Wendy's

Due to the issues with panhandling in the area, this location has been forced to take things like straws and napkins behind the counter. Also, services like free refills and unlocked bathrooms have been taken away. I understand that this is necessary, but having said all that the staff are all working there hardestand yes they have some bad days too, but if we are being honest we all do and that's okay, but no matter what the staff are always attentive to you and your needs during your entire interaction together. The food is top notch as far as far as fast food burgers, excellent quality, accuracy and speed of service. Even when I had a problem with an uber order, I called the store after I got nothing from uber but I was not feeling like I had been heard. When I explained to the store manager what happened he was extremely sorry it had happened. They gave me a free meal that I never got because I didn't want a refund or replacement his staff was not reading the whole ticket with special attention to specific instructions, no big deal but I thought that the store should know. My go to Wendy's always they always know its me because I ask for a large CHEESE SAUCE lol. Enjoy your meal, I always do.

First place I've seen that had HI C orange I was pleasantly surprised that's a 8.9. Duggs got a water. Will Wendys introduce a hot dog? I hope. Just like I hope THE GOD DAMN METS WOULDNT LOSE 100 GAMES FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS

Place is clean but the girl uses a dry cloth to wash tables so much for covid aware everything just brushed on floor I carry wet naps thank god

The food was hot and tasted great. The young lady at the drive-thru window was so fast, she forgot napkins and ketchup. Even though I specifically asked for them. So, I had to park and ho inside. Why have a drive-thru.

Staff is horrible. I’ve never left a review before but this place compelled me to. I urge everyone to avoid this location

After spending 35$ on two combos at Wendy’s and got a spicy chicken with habanero sauce I got yelled at across the restaurant with customers around saying I can not refill my drink at the self serve… super rude and unprofessional service, no customer should be yelled at across the store and if there’s no refills Please post some signes up in the location. Because I don’t will to be yelled at like I’m stealing a 25 cent refill!

I ordered through the mobile app for dine in and when I got there, the manager was rushing to put everything inside of a bag and sealed it up as if they didn’t want anyone to dine in. She didn’t seem to understand me when I told her the order she was putting in the warmer was mine. After I told her it was for done in she still insisted on trying to put the drinks inside of a drink carrier.

I walked put because they stopped taking orders because the one other customer ahead of me ordered 10 JBC's

This Wendy's is always slow and takes along time to get your food. Food is always good once you get it though, however last time I went they didn't have bacon, how do you run out of bacon?

Placed order for single hamburger with mustard extra onion and some lettuce. Nothing else was to be added what did I get? Single with cheese, lettuce, tomato, little onion, ketchup and pickle. Poutan, the fries were still cool in middle.what a waste of my time and money I did not turn back as I was no longer in area.

Fantastic food from this location. Drive through took impossibly long to get through. Cashier girl was friendly and courteous.

Staff members are quite nice. They've always spoken very politely. The place is clean and rarely find lineups, so they're fast too!

I used to frequent Wendy's, but will stop as of today. With my daughter, we stopped to use the restroom. Didn't have time to eat anything as we were late to an appointment. Their policy is you can only use the washroom if you make a purchase. I didn't want to purchase a drink and then just throw it in the garbage, so we asked for human compassion as we needed to use them badly but was advised no exceptions. So it is now my policy to never step foot in any Wendy's ever again.

This Wendy's has gone straight downhill. Our food order was wrong, and when we asked to have it corrected, they were rude to us. As we were waiting for food, I tried to get our drinks, but the machine was so filthy and clogged that the syrup for the pop sprayed all over my cup, hand and machine. Filthy, dirty, rude restaurant.

(old comment) I'd give it a 5 if they sent out coupons regularly like they used to. (Aug 25th comment) I'll add that Wendy's is really getting cheap. Can't even upsize your fries when you use a coupon for a meal. I rarely ever come here anymore.

Their fries were great. Tried their chicken and beef burger and both were good.
I also recommend to try their cheesy fries.

Amazing employee today. My name is Ricky Tavares and I ordered 1 black coffee at about 3pm today. This superstar woman that works at Wendys that served me today and processed my order for my black coffee must be commended and recognized right now by everybody for her high level advanced customer service skills and her high level advanced empathy levels. Obviously this superstar Wendys employee woman is a "team player" and an excellent addition to this Wendys franchise location. This beautiful and kind hearted woman understands the value of customer retention in the fast food industry due to her high critical thinking skills and her highly sought after high empathy levels. I will visit this location and support this location way more often now because of this amazing employees customer service skills and her high empathy levels towards us customers. I promise. Ordered take-out. Meal was great but if You don't order a combo, Medium Chocolate Frosty isn't available. It's either large, Jr or Small (ordered jr thinking its a med. -because it was listed 2nd, like a Med.renamed BUT surprise, 2 gulps & you're done! Wow! Disappointing

The washroom doors can only be unlocked by staff.which is fine, however, there are only 3 washrooms; men, women, family/wheelchair accessible. One mother came with 3 young children- two girls and one boy. When she requested the family washroom be opened, the staff member replied, "I'm sorry, that washroom is permanently locked for my managers use only".
The employee then said to the manager/owner "there's a child crying and a Mother yelling at me to open the washroom. The manager/owner then said "no, I'm not opening it! It's OK, they'll leave! "

The customer service here is the worst I have come across. I work next door to this Wendy's and tonite I went over on my 15 min break to buy a medium soft drink.
Yet 8 minutes later I left empty handed. Why? Because not one employee acknowledged me. They looked at me thwn did their thing. Terrible terrible customer service. Also I might add that not one employee was speaking english. AT ALL. They need a whole new staff.

You all make me laugh, ordered the bacon triple with extra shredded cheese and yall dont even put it on the burger you put the cheese as a side!

The location was fairly busy and the staff were polite. We got what we ordered and the store was fairly clean. Decent experience

I enjoy the breakfasts from Wendy's. Though my Frostyccino didn't have enough of the cream so it taste like a normal ice coffee
