I used to love their big Caesar salad until they decided to change the salad to mixed greens. Wendy's had the best salads out of all places, all hands down, until they switched the lettuce with spring mix. With heavy sauces in Ceasar, taco, etc.the salad just absorbs too much of it all and it's a disgusting mess. Now, their new Cobb salad actually works with spring mix and it's the only one worth buying now. It comes with warm chicken on top & it reminds me of good old days when I used to look forward to eating salads at their place. If you are not into salads, their spicy chicken combo is the way to go. Always delicious.
Terrible service rude manger who refused my refund for no reason after I came to pick it up she was rude ignored me refused to serve me needs to be fired
Went last night, ordered nuggets, chilli and frosty. 4 hours later I have food poisoning for the first time in my life. I am miserable, I will never trust them again.
Wendy’s used to be the favourite burger and fries next to A&W’s but trust I was disappointed. The fries tasted off and not cooked nicely no salt. Dave single burger was ok. But was left disappointed and dissatisfied by the fries which were once my favourite.
You guys need to get your stuff together. The ice creamm machine was broken and the pop machine barely had any choices. All sugar drinks. No ice tea just minute maid.
The young person who took my order was a very polite and professional individual. The food was excellent, as usual. I would give more stars of I could.
Last 10 months or so this place has taken a dive Can't take correct orders and their food quality has also suffered When I call to complain about the poor service the claim the speaker has been broken for awhile. If so Why is the manager still employed
I ended up leaving with completing my order because no matter how many times I repeated my order they got it wrong I spoke as slow and clear as possible
The employees at these restaurantes got to spend more time washing and cooking the food better and less time singing and bullying because we often get food poisoning from these restaurantes and last time we bought an ice tea that tasted like toilet water.
I went through the drive through and noticed the customer in front of me drove over and took out the sign for the exit. I could not get their license plate number to let the manager know. But after letting the know about the situation (Megan the manager) was kind awesome and handled the situation so professionally. I would go back again just knowing she runs the place so we'll. Thank you Megan for the great experience.
I wanted to share my experience at this location and warn everyone who goes here to be careful when ordering food from here. I am absolutely flabbergasted at the attitude of some of the workers at this location, I had ordered about 35$ worth of food for my kids and I. As soon as I walked in, I could tell that the workers were judging me, as I currently have a face paralysis which makes one side of my face look unsymmetrical compared to the other. One boy in specific caught my eye, he looked about 17-18 and his name tag said Aboud or Abboud. He was the one who took my order, not only was he super rude when I was ordering, but he also charged me more for my food and proceeded to look at his coworkers and speak badly about me in arabic. He wasn’t aware of the fact that I could understand and proceeded to make fun of my disability with his partners. When I got my food, I realized that some of the items were missing aswell as extra stuff were added to my food, such as bacon (im muslim) and something odd and slimy was on top of my fries. With further inspection, I found out that they had spit on my food. I have never felt so disrupted and insulted in my entire life. I have been a customer for over 10+ years now and this has completely ruined and changed my experience. Abboud has absolutely no respect for his customers and will make fun of them if they are different, I strongly believe that this behaviour is unacceptable and I hope that management will do something about it. I’m very disappointed and I will not be returning back because of this.
This wendys used to be great. Went yesterday and not only did they forgot part of our order in the drivethru we then waited 15 minutes to get what was missing. Waited at the counter as countless employees walked by without a word including two at the register who we standing there the whole time. This left our food cold and soggy by the time we got home. Not sure where the good employee from this location went but bring them back!
It was good there, however when my food was ready there was people standing around talking in the back while I waited. Not a big deal but a little rude.
Was there on Sunday March 5 between 1230pm and 1pm. Was super busy but the girl who was working the cashier register wish I could remember her name was unbelievable and did such a remarkable job. Apologized for the wait and everything and went out her way to make my order go through smoothly.
