Wendy's

I ordered Spicy Chicken Combo and received half of the cup filled with ice, I ordered full cup of drink and paid for that but received half complained to them and they all came together replied to me arrogantly that it came with ice. They never even say sorry.
Their customer service is poor.

DISGUSTING! My workmates and I all had small hairs in our burgers. I've never been so grossed out by food!

I love when I order specific food and you guys decide what I should eat instead. I love dipping fries I didn’t order in the sour cream I got for the baked potato I did order and didn’t get.

Argumentative staff, especially towards their own superiors. No respect towards each other let alone customers.

Spent my time listening to the staff argue their boss about whom messed up opposed to rectifying the situation with the customer (proper food or refund).

Regional manager doesn’t do her job. Doesn’t care about customers.

Doesn't answer phones ringing, says its just annoying customers calling.

I really didn't appreciate the bad attitudes of the late night staff.
I'm guessing that they must of served some rude people just before taking my order.
The parking lot was scattered with loiterers and there was garbage everywhere.
I will only go back through the day from now on.
My burger was OK.

Prices are sky high. 2 Dave's Single burgers and a Jr Cheeseburger were nearly $20. No combo, just burgers. I'm out Wendys.

Dine in. The guy who took our order gave the impression that we were disturbing him. We wanted diet coke, the self serve pop machine didn't have it but at the drive through they did. Go figure? The toilets in the women's washroom didn't look like they'd been cleaned in weeks. All in all not a great experience. We'll be going to a different Wendy's in the future.

Third time here, unfortunately it gets worse every time. All 3 times drive through. Once at 10am, we had to wait 14 minutes for hash browns and they forgot one. Second time has to wait 9 minutes for nuggets, fries were forgotten. Today at 9pm - not a single customer there during my 8 minute wait. When I finally got my food it was freezing cold and made poorly.

Avoid this location at all costs.

Usually we go there to get frosties. Me and my family love these especially in summer. Almost throughout summer they sell small frosty @0.99 cents. I don't think anyone else can match this price and most of it's quality.

My “croutons” and “medium fries” lol, come on! Get it together folks. You can AT LEAST say hello at the drive thru window, that is literally basic human decency. Embarrassing for you!

I love the rounded blanketed for larger groups! Sadly the food was disappointing. I was hoping for a grilled chicken sandwich but they must have discontinued that item.

This is suppose to be a chicken wrap. There’s literally 3 strands of lettuce and barely any cheese?

I’ve tried ordering the baked potato with chives from this location through Uber eats multiple times and every time I receive a medium fries instead. If there aren’t any baked potatoes available then you should take them off your menu, very frustrating

Food was not as good as was before, like burger bun was dry and lettuce was only for name sakes

Usually I love there Grilled Salads Last 2 times i got, quality was the worst chicken was soggy and doesn’t taste good couldn’t eat at all.

Disgusting cold fries at night and ran out of frosty but still let me put my order through just to give me a fountain drink

LOVE this Wendy's. It's a shame they got rid of the Grilled Chicken sandwich though. That thing had some of the best macros you could find in the city. Probably won't be coming as frequently now.

I seriously wish I could give this place 0 stars, this place is seriously beyond useless, they can’t get anything right every time I order skip my orders are wrong and they blame it every time on skip no it’sthe useless ppl who make the food and pack it so give it up you useless people, if u can’t do ur jobs correctly don’t have a job I’ve had a enough u lost my business for the last time today

Empty box (no nuggets), missed medium fry, junior cheese burger - soup of mayo and no tomato (see attached photo).

This location should be renamed. I suggest Vendys or Wendis, because its similarity to Wendys ends at the food. I eat Wendys multiple times a week at the waterloo locations, have for over two decades, so I know what to expect. Here however the burger bun was stone cold, the patty was cold, and the cheese was (therefore) unmelted. If you told me this burger was made two hours ago I would 100% believe it. The fries were cold and tasted like they were salted twice to the point of bitterness. And the fountain drink dispenser was so uncleaned/clogged that instead of pouring smoothly the drink would shoot out of it like a cannon, splashing all over your hand, and the supposed Coca Cola tasted like brown water. Whether its lack of training or poor management, this location is absolute trash and I wouldnt recommend it for prison food.

Evening/night staff is extremely slow and rude.only one car ahead of me in the drive thru, dine in was closed so no one to serve in the restaurant, took me 15 mins just to tell them my order than another 10 mins for them to get it made, there were 3 workers and not at all a big line to get through. Food quality does not nearly compare to other locations.said twice for extra ketchup and the older bald gentleman gave me attitude about asking and apparently 2 packs of ketchup is extra, and the burger tasted like it came straight out of the freezer.do not waste your time or money

Worst Wendy’s out there, my husband got me a salad with NO BLUE CHEESE due to allergies and the salad was completely smothered in it, he also ordered a cheese burger which is missing, and fries that is missing? ! Do you guys not look before bagging things I’m super disappointed

Went through drive thru and they told me my card was declined but the money had been taken out of my account. I called the bank to confirm this and they told me that the transaction was in fact approved, but the girl at the window who told me she was a manager, could do nothing for me. I then found out she was not the manager and they had lied about that too. I asked for the manager’s phone number and they did not want to give it to me saying she was on vacation and I said that I would call later when shes back. After they finally gave me the managers number. I tried to call and it is not in service. I did not get my food and they refuse to give me my money back. I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank because Wendy’s has refused to even acknowledge their error.
