Wendy's

Comically slow. Cannot call this place "fast" food. You can literally go through Tim Hortons then McDonalds drivethru quicker than this Wendy's and I wish I was exaggerating.

What did this place change hands? Awful service. I love Wendy's and this place and the service is the worst

I got take out. Order number 4 bacon single and asked for tomato and onion only. I will attach photo it didn't come like that. Wasn't impressed since I was already home with supper.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. One of the fish sandwiches was delayed due to the 2 fish patties being stuck together, so i had to wait a bit. The manager came and gave me free ice cream. Loved the food and experience.

Unimpressed… I’m almost 6 months pregnant and all I wanted was a cheesy cheddar burger. I waited 15 minutes in drive thru and ordered what I needed and of course, the cheesy cheddar burger didn’t have the cheese. Such slow service to not get what you want or pay for.

Charged me for Medium fries on top of my order when i asked to up size the meal. Then only gave me the upsized drink and small fries

Avoid this place at all cost.
Waited 25 mins in the drive thru to get my food. The lady who was giving out the food had no intention to make any customer happy. Only gave the food and closed the window with no conversation.
No straws for drinks or napkins was in the bag.

Worst service ever

Management really needs to figure out things in this store, the drive thru has been terrible for years, there is no need to be waiting so long.

No rush, 1 guy just standing there in a daze the whole time waiting for my order. Only rush when the window server shoved food out and closed the window so fast she didn't bother to answer my question. Wasn't busy either.

This was the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Store was empty and still took us 30 mins to get severed, got the wrong meal and then when I asked them to remake it one of the patties was raw.

The staff is friendly and the service was quick. The main issue was needing to go back for the sauces and french fries I ordered. When I got home I realized I didn't get my Caesar dressing either.
The fries were a little old. The spicy chicken sandwiches and frosty were good. The staff even split the frosty as half chocolate and half vanilla.
I'm sure it was just an off night. I'm not deterred though from going there again and seeing if my next experience is better.

My favorite is the triple burger. It just makes for good eating. Sadly they have such a shortage of help.

Friendly staff & prompt service. Went through the drive-through & greeted with a big smile when receiving our food.

This Wendy's is basically your average Wendy's.
I had their new breakfast baconator combo with a chocolate froster iced coffee.
The staff were very friendly. I didn't wait very long for my food.
The order was correct. Everything was what I expected from a Wendy's.
I have had food from this location at all different times of day and it has always been consistent.

This Wendy’s is having staffing issues … and have been for a while as the VERY weathered sign on the drive through speaker indicates- I understand that. However, I feel this is a crutch for a very poor management.

After waiting 5 mins at the window we were asked to wait as they were short staffed - no problem.
After waiting another 5 mins we asked how much longer the wait time would be.
We were told they were having an issue with a customer inside the store.

Being that there were only two vehicles in front of us in the drive through, and two parked for the dining room this is unacceptable— if you are unable to keep up with a drive through, and dinning room then close one or the other.

The three vehicles behind us had not waited as long as we had and left ….

I won’t be back to this Wendy’s location and recommend you do the same to save your time.
