I arrived at 10: 25, was told I had to wait 10 minutes to order lunch, no problem so I sat down & approached the counter after 12 minutes, stood there for another 5 minutes before the girl came over. I ordered 1 cheeseburger combo with a coupon & a taco salad. The girl said $32.00, I questioned the price, she turned the screen & said yes $32.00. I only asked for 1 combo not 2 & I have a coupon. Next amount was approximately $24.00, I questioned it again. She again showed me the screen & sarcastically said yes that’s right. I told her again that I had a coupon. She said oh I wasn’t paying attention. No kidding! Will not rush back there.
Taco salad was good, fries were not hot.

As a another local business, they need to learn to listen to what is being ordered. Then to argue with a customer that they did not order a combo after being asked multiple times if it was a combo and confirmin Absolutely disrespectful and very deterring to other businesses.

Food always cold no one wears hair nets, the restaurant area dirty floors dirty slippery smelled like bad odours

This is by far the worst Wendy's you can ever go too in history. No one has any idea what is going on what so ever, the pop machine was empty. There was one cashier for 30 guests, no one even were the line was. The franchisor should have their location stripped, and just get out of the business all together.

I got some great deals because of the app so the price was really good for what I got. Staff was really nice and friendly. Good seats too and overall a really clean spot.

Received different items than ordered but correct items were on receipt staples to the bag

Workers took the piss outta me for ordering well done fries

Today they are hitting each other and acting like children well screaming in farsi or urdu

Very disappointed I ordered two of the same burgers an they gave me 1 burger with bacon on it “witch I DO NOT eat” do to medical reasons, I had no clue until the second bite I feel really sick now, details should be a priority, due to allergies an food sensitivities,

Great service amazing food but the restaurant was freezing and it was not enjoyable to eat while shivering

I love Wendy’s, but this one in particular is always very busy and can take awhile to get your order, especially at dinner time.

On this occasion, after a disastrous attempt at something to eat at Wendy ‘s competitor “ McDonalds” (in which we returned the food) and came to this Wendys. Took the drive-thru this evening, very busy night, but patiently waited. Place our small order of (2) pack of chicken nuggets @$3.29 a pack. Pulled up to P/U window and was told to wait a bit, as food was being prepared (we don’t mind waiting) we know we’re getting hot and fresh food. And it was excellent along with a medium ice cold Sprite. Wasn’t hungry for a burger, because Wendys always make awesome burgers too. Very pleasant young male at P/U window and we were served. Kudos to Management as, we saw all their employees working hard throughout the restaurant. Good training and competent staff on hand.
We will return here again, as we don’t reside on the Mountain.

We went in and the first thing we noticed was the condensation in the entrance. That's because it was 31 outside and it felt like 17 inside. We left. The line was too long and it was way too cold.

Ordered food here and picked up at 3: 45 today, food was fresh and hot. Main reason for leaving a review, was the lady working the front counter at this time, she waa super pleasant and helpful, she was doing a stellar job, keep up the hard work!

Ewwwwww let me TELL YOU! I haven’t eaten at Mc Donald’s in years and my family and I replaced them for wendys… HOWEVER, that’s allllll about to change. The last few weeks maybe months have been the absolute worst visits to Wendys at this specific location. I literally had to throw my meals away TWICE! The crews that works after 12 am.yuck customer service is terrible for 1. And 2 The fresh fries that I asked for were cooked in dirty oil causing them to taste bitter both times. As well as the burger. I have never ever had a complaint about my girl Wendy. But this is just unacceptable because now I have to stop eating here too. I’ve heard about what the inside of this restaurant looks like and I’m glad I never had to go in there.

They have a very hard time understanding your order, even after repeating it several times. Then you get the wrong or d er and they double down that they were right.

We usually make this a stop when we're on the mountain, until today when a small bug crawled out of the wrapper for my burger; I appreciate them offering to remake the burger and for trying to offer a refund but the whole thing put me off, I certainly wasn't going to try another burger and the JBC wasn't worth bothering to get a refund, honestly I just wanted to leave the restaurant as soon as we could. We love Wendy's so I'm sure I'll give the location another try down the road, unfortunately it's gonna be a while after this experience. Inspect your food at this location.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Little rude guy comes from the back swearing because he had to come take my order. I arrived at the store at 10: 20. But because they wouldn’t come and even speak to me for 15 mins wouldn’t let me order breakfast and then said I couldn’t use the bathroom if I wasn’t going to order anything. Absolutely ridiculous

Food came out fast and properly prepared. Milk box was fully sticky though. Staff would've known before handing it out.

Vast majority of the tables were very dirty despite the place being mostly empty. Many chairs were in disrepair.

I ordered two baconator combos with poutine. One of the burgers was missing the bottom half of the bun. Searched the takeout bags for the recipe and it wasn't present either. Wish they reduced the cost of the burger.

The food is good but the wait is crazy and evening staff are so over worked one person doing all the delivery services and front counter orders doing a great job I might add but there’s no reason he should have to do it alone

Never actually opens when it says it does I have wasted my time trying to get food multiple days before work to be denied service due to the dining room being closed sometimes until 8-9 am when they state it opens at 7, the wait on the food quite literally is close to 20 minutes every time which is most of my break

I felt so sorry for the people working there. They were severely understaffed and trying their best.

Worst service ever at a drive thru. Made our order wrong and the wait was the longest I've ever had with only 2 cars in front of us. When we went back through to get it corrected. The guy at the window was trying to help us and offered to let us keep both orders but his boss yelled out to get the food back from us.like we were pulling a scam.lol. I will never go back there absolutely longest wait with careless, kinda angry service.

It's 1: 20am drive thru closes at 2am. Sunday June 11th 2023. I went through the drive thru, no answer. I drove to the the second window, girl just ignored me. Two more cars came after me honking and shouting she ignored them too. Imagine all the hundreds of thousands you're losing annually because she wants to close an hour early. Needs to be fired asap.

All tables were dirty. Leather seats were cut or worn out. Definitely not a place you want to eat in. I lost my appetite.

Delicious, fresh hamburgers made to order. Staff hardworking and courteous. Clean facilities. Great place to drop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Ordered regular cheeseburger #1 on the menu.

2nd visit- ordered Cobb salad and it was alright. Fresh ingredients. Staff was fast and efficient. It wasn't busy before noon hour.
