Wendy's

Went through the drive-thru on this occasion, been here before and usually good service and decent food served, Today (07/17/2023) @ 2: 00 P. M.we just ordered something small, 2 orders of (6) pack of Chicken Nuggets with plum sauce. Drove up the P/U Window, paid and picked up our order promptly. Server (not a young person). An older lady, who was pleasant and competent that served us. We parked in their in their parking lot, food was hot, fresh, nuggets were crunchy with their unique batter. Dipped them in plum sauce and shared some with our 9 year old Service Dog. We’ve had their Dave’s burgers before and always good food and quality service. Went inside to use washroom facilities and restaurant was very clean, as the was the men’s washroom (very clean compared to other fast food places l). Overall, experience was enjoyable and would return here instead to one of their competition like McDonalds. Well maintained and run franchise IMPO.

Went through drive thru today. I was the only car. Not busy at all. Paid and got my food right away. So the people working weren't rushed. But they made my burger, like they were blindfolded, with one arm tied behind their back, while trying to set a guiness book of world records for the fastest hamburger ever assembled. I always loved Wendy's growing up, and I have not been there in ages. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, and try this location again on a different day at a different time.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s they always mess up the order. They also take very long. Worth driving to another Wendy’s.

Chicken sandwich was small. Drink was not filled nearly enough. Food and drink were fine though.

We went for Breakfast with the family. Staff were incredibly nice but I could see there was some issues in the Kitchen that slowed down the service. Because of this the food wasn't as warm as it could have been but still very delicious.

The poor girls where getting slammed and doing their best to. All the manager did was give one girl heck and went back to his office.didn't even help during the rush. Many customers where not please how he handle the situation when the poor girl was doing her best.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Wendy's where I waited nearly ten minutes before being acknowledged. Despite their busyness, the staff's failure to recognize my presence was unkind and unprofessional. The lack of urgency in their service has significantly tainted my overall perception of this franchise. Hence, I am left with no choice but to rate this Wendy's with a 1-star for this visit. I hope this feedback leads to necessary improvements in their customer service (LOL)

This is a very ugly place that is unfriendly and racist. That rude Indian woman shouldn't be there. Since when did Wendy's become the worst place in Canada? I hope you don't go there

Come here for the chilly but just today found it lacking in substance. Less meat than normal, more beans. Not so good.

Had to eat too fast because the air conditioner was blasting and the food would have gotten cold. If there's a next time, I will be taking my food home.

So I go in to eat at 12: 13 am and they say they are not open for dine in. Iv eaten here before and they DID until closing at 1 am. This is b*llsh*t if you ask me they are just lazy.

The manager on duty was terribly rude to all of her staff including threats of firing them. She was treating the employees and the customers like they are idiots. She needs to be talked to at the minimum however I’d like to see her fired as no leader should be talking to anyone that way. Will not be coming back.

Expect to wait 10 minutes in drive thru before they ask for you’re order and another 10+ minutes waiting for the food… 3/4 cars left the drive thru in 10 minutes over the very first car in line still not being asked their order after 10 minutes of waiting. No idea what takes so long here but idk how ppl are expected to spend 20 minutes in a drive thru.

Consistently useless everytime. Worst Wendy's in all of Hamilton. Always waiting in drive thru for long periods of time before being served, than waiting all day for the order. Do not come here.

Tried out the new ghost pepper fries.was quite enjoyable.ghost fries plus poutine would be a game changer. Jbcs on point as usual

I came here for lunch during work. I waited more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru just to be told that they were only taking cash cause they're machine was down.

Came here looking for some "fun" with Wendy. Wendy wasn't there. Food was good though

This must be the slowest drive-thru in Hamilton. I thought I must have caught them at a bad time the first time I tried going after work nearby a few weeks ago. I have returned a couple times since and on both occasions gave up on getting food after absurdly long waits with no end in sight.arrive with three cars in front and seemingly deserted inside and after waiting 10-15+ minutes still two cars in front.hate to be negative but it's legitimately insane
