Wendy's

This wendys is better than some other locations. The food is always hot and the people there are nice. The only complaint is the drive thru line being slow and long. Although the food being hot makes this complaint less prominent.

Do not go, sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me.

When we got to the window everyone seemed to be chatting and laughing, the food wasn’t even made properly, as the wrapped wasn’t wrapped, and the sauce non existent, and to top it off the frosty machine was down.

Would give 0 stars if I could.

Just go to a different location or different brand entirely.

Take out line up on a Friday night at 8h30, backed up to entrance of drive in.
Faster service inside. Seems short staffed.

Hands down, the BEST Breakfast Sandwich combo ANYWHERE! I love that they use Swiss cheese and NOT that plastic orange lard artery blocking garbage that everyone else uses. Combo comes with seasoned potato wedges (yay!) and their coffee IS great. Their "small" size (?) coffee equals large sizes at other places. Plus it's a satisfying meal. I couldn't handle two. I never go anywhere else for breakfast now.and if you haven't had their breakfast, you ARE missing out.

Breakfast or dinner, I've always found their drivethru staff friendly AND patient (as I have dietary needs when ordering). They LISTEN and deliver what I order.all given with politeness and NO attitude (like far too many of "those" other places).

Good food, great value AND personable staff! What else could one ask for? Sure they might be quicker BUT quality and dedication to custom orders takes time. You want fast, garbage food, tasteless fries and inefficient surly staff? You know where to go. THIS is not that place imho.

The girl with long black hair working the window on Mother’s Day had really bad customer service. Zero acknowledgement; no hello and no eye contact. Just chatted with her friend next to her while she handed me my food and closed the window.
If you want decent food, poor customer service, and to believe a little less in human decency, you should go to this location

The young lady behind the counter was quick to take our order, but seemed very shy or reserved. Our order was ready relatively quickly, but because we were on a road trip, it was to go and needed napkins. The self serge napkins were empty. At least 3 employees made eye contact and looked away. It was better than some fast food places, but wish the new generation really understood customer service.

Ordered 2 baconator combos. One plain for the wife.

Our burgers were perfection. The meat was perfectly placed on the bun. The cheese and bacon were perfectly placed on the patties. Never have I ordered and had such pwrfect burgers.

I got food poisoning from this Wendy's they didn't make their food fresh and the meat was horrible. And I was not the only. One who got food poisoning, my dad did and my sister did to. This is the only Wendy's this has happened to me at.

I ordered a salad at the drive-thru. It was missing the salsa and sour cream. Hubby didn't eat it because of this. Wasn't the same.

Don’t go there, food is never fresh. Second time going there and both times our food was old and stale. Won’t be going there anymore.

Normally it's great, but yesterday, the wait at the drive through was incredibly long and when I got my food, it was cold.

When I arrived the drive threw line was 25 plus cars. So I went to go I side to order. I found out that both doors to get inside wer locked with not notifications of beying so. I waited for 35-40 min to finally get the simple order I did.

If I wanted to go to a fast food that sure as anything wasn’t it.

I showed up in my truck that foes not fit in drive threw. I walked to the door as I did the employee that was by the door started to shake his head left to right (implying no) so I walked away after the employee tried to yell to me that they where open but unfortunately first impressions are key. Do better.

Service was BACKED UP and we waited a long time for a simple order.and it was still wrong. It could have just been an off day. The staff seemed friendly enough. Very cramped and rushed atmosphere.and yet the rushing seemed to be pointless because they weren't moving very fast!

Neither of the 2 Wendy's in Orleans have dine in eating due to a lack of staff, only drive through. Not very convenient if you're not driving. The signs at both locations are rather aged so this is not a temporary thing I don't think.

Wrong order, didn't notice until we got home, too far you go back. So no wendy's tonight, and I'm out 10$.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich today. It was tasty with a bit of a bite. Could use some fresh jalapenos to spice it up a bit, but still tasty

I usually love Wendy's but this particular one you could only go through the drive-thru because they didn't have enough staff members. I was very upset because I ordered my burger without any sauce on it and when I got home which was about a 45 minute drive away I realized they put sauce on it I guess I should have listened to my parents when they said always check your food before you leave the drive-thru. LOL. I called them and they said you could always drive back and we will replace your burger but was it worth the $40 in gas?

Been here few times over the years i can honestly say each and every single visit is nothing short of rude disrespectful service from the youth staff working. I have surmised its a problem of management to allow this treatment of customers in such a manner. Today i waz overcharged and I wouldnt dare return to be mistreated even more than I was at my intitial visit. I will be emailing head office. I know its not a franchise issue becuz in the south end or the conroy store the staff are very friendly.

I’ll give a better rating when they reopen the dining room. “Staffing shortages” isn’t an excuse to screw over prospective customers who don’t have the luxury of owning a car, without giving us the courtesy of at least updating their online information to reflect the closure of the dining room.
