy's. Salads are yummy. So.yep.it's what you would expect from Wendy's.

Clean restaurant, very nice staff. We had table.service quality at a fast food restaurant. They came.to be sure that everything was perfect. Which it was, can't beat their baked potatoes, baconator or frosters. (99 cents for rest of summer) I highly recommend this location. Very rare service with a smile. Dont find that much these days. Where I am anyway.

Wendy's is simply the best tasting quality burgers of the big 3 (McDonald's, Burger King and the aforementioned). Food I generally consistent. If you're looking for fast food burgers, this is the first pick (then A&W)
