Wendy's

I received my order at1: 53, arrived at 2: 00. And nothing started. 2 orders took them 15 mins to make, only 2 burgers combos….

Service used to be good. They're so stingy with the condiments now! The portobello mushroom burgers literally only comes with cheese and barely any sauce. I've been 2 more times, incase it was just an off night, and it's been disappointing every time. I even asked one time to please make sure they're putting enough, and they charged me extra for the regular amount they used to put. They also don't provide receipts unless repeatedly asked. Ridiculous!

Atmosphere is nothing to write about as usual for fast food. Upgrade to self serve fountain pop so I can not have ice.

I was in the drive through and ordered 2 large fires i was not told the total of my fries when got to the window either the lady who cashed us out was shanna.she charged me $8.10 when usually it’s $7.18 (20) i corrected her she said no i gave her $8.10 when i gave her $9.00. She took my $9.00 and did not give me my change until I asked for it. Service people like this need to be fired this is by far my worst experience at wendy’s.

They burger are made slopy and with no buns I asked for my refund and they were giving horrible atuditude and they Said the premium bun was extra but when I go to other Wendy's you can upgrade for free with no charge and my advice for you to not shop here and they did not bother to ask if we were eating here

We are Wendy lovers and will normally stop by if we pass a location. Decided to drive through. Associate that was speaking through the intercom could have been friendlier. Seemed unable to hear the order correctly and afterwards was rushing us.
No thank you, just "drive". The associate at the window was better though and thanked us for coming. I feel like at times people forget that it's all about the customer experience. So Important to keep the customers you do have and retain new ones. Money is tight, however, people will spend and shop based on their great experience. Food was alright, ordered 3 large fries with our order and all 3 were not filled like a large. Should have paid for the medium which is what it looked like we got.
Adding fries to the top shows customer value in what thier purchasing. Small thing but people remember when completing future orders.

This location got our order wrong at the drive-through. We asked for specific toppings on our burgers, and they didn't follow any of our instructions. We asked for no onions on four burgers, and they gave us double or triple onions. Same for ketchup, we asked for two burgers with no ketchup. They soaked two burgers with ketchup. When we got home is when we found out that our order was wrong. I called them to tell them about our wrong order. They said, "Sorry, we will try to do it right next time, " and hung-up on me. I guess they were busy.

Tried the ghost pepper sandwich today and it was pretty good. The staff here is amazing! My daughter was having a bit of a meltdown today while in the store and one of the employees came to our table and offered her one of the toys to try to get her to calm down (i think her name was tabitha, hope i got it right). Also the manager was super friendly too. She was walking around, and asked us how everything was going. I will be back at this location for sure.

After Dave died 20 years ago, it felt like Wendy's slipped from great fast food to just satisfactory, and it's still like that. Dave Thomas (Wendy's founder and CEO) was passionate about the business. After he died, it felt like Wendy's was taken over by equity capitalists and financial engineers who are more at home in spreadsheets than in front of customers.

Did a drive thru and staff were so friendly and kind! Never happens in a drive thru so you can definitely say i’ll be back:)

This restaurant is filthy! The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! If they cant keep the rest of it clean, what does the kitchen look like? ! Did not even grab food after that experience. Will not be back!

This place was average and so is probably most of the fast food places. I requested The girl that was preparing my meal to remove the ice from my drink. Her reaction wasn’t very nice. The fries box was half empty. I don’t understand whether places are cheapening up or it is just nonchalance of employees. But in the end it pay more than 12 dollars for a fast food meal…!

Manager working the window has 0 personality and when he handed me the order the bag ripped and fell on the ground. He rolled his eyes as if it were my fault and scoffed. He told me to park and I had to wait for the entire drive thru to be clear before he brought out my order. When he brought out my order he never said anything to me instead just handed me the order and walked away. As a former manager of wendys I know what standards wendys has in regards to customer service and this definitely wasn't it. If there were another wendys in the area I would go there instead. Not to mention when I received the order instead of getting a baconator combo I got a classic single combo which is less expensive then what I paid for. Bad experience all around.

Order chili cheese fries and i was really disappointed when i see my order after waiting 8 minutes

Went for breakfast on the $5 promo on sausage or bacon croissant sandwich with season potato wedges.

I used to not go here last year 2022 or the start of their breakfast menu because the dine-in take out walk-in area was not open or rather jailed up so it wasn't just accessible to order. These are during 6am to 9am.

Now it is open. Definitely open to order.no more jailed up counters. So its all great.

This Tim Hortons and Wendy's shares common space such as washroom and seating. Unfortunately the ambience was below standard for what Tim/Wendy's maintains typically.

The entire store stinked with a bad odour every single time the washroom doors opened/shut.it could perhaps be due to the weekend rush but still unacceptable.

I have attached a few pics of how it looked while I stayed there for about 45mins. I imagine it to be self serve and may that is why.

Got a burger from her and it was stale and the bun was so flat as well as the fries wherent fresh and the service was horrible if you can go to Kennedy and ellesmere please do because that is the best Wendy’s in the area.

Terrible burger.its the weekend shift that just doesn't do their job right. I think they spit on my burger because it was super saugy. I'll take pictures next time but i encourage people to avoid this restaurant during the weekends.
