Food is great, but order usually messed up, pretty clean inside, and overall just not bad.

Just went in the drive through and ordered a baconator combo and a dave single combo. There was only one other car in the drive thru in front of us yet we got cold undercooked fries which i had too re cook AND they gave me the wrong burger. On top of the disappointing food they refused to even get me the proper drink i ordered because its on the other side of the counter. The staff at this location have been lacking since it opened.

Update: there are 5-6 staff there, no customers in the place, nobody in the drive thru, yet when i asked why nobody was answering the phone i was told theyre short staffed? Id understand if it was busy but this was unacceptable. Worst wendys ive ever been to

Love the new breakfast menu! Staff is always fast polite.
Edit Oct 2023 Still love their breakfast sandwich when they have them in stock. Lol. This is the 3rd time I've tried to order a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and they don't have any biscuits!

Service, taste and experience are always inconsistent and sloppy. I ordered a breakfast sandwich specifically with bacon, received one with sausage. The next time I emphasize I would like bacon, I just received egg and cheese. I ask for extra ketchup and received none. Orders appear to be prepared quickly but not accurately. Not sure how long in advance things have been prepared. Overall, terrible service

Worst drive thru in stoufville! The only place where they give you attitude when ordering, none of the staff wants to listen to your order. You get rushed - they decide which condiments they’ll put on your burger. You’ll never get a straw and they’ll never ask you which sauce you’d like. Ridiculous.

Very generous 3 stars. Burgers are fine what you expect. Would be 4 stars if the breakfast was not so dreadful.

The breakfast dry dry dry only enjoyable thing about the breakfast was my beverage to wash it down. Probably should have returned it. It was very sad.

Did not know I could suffer a worse breakfast than Tim Hortons.

Floors are sticky from pop, they don't clean the tables place is a hole.

The absolute worst. We were the only ones in the line at the drive through, ordered and straight away drove to the pickup window where I asked for a minor change.just mayo and ketchup on one of the many burgers I ordered. Guy at the window proceeded to yell at me saying it was too late and that the burgers were already made and in the bag. Like how? You make 3 burger meals in less than a min? Since it was "already made" and likely sitting there for hours, I asked him to kindly just make me another one with just the mayo and ketchup and he proceeded to get so angry and say what is he supposed to do with the one that's already made. My husband, ever so nice was telling me to cancel that portion of the order but since the guy working the window was getting so mad at me, I just asked him to cancel the entire order. Then we drove to the Wendy's at Markham Rd and Major Mac and I was the only one in the drivethrough line again yet I had to wait 10 minutes to get my order. Shocker.they actually made it and it was amazing! Go to this Wendy's instead!

The drive thru staff are extremely rude and have no respect for customers whatsoever. I didn't finish telling them the name for the mobile order and they just told me to move up to the next window. Then, I told them that they didn't even get the name of the order and the staff said that I should've said it before. The staff are not organized or coordinated at all. This is the most disrespectful experience I have ever had with drive thru staff, so I do not recommend you to come here.

Absolutely terrible service. Gave me the wrong order and then Laughed It off when I asked for the correct order with no chicken on my salad. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing service. Never going to this location again, so poorly managed and employees don’t care about the work they are doing.

Worst location we have visited. Service was slow. Location was filthy. Floors were soaking wet. Pop machine was broken. No cutlery or condiments available at supply station. Bathroom had no toilet paper no paper towel and urine all over the toilet.
Literally terrible.

The food at Wendy was always known as better fast food but I wasn't too happy with mine order. Maybe I should have complained but I was on my bike and I don't want to leave it outside. I ordered on app and there is no option to curtside pick up so I went to drivethrough and to get my food. I ordered milk with ice coffee and the guy gave me 1 little cuppett of milk. I ask for a lot more milk and he put 1 more in. I was tired and hungry so I left to eat it at the bench outside. I couldnt finish the coffee as it was a bit too dark for me.

This place says it is open at 6: 30 in the morning but neither the drive through or walk in is open at 7AM! Terrible service.

Worst experience as a food delivery. I always have to inform restaurant at this location to pack food and drinks in the bag properly. Loose drinks fall off the trays easily. As a driver, my focus is usually driving on the road and with past experience, drinks have fallen off the trays and spilled on the food. Today, I requested again to Wendy’s Stouffville to pack the food and drinks in the bag to avoid any spills or food going bad just like McDonald, Harvey and Swiss Chalet would do to ensure food reaches their customers without any problem. The staff and manager refused the request and showed the attitude telling me "This how it is, if you want to take or else leave it". My humble request to owner of this location, please ensure the food is properly packed to offer value for service. I will never serve this location again.

I used to enjoy visiting Wendy's in Stouffville for a quick fast food fix, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. This month, the burgers have been consistently overcooked, and the chicken is dry. Even the fries seem stale. I hope they can address these issues soon, as I'd like to see the quality return to what it used to be.

The food is always good, like any fast food chain, but the service is terrible. They are always slow to take an order, and then it takes 15 minutes to serve it.

I really like Wendy's burgers but this particular location has poor service. Bugers in the bag are mushed up at times and even cold. If u get coffee good luck getting what u asked for. Been few months that been meaning to give feedback on their overall service. We usually drive through and at this point it has become a regular poor experience.

Food is good but the place is disgusting! There are food crumbs everywhere, ripped chairs and flys everywhere! The only good part about dine-in is the soda fountain! So if you are going to this Wendy's location i'd recommend just going in the drive-thru.

Ate here after going to Tree top trekking. Fast service. Food was ready quickly. Ordered jr bacon cheese burger and small fries plus a kids meal. The drink fountain here is get your own so you can get refills. Food was good but again getting smaller and smaller portions.

My daughters and I love Wendy's, except this location. I spend over $50 for 3 combos and literally everything is wrong, I'm writing this after 3 consecutive orders, calling them, not getting any answer. It's actually ridiculous that a lactose intolerant person says no cheese, each time, and each time gets cheese. I may as well pull up to the window and let them decide what I'm having.

Very slow service and just disappointing, dirty restaurant including the kitchen from what you can see. Wendy's can be good but not this one.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They should learn how to service the public. The wendys mobile app charged me for something that is suppose to be free, and when I went to counter to ask them about it, they act oblivious and say they can't credit back the difference nor they can give me credit and nor they can give me a free of anything. They don't even try to rectify the problem. At McDonald's, no questioned asked they honour the problem n rectify it in any manner! This is why McDonald's will always have better service than wendys stouffville. I will stop buying from this location.other wendy locations are better then thos location. I rather give no star!

Reliably good burgers and fries. Usually a discount available to order via mobile app. Easy to collect in drive thru.

Drive thru customer service could be better compared to the mcdonalds drive thru service down the street.

Smiles and a small salad, baked potato, all the trimmings, a coffee, and still change from ten bucks!
