I received poor service and rude aggressive service from the store manager. Please have the store owner call me. Store manager saddrih (not sure how exactly it’s spelled) was very rude. Please have the store owner message me back on this and I will call. Please review counter camera footage on December 19,2023 from 7: 45pm to 8: 15pm.
You staff are refusing to put drinks in cup holder for customers and all 5 staff in there refused to provide standard customer service. This is unacceptable.

This is my kids weekly treat. Service always excellent, food always hot and fresh, establishment is cleaned well. I love the staff at this location, thank you for always serving us with a smile
Omg the customer service there is amazing. I was a little b4 opening time and she was nice enough to served me and made sure I enjoyed my breakfast. Honestly this is the best experience I ever had at a fast food place.
Fast service two places to charge your phone service quality varies a new Wendy's on Markham just North of Lawrence two gender free automatic door bathrooms outdoor and indoor dining, covered patio nice neighborhood highly recommended. Serve your own ketchup or packets, Fancy choose from a huge variety of flavors drink machine. For seating booths or chairs one 4 person table.
Don't know what the fuss is about the female manager unless theres two. I went in today got a bacon deluxe and a spicy chicken sandwhich, employees were good all throughout. And when I came back home, there was a hair in my burger, so I called the store back and the manager immediately applogized and offered to give me a combo back in return. She was still apologetic and compassionate when I returned to the location. I couldn't quite get her name but she was a fair and tall indian women. She was nice, great service. My visit was on Thursday, August 18th, mid-day.
This place was originally the home of max, a Filipino restaurant. The service was good. Good choices and good ambience. I hope they maintain good standards.
There are no recycling bin for staff or customers inside the restaurant. The staff told me they just don't recycle. How is this allowed? The store is brand new and just opened! There is a single garbage and recycling bin outside of the store.
New location north of Lawrence on Markham. My first visit so just taking it in. The music could be quieter but the loudest thing was the hand dryer in the washroom
I truly hope the Owner sees this, and honestly, tells other owners of ANY restaurant.
Please stop using Skip the Dishes. Let me explain.
Skip the dishes makes no effort is making sure drivers are actually taking the food to the location, or if they are taking on multiple orders.
So you think, why is this guy leaving MY business a 1 star, contact their support, its what I do.
That's where there seems to be a disconnect. They have no support for YOUR customers. I'm not a "Skip the dishes, Uber Eats, or Door dash customer" I'm YOUR customer, I, like MANY others use who use these services use who ever is cheapest, and has them available.
Everyone else had Wendy's at 4.99+ just for the base fee for delivery, so I go to Skip. They have you for 0.89c. GREAT! I get my favorite place faster than normally (we used the Ellesmere location prior)
My driver proceeds to take my food on a tour of Scarborough before I get it. This makes YOUR business look bad on the applications as the rating will just drop and drop.
Uber Eats does something, Door Dash does something. Skip the Dishes? Nothing. I firmly believe more people should give restaurants using Skip the Dishes 1 Stars until they do something, because hey if your side was affected, they do something about it right away.
But who am I? Just the customer.

EDIT: That was FAST. So I call in to ask about what time the driver left, the person who answers says "yes I'm the manager on duty" so I start explaining, and they just put the phone down on the table then hang up. I could hear the echo of my own voice coming back. Cool
About to visit their drive thru, let's see how it goes. Edit: I am back home, with my food. Service was quick and efficient with friendly staff at the drive thru windows.
I enjoy this Wendy's the staff are very nice and they serve you with welcome and the food is not greasy and fresh and enjoy the food and price and cleanness of the restaurant. Really enjoy eating here with friends and choices and a patio is beautiful
I always really enjoy Wendy’s but this location just can’t seem to get it right. They have managed to make mistakes on two out of my five orders. I don’t mind going back and having the mistake fixed but when I’m told that I should check my own orders by the girl at the front is irritating. So you want me to unwrap the burgers and check each individual burger to make sure there’s a Burger patty on there instead of a chicken strip? Nobody has time for that when they’re getting fast food. The food is good but make sure you check your order before leaving.
Closed at 10: 30 on friday for walk ins. I'd like to not have to purchase a $5000 depreciating veichle to buy a $10 burger at 10: 20pm on a friday night:/
