Wendy's

We recently had a concerning experience at this Wendy's, where we purchased a meal consisting of two burgers and chicken nuggets. However, upon arriving home and opening the packaging, to find that both burgers were undercooked, and to my shock, the chicken nuggets were completely raw. This not only disappointed me in terms of food quality but also raised significant concerns about food safety.

When I reached out to Wendy's to address the issue, I found their response to be less than satisfactory. Despite my valid complaint and the clear lapse in quality control, they only offered to compensate for one of the burgers. This response was disappointing, as it did not adequately address the inconvenience and potential health risk posed by their oversight.

While I appreciate their willingness to replace one of the items, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. In a scenario where food safety is compromised, I believe a more proactive and generous approach to customer satisfaction should be taken.

Moving forward, I hope Wendy's reevaluates their protocols for handling customer complaints, especially those related to food safety, to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all patrons.

Drive thru was quick, and friendly. Chicken Asiago burger was excellent, fries weren't fresh. They were cool and limp.

I placed a large order on Monday, for pick up today, when I arrived everything was perfectly organized and ready to go promptly. A big thanks to the staff as I realize it can be difficult to organize a large order so close to the dinner rush, also a huge thanks to the managers who made sure everything went smooth.

Ordered 4 DJB and supposed to be 4 slices of Applewood smoked bacon per burger and only two per burger and 1 had 2 and 2/3. Not the first time that this has happened

Just went in to try their Frosty.
This is a busy store everyone seemed very occupied in work.
Service is good
Place is in middle and only eating joint there so many people stop by.
Frosty is a good summer option to pick and have.

Very rude employee was miserable and didn’t want to break my bigger bill. Looked depressed and service wasn’t good. Was some lady at drive through. I asked her for sauce options and she gave me attitude after I asked her to repeat them because she said them so fast.

Waiting in the drive thru for over 45 mins. Unacceptable. Line around the building, and they told us one second to take our order and we waited over 15 mins for her to come back.

Seems like every time I get a salad from this location it's always missing something. This time the Apple pecan salad was missing the red apple, cheese and cranberries. Husband got food from the drive-thru so of course when got home didn't expect to find missing items in the salad ordered again. Not the first time this has happened. Not happy. Staff need to make sure orders are put together properly

Very good food and polite customer service. Love the strawberry frosty and ghost pepper fries.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade at 10: 25 today a guy gave my order he was so rude this was my first time trying wendys and the customer service was so bad. Lemonade was ok though

The staff was very friendly but at least one of them do not listen well I went through ordered baconator combo with a large fry diet pop no ice they gave me a regular size fry and a pop with ice I had to go to the drive-thru again to order another fry and the drive-thru attendant at the window actually chuckled at seeing me come through a second time and I told him it's because you didn't hear my order properly he did not say anything the burgers seems like they could have been quite a bit fresher the bacon was not strips it was pieces

Ahhhhh the Wendy's over here has come through so many times now with hot food and with wonderful portions of gravy on the poutine not too much but not too little. Kudos keep it up

I recently visited the Wendy's location in London for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Although I had a previous experience where my order was messed up, the staff was happy to fix it for me, free of charge and with no hassle. I appreciate their willingness to make things right and I will definitely go back to this restaurant and continue to enjoy their food.

Went early on a Sunday morning for breakfast no one was there but food was good and staff was courteous and cool.

“Forgets” to put out ketchup in the bag, despite me asking, probably 70% of the time. As well as napkins. Super annoying.

The food is good so I keep ordering but they just messed up my order again for the 6th time and they were super rude over the phone. The foods not the issue but the staff is atrocious.

Drive through service on Tues Feb 21 around 6: 30PM was flat-out curt, mean, and rude for absolutely no reason.

It might not seem like a big deal but this guy's attitude was so bleak that it ruined my day and appetite and I won't return to this location for a long while.

Also they've done the weirdest, shabbiest interior renovation so when you're sitting quietly trying to eat you're surrounded by a sea of delivery drivers milling around. It's not pleasant.

There's no way management hasn't noticed these issues and is evidently ok with them. I'm not, so I'm done.

The portobello mushroom cheeseburger was so good and the fries were fresh. Each time I went here, the food was good and the service was organized and friendly.

Ok so the new portobello mushroom bacon meal is a complete rip off. We spent $30 for 2 meals and the burgers were squished, the “cheese” didn’t look or taste like cheese at all. It was slightly runny pinkish coloured sauce that only tasted like mushrooms. The bacon was gross. It looked uncooked and soggy with a lot of fat on it. Nothing crispy or cooked looking on the burger at all. I got nachos with cheese and only got 6 nachos with a drizzle on top of cheese. The only thing good about the meal was the drink and it’s because I got it myself. Only take out place to have diet peach tea drink! I’m really confused as to why the burgers were so squished and no sign of real or fake cheese. The pink sauce was all over the inside of the wrapper so not sure what it’s made of. For $30 we should of been handed perfect burgers, a real side dish and more of an effort. The problem of taking it to go is you don’t realize the issues until your back on the road and can’t bring it all back. I won’t waste my time or money getting this burger again. Wendys, especially this location after being closed for Reno’s needs to TRY HARDER. The food wasn’t acceptable to hand customers. It’s a boat load of money for a simple burger, 6 nachos & a small drink.
