Always come here usually good until I'm coming off a shift I take there word for my food being in the bag come home to no large fry bye all means maybe I shouldn't of ordered the large but at the end of the day you took advantage of me at a pretty low moment wendy I don't how to feel about this I wanted to cry but I couldn't because I'm so empty inside due to my lack of fries.

Never gave me all my food I ordered. I realized once I was home. Not the first time this has happened. Do not use this location horrible location. Upper James and rymal.

Can’t beat the price for the bacon cheeseburger taste and value. We eat here every Sunday for three burgers and an order of fries is under $11. Incredible!

Seriously consider firing the night manager. I used to work in fast food, I don't have high expectations and understand sometimes you can be tired. That's not what I saw when I went to this location last night. There was no one else in the restaurant when I ordered, and I watched as 4 men (including manager) stood in the kitchen area staring at me and not making my order. I'm a young women and it was dark outside, I was actually starting to become afraid (in a Wendy's for christ sake!).

So not only was the service incredibly poor, but the all male staff decided they didn't need to clean or cook the one tiny burger I was waiting for - staring at me was a much better use of their time. Such a weird experience. Will not be back to this location and will be telling everyone I know that weirdos work here and they can't even cook lol.

Unbelievably slow… during Covid, after Covid and right now. There’s a bunch of staff working too I don’t understand what the problem is. Like shockingly slow wether you go in or do drive thru.

The service is extremely slooow.the food was terrible.how is this place still open? I asked the drive-through employee for a tray for our drinks… the employee stated “ this is why I don’t work drive-through”…SERIOUSLY!? !? ! … you should be thankful you have a job AT ALL here with that attitude! Cut your hair or wear a hairnet so no more of your “curly”hair gets into anybody else’s food LIKE IT DID OURS! Disgusting people and disgusting food! The management is just as terrible today as it was five years ago. I highly suggest going to McDonald’s, or cooking your own hamburgers at home… please take into consideration the other reviews/comments prior to going to this location… don’t waste your time or your money here.

Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru speaker, no service so I left and not 1 minute later the person behind me gets served. I know for a fact you can be heard at the speaker, and this type of service is absolutely pathetic.

They are never open and when they are open they say they are out if this or that because they are getting ready to close. The website says open till 12am and they close at 10pm and stop serving frostys 2 hours before close and they also ALWAYS FOR GET ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER WITH DRIVE THREW. I think they need to hire new staff or have a Manger at night on crew! And they are super rude here! Upper james and Mohawk is way better and better staff and serve everything until close! Don't waste your time at Upper James and rymal!

The restaurant was filthy, under staffed and my first two coffees were stone cold. Once bittened no chance of a second visit.

Baconator Burger was under cooked but the fries were overcooked so I guess it's a win if you like food poisoning. Will know later if I get it. Not very impressed. Staff were friendly enough but lacking in food

It is a shame that some locations can tarnish a brand. Spent over 20 minutes waiting inside. They were staffed with 4 people being two new guys and the person handling the deive through not doing anything but complain and instead of helping gett8ng the food, needed to have everything handed to him. The forth person was a lady and she was pretty much working and doing all by herself. I could not get upset at her as I could see her frustration.

I order an apple pecan salad, waited 10 minutes and once at home I realized my salad had no pecan and no chicken! So disappointing

Girls at the drive thru window is full of attitude because I asked for my drink that's was half full to be filled and guess what! After 15mins in the drive thru the forgot half my food and now they won't answer the phone. Terrible service just go to the one near Mohawk WELL WORTH THE DRIVE
