Such disgusting and appalling service. This place took a turn for the worse and I’ve never had a good experience. Management do something about your workers please. The only place where the service I get is consistently horrible. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Very bad quality food, bad taste and not fresh. Last time I decided not get food from this restaurant but unfortunately I tried agin and will never come back agin
Very rude. I only got to order one part of my meal before they cut me off and told me to go to the next window. They wouldn’t respond after that. When I got to the window they didn’t talk to me or anything just got me to pay and gave me my food I checked the bag before leaving and I got the wrong stuff I tried getting they’re attention but they kept ignoring me. That is extremely rude and disrespectful as someone who works in retail I understand having a bad day but this was an unnecessary issue.
Don’t go through the drive-through. Took us 15 minutes to get two Frosties, and there were just two cars ahead of us. One of the staff was great, the other was surly, unfriendly, and should be fired. No apologies for the really bad service, btw. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced staff issues. The owners of this franchise should smarten up and hire properly.
Employees were extremely rude. Got order screwed up based on a misunderstanding over the size of a summer special order. Wanted the special, didn't know we had to order the special specifically by saying 'i want the summer special xyz' or I would be charged regular price for it. When we asked for a refund of the difference from a different employee, instead of it being rectified, we were met with attitude by now both employees and lectured on how we improperly ordered and how we should have ordered. A manager did step in at this point, apologize, and refunded us for the beverage. However, my son ended up not getting his treat and we had our frosty's: (we've had many up and down experiences in this location in the past but with extended family with kids over who wanted to go we have come several times over the last few days and this seems to have been a one off incendent. The employee serving us served my extended family the day before and although was certainly not overly friendly, was not rude, and was professional:)
Tried ordering through skip the dishes and Wendy's was closed again, I'm not sure why, because I've always gotten Wendy's through skip and now there not available to order. Very frustrating
Staff was extremely rude. 12 employees huddled together around the freezer freaking out about something in it. And when I made eye contact with the cashier she whispered something to her coworker and they both immediately turned to look at me and whispered and laughed to each other. I just left. So rude and disrespectful
Nobody was in the restaurant all the tables were dirty had to ask for the tables to be wiped. They didn't know what food was ours had to open the burgers to see what was ours and we were the only in store dining at the time.
The two managers for the afternoon shift on Wednesdays have zero sense of respect. I am not sure what type of atmosphere I was in speaking to them but they have no regard to service. I really suggest educating and training them.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This Wendy’s has the worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced. It’s not an isolated event, it’s EVERY time.
