This place is busy and you need to check your order because most of the time that I've ever gone and they mess it up

My order was simple 4 JBC 2 with just cheese bacon lettuce kepchup 2 were made normal.
Get the order and they are all made like a regular JBC very disappointed.
Personally I won't be back to this location they need some serious cleaning tips.

Nice, but depends on location. Some serve fresh made food, some like to reheat. When you ask them to make a fresh spicy chicken sandwich, they get miserable.

Went here for lunch today with a large group of friends and I gotta say, it hit the spot like always. My burger (Son of baconator) was fresh and the fries were crispy. I didn't interact with the cashier but overall the staff seemed pretty friendly and the service was efficient and up to par for my standards. I There is a Tim Hortons connected to this place as well. I feel like I got good value for money spent and would as always recommend this spot to anyone hungry.

This wendys has really went downhill from the pandemic had started. The customer service is okay to an extent but the last time i had visited this location the supervisor yells at the works in front of patrons. And the food is not fresh

Came here at this location from out of town. They had some delicious food here. The burgers and fries were amazing.

they advertise for frosty chino for $2, you would think it's for the small size. Nooooo it's for a "summer size"!

Make sure you know the sizes of what you are ordering with regards to drinks because the staff don't seem to know the difference. Called and spoke to the "manager" who has no knowledge of good customer service practices about an order that was messed up. He told me to come by and tell them they owe me an item without giving me his name and taking my information. I said, "and if your staff gives me a hard time without a reference, who is going to pay for my wasted gas and time"? He ignored the comment. I asked him what his drink sizes were and instead of answering me he asked why?
If you want to deal with people who care about return business, go elsewhere. A simple apology and correcting the mistake politely goes a long way.
Made the mistake of returning because I was told they were under new management. I ordered Chilli Cheese Nachos and got chilli cheese fries. I was very disappointed but thought I would try them, only to be sick to my stomach since. Thanks Wendy's. Awesome job!

The drive-through staff is rude, speak in their own regional language instead of speaking in English in front of you talking about you, and mess up simple orders and instructions. I ordered Sprite with no ice and they put ice and the Sprite was weak and had no flavour because their machine is broken that they refuse to fix. This entire thing has happened on two occasions and it’s the manager at the location who is not only rude and unwelcoming but also gets annoyed whenever you ask them to correct the order.

Parking was easy and relatively free. Staff were really friendly, and the food was provided in a reasonable time frame. Overall a good experience and would go back to this location.

Nice renovation was done here. Place looks good. It's a Wendy's and a Tim Hortons. They have a pretty big parking lot actually.
Pretty convenient. The Place is usually busy. I guess because it's close to kipling subway. Also they have drive through for both restaurants. The burgers/ coffee is as expected. Consistent with what you'd expect from the franchise.
