Wendy's

They are very cheap at this Wendy’s…gave me some story that I couldn’t upgrade the coupon that I presented (I have upgraded previously at least 20 times) They must have new ownership. I won’t go back to this location on Plains Rd in Burlington.

Amanda is always welcoming and pleasant at front cash. Thanks to the whole team for great lunch.

Good food but the service is so very slow you'd be able to make your own burger at home faster than them.

Went through the drive through. Got home and my order was missing something. I called them and the manager said I can drive back and get it. When I said I did not want to drive all the back there she just hung up the phone. No compensation offered.

Review is not related to their food, but their service. My daughter forgot something in the store, when I called in the middle of the afternoon to ask them about it they did not answer. When I called back to let it ring and ring and ring, they eventually just disconnected me. Why would a restaurant not answer their phone? Oh, right, because the employees don't care.

It may be in a hard to reach and easy to miss location, but the food, service, and cozy atmosphere thanks to its location? Very nice, and their baconators, salads and potatoes are quite a treat too!

This location must have got a new owner because it has gone downhill very very fast customer service is absolutely terrible and the young lady at the drive-thru window has a serious attitude problem my order is never right and the manager herself is rude so I can see why her staff is rude as well this Wendy's ruins my day every time I go there and leaves a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively.

Food is the same at any other wendys, but the retro style is amazing. Anyone remember going to wendys as a kid in the 80's? This place will take you back!

Good food poor service, not changing my rating but just went there again and service is just so bad here. The guy was clueless and had a line up young girl tried to help him. Manager barked at her to go do something else and he struggled to take orders. And the food was not as good this time on top of this.

This location used to be great anytime there was this lady manager there that ran a tight ship. She was awesome and made sure orders were correct and staff working correctly. Not sure if she left for good but lately service is very slow insidw and drive thru.
* went to pickup a mobile order today and stood there for 10 mins and no one asked if I had ordered or picking up. Young male barely talked or acknowledged anyone. Finally was asked and was handed a bag that was sitting there before I arrived. This location is headed downward.

Where to start, I ended up just walking out of the restaurant and the service was terrible.

I waited and waited while the slowest staff did everything but take my order.

As a person with service experience I would suggest management hire people like myself and step up the sales at that store.

My Message to the owner/operator "You can be doing better"

My Aunt tried the Baconator here, she ate the whole thing, which is impressive for an 86 year old. Place was very clean and staff were friendly, food delivered quickly.

Almost $8 for 2 of these little baby wraps. The drive through is about 10-15 minutes faster then ordering in the restaurant. They heavily prioritize the drive through. Unorganized location

The indian lady supervisor was yelling at me just for coming at the 15 minutes of before closing.

Not very happy when you are lied to about what is offered. My parents are regular clients, and order decaf coffee all the time. Today we went there for Father's Day. We were told they do not sell decaf coffee and haven't had it for a year. This woman knows my parents and stated they have been serving them regular coffee. Amanda usually serves my parents and she is wonderful. They see her putting on a fresh pot of decaf when she sees them. Not very happy to be lied to. I would like a real answer. Do you or do you not sell decaf? Your online ordering says you do.

Got a serious case of food poisoning here last Tuesday June 13th 2023 I was so ill it was unbelievable.
Wash your hands and sanitize your stations. Also don't wear gloves and touch money and Food at the same time.
Just incase you didn't know wearing the same pair of gloves for more than 20 minutes creates a bacteria vapor in the gloves too. I sat in the dining room and watched unsafe food practices.
I've been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years.
I would be double checking to see if your workers have an up to date food handlers certification.

Ordered a taco salad. They forgot the sour cream, tortillas, and salsa. They also asked if we wanted the chilli? It’s a taco salad…avoid this location if you can

Had chicken strips, fries & drink. The strips were excellent very meaty and nicely cooked couldn't complain about portion size. Fries always good meal was hot.

I have been eating at this restaurant for the past ten years and have always enjoyed it up until the last year. We keep coming back to try it every couple of weeks but the food has been going steadily down hill. The burgers are dry and almost everything is cold by the time you sit down to eat it. A fare cry from the the “Wendy’s hot & juicy burgers the franchise was founded on.

Junior hamburger without the bun beautifully presented in a tray with extra onions pickles tomato and lettuce. The staff at this location definitely take pride in the way they prepare the food and it shows. Such a perfect option for a celiac like me who needs to avoid gluten.

Didn't eat at this place for a long time like 10 years and we had it the other day and definitely excited to go back
