Wendy's

I ordered at the drive thru and the lady on the window (Hazel) was really rude and started swearing at me because she got my order wrong. Slammed the window really hard in me. Very bad experience wouldn’t come back

I received my favorite item, the spicy chicken wrap. It was pink though about half of it. My first time getting this in Sudbury, it's never happened anywhere else.

Excellent service for our party of 9 including 4 kids. We spilled fries and they replaced for free. Very understanding and patient.

As a driver very clean place. I would del there product.but Flanagan food is a nightmare to work for

Same old wendy's. Food was good, service was good. Place is starting to look a little age, almost missed it because the don't have a big road side sign any more. Over all good personal experience.

The young lady was great. She was so nice to my child, and the gentlemen standing next to help her was so kind. Big change since past experiences

Consistently displeased. I wouldn’t even come here if it wasn’t the only thing open late. Constantly missing items in the order or even toppings. The food isint made with pride just slapped together. They are skimping too much too. Little shreds of lettuce or half a piece of bacon. Constant let down. Price goes up service goes down…

Very good burger. Baked potato was a bit tough but the butter and sour cream helped.
The store was about half full but very clean.
Unfortunately the delivery drivers took up 3 of the limited parking spots.
Overall. Great prices for the best fast food in town as compared to Burger Slop, McPukeles, etc. Lol.

The drive through attendants are so pleasant. They are so friendly taking the orders and at each window, from paying to receiving the food. They have always got my order right so far, which I am always impressed with. The food tastes great. It a bonus when they have good offers, such as the coupons. I go more often when the coupons are available, as I like a good deal.

Wendy's is so forgotten agout. Their beef burgers are amazing, no extra charges to modify you burgers to toppings that you like. My only gripe is that the cashier was unable to add an extra salad purchase as an afterthought, i was at drive through. I did not drive around a second time for the additional salad.

Usually love Wendy's but I got a chocoate frosty today and with every bite of it there was a faint chemical taste almost reminding me of the chlorine smell at a pool

We love Wendy's. But tonight we got dinner paid 30 dollars for it. Got home and the order was wrong. We asked for no ketchup on the burgers and no cheese. Also did not get the cheese sauce we paid for. We have never complained before but this was by far the worst dinner at Wendy's we have ever had. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered. Was not very impressed and not sure we will be back!

Delicious, wonderful food, fast workers who do excellent work and try very hard to please customers (including making polite conversation). Thanks so much!

Theyre not open till 3 dont bother, terrible service and they cant even update their hours lol

Used to be a wonderful place. Recently got breakfast from there and received a moldy biscuit. Tried again for dinner and we received the wrong order and everything was cold.

Staff had a weird mental breakdown/glitch over simple order check when requested. Fry's weren't cooked correctly either.

Quality has been going downhill lately.
