Today as I went to order, I had asked a question twice because I hadn't heard properly. Finally on the last time, my host #2214 got up to the glass window and had yelled. I was already afraid of ordering on my own and this just gave me more anxiety around it.

If I could put minus one for everything I would. My son paid for his food, they refused to give it to him because the machine did not print out a number/receipt. Yet he showed them through online banking that it was paid for. They told him he needed to do a refund and it would take 2 days. If he paid for it, why not give him his food?
It took me getting extremely upset the manager. This was their problem, not ours. Hire better people and figure your systems out. WHAT A JOKE!

U need to have people that speak English has once again my order was totally screwed up. The person I tried to talk couldn't understand me what so ever.

Food was great, was fresh and hot. Customer service was really good and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming.

Very well kept on the interior and staff is fast and efficient and understanding as well as very communicative.food came hot and ready and my family loves this place.overall no complaints and will continue to eat here

Ordered on the kiosk, chose a seat and waited. 35-40minutes later I asked where my order was, turns out they had packaged it and put it on the back shelf since they somehow thought it was a skip the dishes order. 40minutes I waited because they couldn't read or didn't know what kiosk meant.

Many times my order has been incorrect. When I finally called she offered to give me a free chili. Not really free when I paid for it and didn't receive it.

Was the fastest drive-thru ever! Burgers were hot & fries crisp when I got home. Maybe too much ice in the drink (1/3 was ice).

I have given this location too many chances - each time I have been through their drive-thru, every worker has either been rude or looked extremely grumpy. You guys need to smile & give great customer service - because you lack of it.

Fries are great but They have worst coffee.

Staff is good.

No vegetarian option. With changing trend they should do little diverse menu.

They never get the order right. When you call to tell them there is no answer or they hung up.

I love this Wendys! I prefer to come to this location because their fries are always fresh. The staff are very friendly, and fast.

Wendy's used to be my favorite instead of hot and juicey its just lukewarm if your lucky
