Updated the location and it's all new and modern. Service was fast and order was accurate

Usually this wendys is good, but I got a Dave's double but instead got a single. And I said large combo and frosty with it, I got a small but paid the large combo price

Nine times out of ten your food is fresh and really good and ready to go. There might be the odd time where you get something that was sitting. But not often does this happen.

Terrible. Visited this Wendy’s multiple times to give it multiple chances because I love Wendy’s. Each time I order large fries and ask them to be made fresh. Every time on the drive through my fries are literally filled up half way only? ! A shame… Literally happened not once not twice and over 3 times multiple times. Trying to be nice and keep giving this Wendy a chance but this keeps on happening. Visited yesterday for dinner and I ordered large fresh fries with my 2 combos. Tasted it and it tasted warm and stale. Complained this time because I don’t really complain but I had enough and she said they were just made? I said it’s okay I’ll wait for new ones because they definitely don’t taste just made. Got new ones but same issue AGAIN. The large fries were only filled half way… Like what’s the point of ordering large it’s filled half way. Disappointment 1/10 otherwise than the fries the food is good. But very bad service how can you mess up fries orders every time and not fill it up. Big turn off and upsetting it’s pretty simple.

Its Wendy's but the windows are dark and no neon open sign. So many friends of mine going thru town always ask is that place ever open.
Het an open sign guarantee business will improve. Handle on front door should be repaired before its completley broken off and no one can get in.

The only reason I could rate a 1 is because my lettuce had no issues, but my partner got a side salad. It was brown and some were slimy. Also check out the tomatoes. If I wanted the skin off the tomato I would ask for it because that's all it was. I ask the young manager to come over and check it out. Of course a few followed. I showed it to him and immediately the older woman chimed. She said that is how the lettuce comes. I asked her if she went to a restaurant would she eat the brown, slimy lettuce and the tomato skins? She said yes. Too bad I didn't take her picture. I would show other restaurants how to use the compostable vegetables. Really. For $2.50? Let's be serious! I have to tell people to stay away from this restaurant! BTW this is the only Wendy we've been to that DOES NOT wedge their tomatoes.

The staff were super nice, food was great, the staff even came out in the dining room to check how our food was.

Very very very SLOW service. Waited over 20 min to get order and I was second in line. Seemed that online orders took priority over customers standing infront of cashier. At one point 14 customers in line and watched at least 5 walk out. I understand the online skip the dishes but hire someone just to fill those orders so In person customers don't have to suffer.

The carpet is very dirty the place has a bad smell. The service was good and food was pretty fresh.
