Went to have lunch and eat-in at the College Plaza Wendy's in Brampton. I was locked OUT of using any of the washrooms (of which there are 3). Couldn't even wash my hands before eating! Needless to say I left right away and enjoyed my lunch at a different establishment! Didn't know that a restaurant could offer dine-in without a working washroom!

0 stars! They forgot 2 large chilis in my drive thru order. We even asked before driving away if they gave us our complete order. Ordered about half an hour ago. Didn't even include a receipt in the bag so I can't make a formal complaint with Wendy's! Called the store, but no answer! Just lost $7 for nothing.

Edit: Increased to 2 stars. Tried calling several times and finally got through to Gurleen. She offered to have the chilis ready if I make the drive back but it's already really late and I've had a long day. She took my name and number so I can pick up the missing chilis 1 week from now or even a month from now. I did stress that I did not live near the restaurant. She said there is no time limit on when I need to pick it up by. I will update again, whether it was possible to get my missing chilis on another day.

Edit 2: I did get my missing chilis and it is true, they have a binder (a little disorganized) of items owed to customers. When I arrived, I had to speak to the manager but they couldn’t find record of the chilis I was owed and the manager confirmed that Gurleen no longer worked there. In any case, if you are ever missing items from your drive thru order, make sure to (1) call right away, (2) take down the name of the person you talked to, and (3) try to claim your missing items right away. I did wait more than half a year, only because this location is so out of the way for me. Also, it doesn’t hurt to be well dressed that day because I could see the manager debating whether or not to believe my story. She was a lovely person to deal with, nonetheless. Expect to wait awhile though.

Ordered poutine and when I opened the box, the fries were cold and gravy was very less inside it. Also, there customer service was very poor.

Worst wendys ive ever been to. I ordered on the mobile app, order was paid for i was told to wait for 10 mins which i dont mind but when my t GB Get was delievered to me my burger had no toppings on it, my chicken burger had a little piece of lettuce, barely any mayo and no tomato and they forgot my diet coke. The lady then went to grab the coke and came back without the coke telling me i owe 7 dollars yet had no receipt for me… my order was paid for online fully and was a 30 dollar order.when I returned to the drive thru the manager told me the bill was 37 dollars which isn’t possible considering my order was 30.17 WITH tax included.the extra 7 dollars made no sense.we stood there explaining the order to her and brought up the fact that the meal was incorrect and she gave me cold food in return.

Im going to contact the owner in the morning because theres no way i spent 30 dollars on FAST food to get slow food, the wrong items, over charged and cold food.

When someone says they want a small drink, they still want their cup to be filled. Please don’t assume they want less in the cup. It should be standard practice to fill things entirely. Treat customers how you want to be treated when you go to restaurants yourself.

9 out of 10 times I order fries from this location they are absolutely terrible. It taste like the oil hasn't been changed in years. I used to work in a fast food restaurant when I was younger so I know that the oil needs to be changed. The staff at this location have no clue what they're doing in there. They also just hand you the machine and tell you the total for your order. They have no customer service order at the drive thru.

Arrived at the drive thru and was told to park and wait for my order (there was no one in line behind me). Waited a total of 15 minutes while two cars behind me got their orders. I had to go inside to ask about my order and they were still preparing it. Customer service was terrible and the sandwich was just sloppily thrown together. Would not recommend going here.

These guys think you are fool, I ordered a lemonade I asked the manager to put just 2-3 ice cubes instead she filled almost half with ice cubes, don’t play your tantrums and tricks to fool customers, we are paying full you are not doing a favour to us or doing charity ………

The food is always delicious and you get large portions. We go because of the service. The sweet (now pregnant) lady knows all of her regular customers by name. She always greets you with a smile.

Got the mushroom bacon special burger with 3.5 mushrooms. Please put some effort in making the food. I spent $13 for this and can't even get a decent meal

The girl working in drive thru on Friday May 5th 2023 at 1: 15pm has no customer service skills. I go to this Wendys often because it’s close to my work. They never says “thank you” or “have a good day” she just passes me my bag with a sour look on her face. All the time! Today I told her I needed a tray for my drinks she didn’t look impressed. She hands me the drinks anyways and then gives me the tray. I work in at a grocery store and when we serve customers we always say hello or thank you or have a good day, nice weekend, we always say something. You are rude and always rude. What’s your problem, seriously?

Food is good. But a lot of the times they mess up the order or give you a small amount of ketchup when you ask for extra and I don’t know why they don’t wear gloves.

I ordered 2 JBCs and a chicken snack wrap. The chicken snack wrap was half RAW chicken! Someone better hope I don't get sick! Disgusting! I called in and they do NOT care! Thinking of legal action if I get sick!

I generally have a large amount of patience for fast food restaurants and their staff that are obviously undertrained and overstretched, but this location of Wendy's just takes it to another level. While I certainly didn't loose my patience in the resteraunt, the new trainee at the cash was both unable to understand what I wanted to order and how to enter it into the computer. I was waiting for at least 5 minutes at the front counter, while I watched the drive-through customers get served over, and over.they were greeted and served in minutes while I waited and watched.finally, the manager told someone to take the next order from the counter (me) and I could hardly understand the young lady who tried to help me. I kindly asked for the manager to assist, but she insisted on trying, but failing to understand what I wanted to order. Finally, I called the manager over after being told I was "not allowed" to have a salad instead of fries, and my order was corrected. After receiving my order, I went to the drink dispenser and found it had stopped working for some reason. I had to call the manager over to re-boot the machine and I was able to finally get my drink. Overall, I was satisfied with the food, but dissatisfied with the service. They could have been better at prioritizing the indoor orders over drive-through and they should be more thorough in the vetting and training of new hires, to ensure they are fully able to understand the way to communicate either the customers and the computer system they must use to enter the orders.

They do not fill drink or fries containers. They are trying to reduce costs by giving customers less.
