Went for dinner and couldn't even enjoy it. The music was so loud to the point of irritating, ask the staff if they coukd turn it down and they pretty much to bad. Won't be going back.
Went there for the first time tonight. Tried to use the app which would have been $20 for 2 combo meals. It didn’t work and when we went to order and explain, they said it would cost us $35. I told them the app doesn’t work and said it would be cheaper but they didn’t have a solution and canceled the order and gave us a look. Very disappointed and ever have experienced this from any other Wendy’s.
Great place to meet and chat with friends. Very friendly smiling staff. Really good food at a reasonable price. A smaller Wendy’s than normal in a great location.
Nice friendly staff. Awesome owner with smile on the face and excellent food. I didn't rate Wendy's that highly but this place changed my opinion about Wendy's. Good luck guys and keep feeding people with a smile
They need the move the pop machine away from the line or add another one at least, way to crowded for 5 people at a time trying to use one machine. Plus get the pop machine fixed, before the ice part was messed up, today the pop just kept pouring non stop, they had to come turn it off.besides the tiny amount of space, the foods good and fair priced, love a classic frosty too
Wow lots of hate for a place that just opened and is short-staffed. The line up was down the road for the first week of opening what do you people expect? I see lot of reviews that are typical of people from Midland, snobby and disrespectful
When someone passes you the credit machine to tap your card, READ THE NUMBER, don't just tap. We had a coupon for our meal and they did not apply it to the order and charged the standard price, when it was brought to their attention there was no resolution offered because 'payment was already made'. The money is not going into their pockets or anything but their lack of attention and lack of caring to resolve issues is what makes this place somewhere to avoid.
The meal was good, hot. Service was prompt. The cashier was friendly. Staff were helpful. The place was clean, tables wiped down after customers left. Our experience today was better than the last visit.
Got a frosty-ccino and they gave me just ice cream in a cup and legit gave me a spoon. I thought this was supposed to be iced coffee/milkshake. They legit gave me a cup of ice cream. Just stick with your burgers
Ordered 2 breakfast sandwich combos and waited 10 minutes at the window the girl finally asked me to drive up and wait so I did and after another 10 minutes I walked into the store and my order was ready but no one brought it out to me. Terrible staff & service.
In the few months that this location has been in Midland I have had terrible experience after terrible experience. From missing burger patties on burgers, missing fries in our combos, calling their phone number to complain and finding out that is mysteriously “not connected” (I’m sure it’s to avoid all of the negative feedback from their customers), one experience was the cherry on top: 2 employees were smoking in the drive thru area. I mean like standing right beside the order speaker and literally blowing smoke in our car. No one at this location really cares and I guarantee the only reason their phone number isn’t connected is so they don’t get chewed out by every other customer they screw over.
I went the other day, ordered some chicken strips, fries and a strawberry lemonade. Service was quick. Staff were friendly. I’m also very happy that this location now has the frosty key chains. Super cute on my key lanyard and a JR frosty is always a nice treat! I will definitely be coming back
964 jones rd location has great food but the mobile app NEVER WORKS. Extremely disappointing, the employees require you pull their teeth out in order to accept the offers on the app. Always a hassle visiting this location.
Food is great but my only complaint is they need to wear hair nets! I’ve been their three times now and every time there was hair in my food so I’m done!
I feel like corporate needs to visit this location and teach them how to clean. The floors are so dirty. It clearly have never been properly mopped.this is a new store it looks run down already
App will not accept credit card payments, in-store kiosk will not accept credit card payments. However you don’t know this until you have completed your order….
Completely understand long wait times.being a new store. Problem is that there seems to be very little training with management and staff. Staff behind counter seemed overwhelmed and dis-organized. It may work out over time through their trial and error but the business will suffer in the short term!
Longest I’ve ever spent in a drive thru over 20 mins. Dinner tasted like it sat waiting while others in front of me got their orders. Tomato was rotten and food tasted overly salted in everything ordered. Overall disappointment won’t be going again.
My family and I ate here this evening trying to manage our expectations due to some of the more questionable reviews that have popped up recently. We ordered our food inside the restaurant in person to avoid mistakes that can sometimes arise at the drive-thru speaker. The wait time at 6: 00pm was only about 10 minutes which was within reason in my opinion. The food quality was passable when we got it home, although, perhaps not up to par with the Bryne Drive location in Barrie (a great place to eat by the way if you happen to find yourself in that area). We redeemed a coupon and were nonetheless charged the full amount which was unfortunate but it saved us a 35 minute drive and I still love that Midland has a Wendy's, hopefully this location improves over time.
