This Wendy's location recently reopened after full renovation. Service is great and friendly and we love the Bacon mushroom melt. Today we tried their breakfast for the first time. The sausage croissant was tasty and fresh but.the sausage patty was very spicy with some heat to it - not something I like early in the morning - this was disappointing. We also ordered the french toast sticks finding them flavourless and no crispness in them at all, the sweetness of the syrup was the only saving grace here. We love Wendy's but breakfast here was an eye opener and needed mentioning. Guess they need to take another look at their product and go with standard breakfast sausage tasting patties and crisp up their french toast and add some flavour to them. As for their spiced potatoes not exactly a breakfast style potato, more like a dinner wedge and maybe more of a hash brown would be better. Overall I would have to say Burger Kings breakfast is way better than Wendy's but we still like the lunches and dinners at Wendy's - they are awesome!

I forgot to ask for no ketchup and they made me a new burger with a smile. Also, they made they got me a new drink since the fountain was out of my favourite. All with no charge. My fast food burger go to in Burlington. Definitely recommend

Chris you consented and was complacent to Candice Palmer, John Ramcharan the so called assistant manager at the time. Give me my money Chris. My salary was $53,400 upon termination based on your wickedness. 14 years I worked a Wendy's Restaurant of Canada and you did this evil against me and my family. I only received $23,000 you still owe me $30,400 plus interest. Kindly, send me my monies so I can closed this chapter.

Not so good. The person that handled my order also touched the burger as was being placed to be cooked and with out gloves! Not hygienic at all. I did not appreciate that. Health and safety first please.

This owner need to work on there staff. I went to the Fairview st and Harvester location and both time I've delt with this short lady named Jody she loud, Rudy to customer and here fellow staff. I ask if it coke or Pepsi product she snared at me when I said I guess I'll have to look. So her listening skill suck. Because she didnt answer the question she just went with the first word I said. Coke. And I going say she not the only floor manager that is rude there. There a old lady as well. She treated the young man at cash like he was stupit.

Overall this wendy location suck. If there was another location not owned by the same person I rather go there. So this is my review. Dont recommend these two location or any where this Jody lady work at.

my teenage daughter ate a double bacon cheeseburger last night from this restaurant around 8 pm.came home and was violently ill at about 3 am this morning.she had nothing to eat before this burger.i will be calling them today to advise.

New building looks great. Was looking forward to trying the breakfast. Went through drive through at 8: 30 Saturday morning. Only on vehicle in front of me. No one behind. After ordering I sat for 6 minutes behind vehicle in front to get their meal. They didn't have a big order, it just took that long. When o got to window myself there was one older woman and one girl that I could see. Not a fast process at all. My biscuit was 'just' warm. Coffee was not only not good but was only about 3/4 full. The potato wedges were too spicy for a breakfast side. We've tried it twice so far, same experience both times so will not be going back.for a breakfast meal again.

This Wendy's was under construction all year and recently opened up again. It looks very nice and updated. We dined in on a week night, late but with a fair amount of time before close.the restaurant was empty.the server taking our order seemed bothered when we asked if the drink was included in the coupon we used. While waiting for our order, we noticed NOT ONE person out of 5 employees, including what looked to be the manager but was preparing food, was wearing gloves. The person who looked like a manager had medium length blonde hair in a very disheveled ponytail, and no hairnet. This person was directly in contact and working over the food and counters, and you could see hair hanging down around their face. All workers touched our food with their bare hands, I saw someone's nail dig into a pickle and swirl it around a bun held in their full bare hand. When I asked about gloves, the worker at the counter was very defensive, saying they personally didn't assemble it. I mentioned I can see everyone who assembled the food, (food is prepared in plain sight of the counter) and they even tried to gaslight me by saying they were wearing gloves or they usually do. I was shocked that he would try to tell me they were wearing gloves when you can clearly see no one was. I made sure my complaint was loud enough for the manager to hear me and they didn't even look my way or try to address my issue, just continued preparing food. When it was obvious they were wrong, the worker I spoke to said "sorry", and handed me the food. Yum.

If I was more of a nitpicker, I wouldn't have eaten the food, but I understand the fast food reality and I don't have a strong spine to be fighting to get my food remade in a more sanitary manner.

To top it all off, the fancy custom fountain drink machine didn't work, and no one working made an effort to address this or fix it afterwards. An off-duty employee who happened to be sitting nearby made sure I was helped when she noticed I was struggling.

Overall, I wont be coming back to this location.

Your order takes FOREVER if at all. You have to wait nearly 40 minutes for a staff memeber to acknowledge you at all. Food presentation is always sloppy like someone has punched the food or utensils will be missing. Last time I was in, (June 4th 2022) the "manager" of the place was engaging in very unprofessional behavior with a customer complaining about her items missing from her orders while TWO other staff members stood around on the floor fully ignoring a line of FIVE whole customers and one Uber delivery driver waiting to order. Stay clear of this location.

They are very slow there. We waited 25min for our 0order. We went to the drive through but the line was too big so I went inside to order. This is the 2nd time I have got to that Wendy's and it was the same long wait the last time. I won't be in a hurry to go back. My food was cold and my salad tasted spoiled.

This location (Fairview Street near Guelph Line in Burlington) is what we refer to in our family as "the Good Wendy's. " It is the only fast food location I have personally been to where the food consistently looks like the photos on the menu/ads. Nice leafy lettuce on the burgers, nothing crushed or squished, food never cold unless it's meant to be, and good attention to detail.right down to neatly wrapped burgers. Drive-thru staff are ALWAYS super polite, well presented, tidy, smiling, and pleasant. If they get anything wrong, they will go to great lengths to make it right (only happened once in four years). We always compliment the drive through "host" on their customer service, because it's truly better than any other Wendy's location we've visited.

Tonight going through drive thru our order was missing chicken fingers, small lemonade and receipt. Very frustrating experience having to go twice into the store to resolve this, prove my order and feed my daughter. Can we get the order right THE FIRST TIME?

Use the 18.99 coupon to buy the family meal without any extra options, paid 21.18 + tax. Asked why that's different with coupon, no explains just let you pay.finally paid because don't want to waste time. 2 stars for food, 0 star for service.
