Wendy's

I think the quality of the service has definitely gone downhill lately. I had a fairly simple order, all the drinks and sides were the same but I got fries instead of the chili cheese fries that I ordered (and paid for). The person at the window looked like her dog just died (im sorry if that was the case) but if you're customer service at least pretend like you care at least a bit.

As you all know breakfast is a new thing for Wendy's. I prefer breakfast here over McDonald's or anywhere else other than a sit-down restaurant. I eat here regularly and for the most part I get good service. The staff seem to be working very hard and are very busy. Sometimes though I feel they're overwhelmed to the point where they are stressed out and therefore a little cross with a customers. Having worked in customer service I can understand this but it's still no excuse. It seems like sometimes they punish you they never give you what you ask for especially with condiments. Sometimes the the combos are cold or stale and other times they're fantastic. There's no consistency in this restaurant.

I would recommend Wendy's to anybody over any other fast food establishment but I fear when Burger King comes to Town they will lose a lot of business.

I think the manager and the staff need to take a step back and realize that every dollar a customer spends is hard-earned money which is hard to come by and have an appreciation for the customers because the customers also have appreciation for them.

Compared to the other fast food restaurants in the area.
It's more reasonably priced.
Seniors get a free drink on request with your meal.
Found the tables were kept clean so your not having to eat in someone else's garbage.
Chilly and fries free drink! Can't complain.

I don't know if they replaced some staff or got a new supplier but in the last 3 months this Wendy's has become 100% better.

Wendy's has a great spicy chicken sandwich and the fries are good also. My favorite sandwich.

They have the BEST strawberry lemonade!
They were very busy and they gave us a free frosty because we had to wait to order.

Just as good as you’d expect. Not too busy, located very conveniently. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and a great value. Never had any issues from this location. Unfortunate this place gets a lot of mixed reviews - maybe it’s because I don’t go here at peak times and avoid issues.

The breakfast bacon nateor is so, so good, it was so good, I have it 2 so's, well technically 3.

Girl at drive through was rude, kept cutting me off while ordering and then as I ordered more she gave me the total without acknowledging the rest of my order. Told other staff, seems that these places are getting worse. Low pay brings in the wrong people, she would be good somewhere but not where being patient is a requirement. Food was warm, typical Wendy's, it's never hot.

One word says it all. 'Baconator'. Mic drop. (Applause breaks out for the burger.:)

Woman named Julie at the drive thru window that is very rude, rushing you to put your order in and giving attitude to my girlfriend. I asked for the owners number or a managers number which she refused. Bad business bad for wendys, if you don't like your job Julie, there's other options out there.

Went in for Breakfast Baconator.sign said breakfast was being served till 10: 30am it was 10: 09am when I went in with coupon. Counter person informed me not serving breakfast? I pointed out sign said till 10: 30am.counter person was very rude and tossed the coupons back to me and said we're not serving breakfast and we've run out.was not impressed with her attitude. Tummies down the street. Egg/Bacon ona biscuit was very good. Wendy's you lost a customer.your counter person needs to a have an attitude adjustment!

So happy it came back to Trenton location, good selection of food at very reasonable price

Would give negative if i could. Was open and they answered the phone, said they were closed and hung up. Terrible service.
