We had a really bad experience in this place with Zack "the manager" he was very impolite and rude, He started yelling at everybody and when we asked for answers to complain about his rude behavior and his poor customer service he simply ignored us. I'm sorry for the ladies who work with him (Zack)
Entering the downtown core area can be slightly intimidating for some but is safe rest assured. Mediocre customer service is expected by wages that barely sustain a minimal lifestyle standard, however smiles were free here unlike competition Don't forget to QR scan the back of receipt for a free sandwich once every 30 days!
I went there early in the morning after going out. I imagine working at that time can’t be very fun, but the lady at the cash was super sweet and offered excellent service!
The manager went above and beyond to personally serve us breakfast when he was short saffed. Was my first experience with Wendy's, won't be my last. Hugs from *no swiss* lady
Nothing special, pretty average Wendy's. I find they don't like to call out names of mobile orders, especially when it's busy. So you just have to hope to catch someone's attention. I will admit, it depends on the staff working
This restaurant is one of the world's Worst restaurant to order from they where so rude to me on the phone and I have now the cops involved because of what they said to me on the phone I will never order from them again and yes I'm having the 2 staffs charge
At the time of my visit the restaurant smelled like farts.
The self service cola machine knocks as if someone inside wants to get out.
Most of the tables appeared clean. Though the ground was noticeably dirty. Food bits and salt and pepper packets sprinkle the floor
Service was very slow. The guy at the counter was wearing a beard cover however his mustache and half his beard were fully exposed as well as the hair on his head. Who knows maybe he just likes the look of the beard cover.
Did I mention the service was slow.
The food was typical for Wendy's. The food being ok is what pulled this review up to a three. My wife said it looks like they are short staffed
Ordered a burger and a baked potatoe The burger was swimming in grease and the potato resembled an old shoe When I called the restaurant back the young man who answered insisted he was the store manager and told me the potatoes are made fresh hourly Asked my son who is a chef and he told me the reason the potatoe was like that was because it had been sitting in heat all day
The sound of Uber eats and skip the dishes ringing in my ears as I stand there, ignored by a staff who is truly fighting for their lives. Ten minutes passes as I anxiously hope for SOMEONE to take my order. But they do not. They continue to tap the button on the tablet accepting orders from the internet. Deep down I know there some villain, at home in their underwear who placed their order on Uber laughing at me, as some poor underpaid worker makes their spicy chicken sandwich and tries as hard as they can not to make eye contact with me…
Old man is annnoying and most of the staff fight, which is usually quite funny. Night staff baddies are tolerable the old man on cash is annoying. Food is always mids.
Its totally rude and unprofessional staff most pf the indians employees no have sense how to talk with the customers totally uneducated please change this staff they not focus on there customers I don’t know why wendy accept these kind of employees i hope you will be take care about this thanks
It's rainy day and I was walking from the garage that I rent around there going to catch a bus stopped in there for some lunch stay dry called the cab and yeah it's great food refreshments and stay dry and it's got free Wi-Fi
Manager told me to get lost before I even entered the establishment. Extremely disappointed with tonight’s service and I will never be back to this Wendy’s. Anyone who is considering dining at this Wendy’s should change their mind. Never again!
It's a Wendy's. The food is typical, to the Wendy's menu. The staff is exemplary. I only get a half hour lunch, and these people deliver. Kudos to them.
Richard helped us out And was the most professional. My friends order got mixed up and Richard got everything handled right away. Best service I’ve ever received from a Wendy’s.
Consistently good burgers. One of the better fast food burgers. You can request to add or remove toppings and they don't charge you extra for pickles or tomatoes.
