Wendy's

My expectations from fast food are low. I generally assume I will receive middling service and unhealthy garbage food that contains enough salt, fat, and sugar to fool my brain into believing that it tastes good.

This Wendy's did not even reach that already low bar.

While the burgers and fries we ordered were fine, the salad my wife ordered was terrible and the fountain pop machine was both out of ice and dispensed it's drinks practically un-carbonated. We had to order twice because the self-order kiosk threw an error once we were ready to pay and dumped us back to the main menu.

Overall the experience was negative. There are lots of other places you can go to throw your money and health away on a calorie-induced endorphin rush. Skip this one.

Good burgers, decent fries. Pop machine was not working, so employee offered to fill drink from their drive through machine. Good service!
Update: Back there again today and the diet Coke wasn't working again. Maybe time to get a new pop machine?

I ordered breakfast shortly after they opened and the wedges were cold and obviously from the day before, and the bacon Nader breakfast sandwich was burnt, cold, and to disguise. The fact that it was obviously made the day before. They smothered it in about 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise to disguise. It’s grossness. Wendy’s has definitely gone downhill since Dave died but this definitely put a nail in his coffin! Health and safety should really do an inspection on this place I’m pretty sure they find something given the lack of quality. WILL NEVER BE BACK not after this morning! The restaurant literally opened 35 minutes prior. There is no excuse for serving yesterday’s food. GROSSE

There are so much flies in this restaurant I was dining in the restaurant and several flies were landing on my food buzzing in my face it was so annoying please fix this issue. I hope this report helps your restaurant become better

At 9: 30 June 13th there were 5 international students and their sponsor in front of the cash having a gaggle. I asked them if they were ready to order and they said no. I stepped ahead and tried to order, a simple order. The cashier ignored me, then told me they were ahead of me, which I like. But I explained they are not ready to order and I am. The cashier then began to field a torrent of questions from the students. This is why this location constantly has long wait times with minimal customers. Inefficiency. I witnessed 3 small orders, before the students, take 20 minutes to get out the door.

I went to this Wendy's 7;00 pm July 19,2023.i had ordered Dave's; single combo with a cheese /bacon potato.extra cheese, the bacon was very burnt, i have a picture of it.also ordered double baconator combo with poutine.this was small amount of fries and cold fries.
Also while i was there after taken up my fries for the poutine, the staff put the cold fries in the fries basket and put them back into the fryer.
I was thinking that the commercials say the fries can be eaten last, but definitely not from this location.

I really don't mind paying for things, but when you pay extra for cheese and poutine sauce.it should make the meal better.

I ordered French toast the person making it was using cleaning solutions right over my god, was touching doors and box on the ground never washed her hands

Only complaint is the drive through speaker sucks. They can never hear you. You gotta scream

I asked the server if it had all my items, he confirmed that it did. I ran through the bag to check and he assured me it did and proceeded to show me the order. I trusted him and went home to find out it was missing a chicken sandwhich. I couldn't call in to report the missing item because they don't even answer the phone. Really awful experience, avoid this location at all cost.

Quite possibly the worst fast food placeI have ever been to allways issues everytime you visit they will manage to mess up something stay away from this location like the plague they clearly have weak careless management I mean come on how hard is it to take a fast food order and serve someone what they asked for EVERYTIME I HAVE BEEN HERE THEY GET SOMETHING WRONG.

Ordered 2 double Jr bacon cheese burgers with honey mustard and recieved no buns or sauce of any kind. Tried calling numerous times and no one answers the phone.

Came through today around 4: 30pm, the middle aged male who was in working drive through was very rude, and made several inappropriate jokes towards me and my friend (both 17yrs) While my friend was paying he proceeded to grab her arm and pull her forwards, very upset that this is what Wendy’s provides for customer service. 04/8/23 @ 4: 30pm

I usually love Wendy’s as a fast option! But unfortunately when I went yesterday to try their ghost pepper ranch crispy chicken burger, I got grilled chicken and pounds of sauce… no cheese, no bacon… I got the ghost pepper fries as well. Not even 8 hours after consuming I got saph food poisoning, due to poor hygiene. SaphToxins were in my sandwhich or fries (which means a worker did not wash their hands and put bacteria into their food while making it) being so sick, I was disgusted, my food was handled poorly, following NO safe sanitation protocols and safe food consumption. I felt disgusting knowing I picked up saph food poisoning from a Wendy’s I go to. Really Disappointing, I really hope know one has to experience this…
A deep follow up needs to be done, to make sure this Wendy’s is following their health and safety.

This is probably the worst Wendy's I have been through.

Food is forgotten often, and quality is not like other Wendy's. As you can see, attached a spicy chicken and what seems to be a tomatoe? And maybe lettuce?

It's not worth the money I paid.

Was disappointed the last 2 times. Nice people, but the meat is thin, not hot enough, and with a slightly reddish tinge when I bite into it. Need more effort to make the burgers look like they do on ads. Thicker meat would be nice.

Both sandwiches were soggy, in spite of requesting light sauces. Don't think I'll get my money back, as I was passing through town.

Went to order a Dave's double combo. The lady didn't understand what that was, finally figured out what that was, I said I wanted it with only lettue, onion and cheese. I reiterated this 3 TIMES and it's still wrong. I would go back for a refund or my stuff fixed, but I only have enough time for lunch stuff and mistakes do happen, but this was more incompetent then anything.

I’m not one to write reviews as I feel like my experience somewhere shouldn’t take away from someone else’s, but I definitely will not be quiet about the experience that I just had with the manager at this location. I went through the drive through, ordered two combos from the menu, and when I went to pay for my order, after giving the person at the window a $50 bill, I was given back $4. $4. I got 2 combos. I then proceeded to check my receipts, only to find out that I was charged double for everything. After the manager realized his mistake, he proceeded to give me 2 extra receipts, with no explanation. Just through them in my face. He gave me the extra money that he owed me, and basically gave me $30 in toonies:/ so I then proceeded to ask him if I could get cash, as I don’t like to carry cash, and definitely not that much. I gave him back the change, and realized that $15 was missing. He then started to harass me, tell me that I’m looking for a money grab, and etc. You get what you put out. I felt extremely disrespected, and felt like my time was wasted because of the mistake on their end, and the harassment that I received was absolutely disgusting. I asked the manager for his name, and he refused to give it to me. I feel extremely discriminated against, disrespected, and have read other reviews about the staff. I would like to speak to someone in HR to discuss what happened. This should not happen to anyone else, and definitely is not okay.

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap that was not up to Wendy's standard. I am very appreciative of the daytime manager for receiving my complaints and resolving in a professional and caring manner. Wednesday, March 22nd, 2: 00 p.m.

Broken drink machine had a puddle over a large portion of the seating area.

Fries were fresh

Pop was warm, ice machine on the unit was not working
Burgers were not fresh, bacon was burnt in all baconators. Fries were warm.
Had problems with getting the water running to wash my hands after using the washroom.

Horrible customer service, food was dry and basically unedible.tried to do the survey but they failed to provide the receipt to inform them there.

I got chicken fingers and fries and the chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were edging on cold, greasy and not fresh.

Food was good but service was slow and dinning room was very dirty. Have been a few times since and they don't take care of there lobby area. Dirty tables and dirty floors. And overflowing garbages
