Wendy's

I ordered a Dave's combo, and Chilli. The Chilli didn't come with a bun just crackers and my combo didn't come with the fries. Well I was mixing up Wendy's Chilli with Tim hortons and I also learned today you can also have Chilli instead of fries in your combo. The Staff understood my confusion and graciously gave me a bun and fries complimentary! Awesome display of great customer service. Thank you "New guy" sorry didn't catch his name.

The general manager is disrespectful to both her own staff and all customers and should be fired this needs to be felt with but as she was at your hartzel location before this I feel as if their higher ups are just as bad and should be replaced

The chicken strip are new and look like they smoke crack and skinny af. How do you charge so much and shrink your food. True I was on road and not able to cook.

Ordered a combo as well as some small burgers with a poutine and chicken nuggets. They did not give the nuggets, had to go back in to get them, as well no fork for my poutine. All after waiting for 20 minutes for the food

The fries were crispy.usually I order chilli at Wendy's to avoid soggy fries.but this time the fries were great.

The lady Manager needs a training of customer service. She's rude and disgustingly mean.

Food and prices are great except the music they played not enjoyable and loud, maybe for young people but not for most.

After seeing how much they take care of the bathrooms at this place, I’m not sure how much I trust the environment they cook the food in. I should say that these photos were taken in the morning, so there’s no excuse as to why they are this disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleans in weeks if ever.

Waited at the counter for almost 5 mins before getting served. Staff looked right at me before acknowledging me.

I just went to wendy’s welland ave to pick to my order and a girl at drive thru window was very rude and bag was leaking with something and she didn’t change it

Some days it's ok service and it's timely. Other days like today I'm asked (in an unpleased tone) to drive to a parking spot and wait for my food. Took about 10 minutes before I was served, it was hot so I'm happy about that. I work in different parts of the region in one day visiting clients I hoped for faster service as I need to make it to the next shift.

I worked in fast food before and know there can be a time clock at the window to track your service records. But if you're working like this it gives false information to head office making it seem you're able to comply to standards.

Drive Thru was quick and friendly. Food was excellent, Spicy Chicken Wraps were perfect. I have loved a good JBC for 20 years or so, first time trying the Double JBC today and it did not disappoint. Job well done all around. Thank you.

Best fast food burgers by far.
When it comes to Burger flavor, they are the best. Places like McDonald's and Burger King, they both hide the beef flavor with their different condiments.

Not sure if it's normal to take a large pop and watch the employees poor it into 3 smaller cup for my kids, kids meal.

Next time maybe do that out of view of the customer. I threw out the drinks because who knows.

Wish I could give zero stars, awful service extremely rude and has completely messed up my order the past three times never going back

There Sunday service is very slow & when someone asks for no salt on there fries, that means no salt can be on the spatula or fries picker upper took either

Dined In. Stood in line for 15 min waiting for service. Line up of customers was almost to the double doors with one cashier taking orders. Male staff member with a toque was eating fries off the counter, handled money without washing hand and put his thumbs in the poutine he was packaging. Floor where staff was, was littered with fries, brown bags, oil spills and a broom. Never go there again.

At the time of my visit they were understaffed… waited 10 minutes to place an order as the gorl was trying to fill orders. Additionally garbages were overflowing… floors needed sweeping.

My go to quick service restaurant. Daves double with Cheese and Baker loaded, add Chili. If I am honest, I go for the baker and add the burger, the burger is great to. I only gave 4 stars on service because sometimes I get sour cream with my baker and sometimes I don't. Outside of that, it's a 5 star QSR experience!

Great staff, but not good food.the bun was so stale! First time I've been disappointed with wendys:/
