Wendy's

This place was the biggest joke. Mobile order that all they had to do was read, was almost entirely wrong. Missing 2 items and another 2 items made improperly. 2nd attempt through the drive through still didn't get my missing items. Got a fry I didn't order but they did fix the 2 sandwiches they messed up. Still waiting on my two items. Maybe they can deliver them to Niagara Falls?

This place eventhough have the same standard than other Wendy's is great about service, the people who are atending are so friendly, even one of the girls there, knows exactly my order and anticipate to get me it. That makes the difference. Clean place and the coffee double double is so good, try it, Tim H will be jealous of it.

Newly renovated space. Coke Freestyle machines. Unfortunately, still as dirty as an other Wendys!

Staff was SOOO polite, friendly, kind & smiling. I really appreciated interacting with them.

The fries were old.had to ask for fresh fries.by the time new fries came burgers were not as hot neither.food is just not the same.

Staff needs better training and spend less time socializing in the back with other co workers when have a line of 6 people and growing.

They screwed up on my Mom's order and it was a really simple order lol. Only gave 3 orders out of 5

I ordered through skip the dishes. I did not recieve my burger in my order, also, my cesar salad I ordered had no lettuce and was full of bacon grease, so gross. Not at all impressed!

I have been going to this Wendy's for years. It is on our route from the city to the cottage. The service is always the same place is always clean and tidy. And even with the volume of people that go through this diner, the wait is never very long. Just be careful the floor is always slippery.

I've dined in here several times. Of the 3 Barrie area Wendys that I've visited, this one is by far the best IMHO. Clean. Efficient counter service. Fresh hot food. I especially like having a Dave's single with a chili cheese nachos side and a bottle of ice cold Dasani water. Been good every time.

Did not get my meal as ordered. Had to go back to order counter three times and even the did not get it right

For some reason the dining room was closed at 9am on a Thursday morning? I thought they served breakfast? Ended up going next door to Tim Hortons which is unfortunate.

Tried to get into restaurant to order food and the door was locked worker A. Said they were closed and wouldn't open the door the time was 8: 30 not sure why they close so early as she was mopping I'm guessing they don't want anyone inside to dirty the floor lol

Don't go. They will rob you blatantly.
Always check your food but pray you never have to deal with them. Rude and ignorant people

Really good. Was a little annoyed that they locked the doors ten minutes before close. But that could just be a one off thing. Also it was quite clean and the staff was friendly.

This is our favorite Wendy's location.always great service at the drive through. Orders have always been hot, fresh and accurate.

All the staff are friendly and all tables are kept clean. If you visit during sunset, you can eat a burger while watching the beautiful sunset through the window.

Stopped in here for a quick kids meal for the child. I forgot how good their kids meals were, great value for under $5!

Order a bacon and egg biscuits today, size too small, egg so dry. Card machine out of order, server walk away, she didn't know I've paid or not, I call another server to help, she seem not to care adk me to insert the card. Still doesn't work. I don't want to wait, but then I pay cash.
