Wendy's

The assistant general manager, decided to tell me as an employee that I was too slow at my job and I shouldn’t be working at Wendy’s and did it in front of my coworkers and a few people at the cash register when they where ordering there food so with that being said After telling my general manager all that and everything else that had been going on that day she had then decided to tell me I should reconsider my position at Wendy’s. So I quit!

Excellent fast service, food was good and fresh, and they got our order right the first time!

It's amazing how different your experience can be from visit to visit, this time the lady working the cash did not great us, speak to us or even acknowledge that we were there. We waited 15 minutes and finally decided to take our hungry kids somewhere else.

I am a regular at Wendy's and had the pleasure meeting staff members Brittany, Heather (manager), Yvon
(cook) and Mitul. The food was served quickly and hot. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness at this location as well even the washrooms. A win win for Wendy's as a senior customer. The staff were so friendly too and they all made the effort to welcome myself and others I noticed. I asked their names because of the exceptional service I received.

I've been to quite a few Wendy's in my life but this one was the worst one. The chicken was so thin that there was twice as much breading than chicken, which made it overcooked and dry. The soda machine made my sprite taste really weird and bitter, and none of the tables were cleaned properly. Overall the worst Wendy's I've been to in my life

The food was made fast, and the staff was polite and seemed to be having fun. It also seemed clean.

This by far is the worst Wendy's in town. Waited over 20 min in the drive thru again last night. The barely got greater at the window and the bag of food basically thrown at us. I would go out of my way to avoid this location

Food-wise Wendys rarely disappoints. I arrived at 9: 20pm, the app still said they are open to go inside. The app even allows you to pickup an order from inside. The hours even say they are open inside. Nope, locked. I had to use the washroom… so I peed in their bushes lol. Went to go through drive thru and unfortunately they refused to give me a drink from the Freestyle machine. This is very frustrating. I try to make things easy by going in myself but I’m forced to use drive thru… that’s fine but most times people are confused when I say Mello Yello Zero (insert flavour). They say they don’t have it or suggest another drink with sugar in it… “oh that is at the front we only have some drinks”. Is it too much to just go get it from the front? I know some drive thrus have the freestyle machine in the kitchen (this one didn’t) but I’ve only had them get me my freestyle drink once ever.

Anyway, after all that I canceled my combo and instead just got the new Blazin Baconator. Wow! Best Baconator I’ve ever had! It was very similar to the pictures, a great amount of spice but tons of flavour. I will be getting this all the time until it’s gone!

Enjoying the free coffee, good flavor as an avid coffee drinker. However, disappointed that Wendy's is not accepting refillable coffee mugs? Not able to find any policy information about this and Tim Hortons has started accepting refillable mugs. Would appreciate clarification.

Food was Meh! Not what you expect from a Wendys. Cold fries, sloppy burger. Salad was good though

This place time and time again does not put exactly what you order in the bag. From stuff I didn't order in the bag, 2 large fries and 2 medium fries when only mediums were ordered, and 2 hamburgers for 4 meals. Drinks taste like there is no carbonation.

Today we ordered and they forgot multiple items, when I got home, and had to drive back, they had the bag ready.conveniently and would not make the, , cold food, that they forgot to give me the first time.

Absolutely horrible service yet again.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Customers must come first, not other distractions.
Really needed more than one customer service person at counter.
Poor girl was pulled in 3 different directions.
Was still professional, not sure how.

Polite service. Suggested changing to a combo. Good staff training. Of course the food is the best.

Just bought my grandson and I lunch at Wendy's almost 20 $ they did not put toy in kids meal bag and the classic chicken sandwich was dried out and tasted like rubber and the tomatoes and lettuce looked like it was a few days old. The quality of food for the price you pay is just awful and oh yes thanks Wendy's for not putting toy in kids meal that every young child looks forward to!

It was okay except for my hamburger bun was totally soaked in the bottom and the fries were cold I didn't bother going back because what's since when you go through drive thru and you're heading

I just can't get over how the quality of their French Fries has dropped.its like they changed the type of potato and the type of oils used to cook them and now they are just meh.

Service was fast and our food was hot. The drive thru attendant was super happy and friendly

Forgot part of my meal on a bunch of occasions and they won't pick up the phone so I can tell them and no receipt either

So I order a number 2 which is a double burger meal. I get a spicy chicken sandwich and a coke 3/4 filled with ice way to tell your employees to put lots of ice to cheap out on giving coke.mcdonalds or anywhere else from now on.
