Terrible. Bun was a joke, collapsed before you took a first bite. Not good quality for price

The people running the store were very rude and not helpful at all ordered food for dine in and was standing for 10 minutes till I found my own food sitting on the counter in a bag, was never told it was there and was also hassled about getting another spoon when mine fell on the floor by accident

Sir. This is a wendys. Aight but seriously, what can you really expect? They messed up my food once by putting on tomatoes, I called, they fixed it. The staff is always friendly and food meets expectation.

Was in drive thru waited 20 minutes to be served, when I finally got my food it was wrong and missing pieces of the order. Tried calling to rectify the situation and I couldn’t get through almost two hours later to speak with someone about my poor experience.

The worst location we have ever been too. Stood at counter for 3-4 minutes without even being acknowledged. Spicy wrap was full of lettuce, no cheese, barely any sauce. My daughter had a regular wrap and it was cold with barely any sauce, even though we asked for extra. Fries were luke warm, and meal took over 10 minutes to have ready. Hope the garbage enjoyed my dinner becauae it wasn't edible. Save your self the long wait and tasteless food, drive up the road to their competitor.

Had the worst experience yet!

It took forever to get our order, and it wasn't even that busy. The person behind the counter seemed to be flustered! People were getting the wrong orders.

The drive thru was being attended to but people were left waiting to order at the counter.

The tables and seats were dirty as well!

Would definitely not go back to this one.

Everything was hot and fresh. Service was alittle slow but thats ok cause everything was good nothing missing. Thanks

Just went through drive thru, ordered 2 frosty's. They were sitting there melted. Not impressed, you should make them as the person gets to the window not before. Learn how to serve your customers, without us you will not have jobs.

Came into the restaurant asked for a Caesar salad the salad was small. Also the lettuce was wilted. Went back to the cashier told them we don’t want that replaced it with chicken strips the asked for hot sauce got ghost pepper sauce. Wasn’t happy with that. Also the French fries were cold. Also got an Extra set of fries I didn’t ask for.

Went pick up for a chili n some other stuff. Staff named Avery was very helpful and kind. Very good service

So far a decent place to eat. Sometimes a bit messy and the drink machine is usually leaking all over the floor. Needs service. The condiment section is usually missing stuff as well making you to go back to the counter for things.

In our take out bag somebody put a napkin in there with all their fingernail clippings. Why?

I used to go here a lot when that's entertainment was still around but now I only swing around occasionally as a treat. Great food and staff

Needed something fast so got a triple with no cheese. Then I said, "only", then my 4 toppings. Came with 3 pieces of cheese that ruined my dinner. $11 in the trash

One of the workers put their entire hand on my fries with no gloves on right after touching the cash register. That same worker didn’t even know how to use the debit machine and took over 10 minutes to even get the order approved…they ended up screwing up our order as well. HORRIBLE!

Whoever was working the shift tonight and made my Dave’s double burger needs $100 gift card from owner right now

Friendly staff but this location can be pretty slow inside or at the Drive thru. The food comes out hot and tasty. Free WiFi. Washrooms need work. Clean dining floor. Decent amount of parking.

This is the Wendys branch with the slowest and rudest employees in the world. They are always careless.

Where do I start. Food is fine when they get it right. For me 1 out of four orders is usually messed up. Why do I keeping going back (pause for dramatic effect) - I have a grand daughter.

This particular time it was customer service. I told the guy my order at the drive thru. Read what he typed and saw an error. Got to the window to pay him and I asked if the kids meal he rung in included a pop, because I also ordered a small frosty. He said, "YES", and I said, "we will see at the next window". When I got to the pick up window, the server gave me the kids meal with the frosty in substitution of the drink. I said that I asked for the frosty in addition to the drink and how much do I owe. She stared at me stunned. Said, "I'll get the drink".

You might say, "Why are you complaining? You got a free frosty". I didn't, I paid for the kids meal and the frosty. So the drink was owed.

The stunned look had that, how dare you question my customer service skills. You complained and I gave you what was missing.

That is not the point. How about when the order is being taken the person actually be attentive and listen to the order. Then when it is handed out the sever read the order make sure it's correct in the bag. Ask if something doesn't seem right. I'm sure Wendy's would like to see the "first time right" numbers higher. Because for me the customer service is just as important as the food.

Absolute worst and slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Everytime it’s over a 20 minute wait no matter what you order! Don’t waste your time, drive the extra 2 mins to a different one and you’ll still get your food before you would otherwise!

I ordered a medium or regular vanilla frosty and I received this. The order taker wasn't even trying his best to pay attention to my order. I'm a team leader at a fast food restaurant and I can't believe how frustrating this is

Last Friday night at 5: 15pm, drive thru was
busy and I come in with a tricky order with COUPONS. The gentlemen on cash was poised and pleasant through it all. This mom with 3 kids in the car after a long workday, school day and on their way to hockey was very appreciative of his calm demeanour. And the person handing off the food was also great. Much appreciated!

I ordered chicken salad. They forgot to include the condiments such as the nuts and cranberries. What a rip off.
