Service wasn't the greatest, staff more focus on the drive thru customers than the ones walking in

Finally! A Wendys that is the whole package. After trying out other locations in Burlington with diabolical results, this one has hit the nail on the head. The eating area was clean and pleasant. Our meal was CORRECT and hot.not warm but hot! And the cashier took the time to check that we were enjoying our meal and to see if there was anything else she could get us. A+

My husband just came back from Wendy’s and I asked him to get me a taco salad, these used to come with chilli, cheese, chips, salsa and sour cream, now it’s been a feed years since I had this particular meal, but when my husband came home with this pitiful little salad that had No chille, No Chips and very very little cheese! To say the lest I was very disappointed. I would suggest to avoid this Wendy’s in the future.

Wendy's is my favorite diner on road trips.
This specific one got a low rating because of the service.
Waitress looked like it's her last day there, angry face to start our order with, then mixed up a few orders.
At the end she smiled as it came down to her tip and that is the only time she was nice.

No non dairy options for some reason.

Loved it here the staff were very quick and the manager was very friendly and helpful 10/10 would recommend coming to this specific location

The restaurant wasn’t at all busy but very dirty. Everything was dirty. Bathrooms, tables uncleaned, garbages overflowing, flies, ketchup dispensers were empty and dirty. Needs a visits from corporate.

Usually frequent this location for Uber eats deliveries. Staff was friendly, food was prepared quickly. Atmosphere- the same as any other Wendy’s restaurant.

Very unprofessional employee (cashier at 3: 30 in the wendys) ignored me for a very long time and once he decided to acknowledge me he was very rude

This wendys has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They speak very fast and are very impatient when listening to your order in the drive thru. When you pay at the drive thru window they don’t even look at you, they just stick the debit machine out the window, pass you your food and then close the window. Not once have I ever been told to have a nice day there. A sign in their drive thru says “quality service that doesn’t cut corners is our recipe”, which I find rather ironic.

We had an amazing Breakfast. The wedges are so good, nice and crispy with peppery flavor. Pair it with the chocolate frosty-ccino and that would be a done deal.

Drive through sucks. Also when eating inside you'll have a hard time finding a clean table for example today there was toe nails all over a table. Cigarettes are litered throughout the store. This place needs to be Inspected!

The chicken burger wasn't the best but the fries were good. The location is clean though

The food was as good as Wendy's but the lady behind the counter was treating her younger staff member (he looked pretty new on the job) like garbage. She had a chip on her shoulder.
