My advice to you is to avoid this Fischer-Hallman/Ottawa South location. Wendys as a chain is terrific. This location is a poor representation of the chain. The drive thru in particular. First, I had to repeat my order 3 times. The woman never punched it in - it didn't show up on the screen; never told me to drive ahead; never told me my total. Silence. So I pulled up. And waited 7 minutes to get breakfast this morning. There was 1 car in front of me. This is not the first time I've encountered this level of service at this location. Shame - Wendys food is delicious. It shouldn't be such a hassle to get it.
Ordered breakfast. Sausage & egg on a biscuit. Sausage patty was overdone, biscuit was fresh and buttery. Coffee was fresh, a better brew than the nearest Tims in my humble opinion.
I’m usually not a fan of Wendy’s, but this location really knows how to make a good burger. Have ordered several times and have never had any problems, this place is just absolutely amazing. Kudos to their kitchen staff for sure.
This place is terrible. I had long black hair I’m my sandwich and melting dirty frosty. When I showed them their manager just said sorry one time and left. If you want make sure you don’t get sick don’t order in this place. I never ever come back to wendy’s again. Bad dirty product and rude service.
It’s not awful, it’s a good location, service can be whatever but never rude and they try to be fast with your orders. My orders are always normally right
I had a chance of working under the management of Corina and she was always helpful and kind towards everyone. She is a true professional and the best manager I have ever worked for.
Had a little problem with my salad, manager was friendly and quickly made it right. I got my salad replaced and he insisted I take a complimentary fry. I understand mistakes happen and I appreciate it being fixed in such a component manner.
It was an okay visit, but not something that blew me away special. Items in my order were missing, and the staff immediately corrected them. Food was not nearly as hot as I have received at other Wendy's. Atmosphere was not the best, because the tables didn't appear to be cleaned at all, I had to search around for the least dirtiest table.
I'm not sure who they've put to work on the drive-through window but they are very slow. They will make you wait15- 20 minutes in between each person. But only at this location. I came for breakfast and the lady had one car ahead of me and it took her fifteen minutes I just left.
Always a decent burger for the money. One of the better fast food Burgers of the major chains in my opinion. Fries were hot and crispy and Diet Coke tasted actually like Diet Coke not too sweet not too carbonated just right.
5 years later, the service is now non existent. I walked in and they have their door unlocked for uber drivers, but couldn't take my order unless it was at drive through. I then asked if it's possible to write down our order and they to input into the drive thru cash register, he said yes it's possible but they are not allowed so order on the app. So I sat in the lobby, and download the app in order to get service! The app was not allowing for a payment option so we were refused service.
Horrible experience! The tightest most uncomfortable drive through ever! You can see all the paint marks from people messing up their poor cars. Also… They lost a sale from me and probably many others. Why can’t we order a burger in the morning @ 10am? Lol makes no sense. Oh well, burger shops are a dime a dozen…On to the next one.
