Slow, inattentive and no quality control. Wendy's Corporate START CHECKING YOUR LOCATIONS! This is consistently the worst fast food experience. People behind the counter don't care about doing their job or supporting your brand. Sad state of affairs Dave must be rolling in his grave. Please improve or close substandard locations.
I went there on Saturday afternoon, my first time in a Wendy's in probably 25 years. I stood there for about 5 minutes being ignored by the 3 guys behind the counter who only seemed to be serving the drive through, and then I left. Maybe I'll try again in another 25 years.
The bun did seem a little dry for my taste, but this could of been an issue with how late in the evening we came here. However, the staff was quick and responsive; and made us a fresh batch of fries when we ordered.
I can see new management taking over in the future. It looks like the current management doesn’t care about their customers or care about their location. I see lots of negative comments.
